I was twice a guest at the hotel last week and and per usual had excellent service in the restaurant and the lobby area by the fireplace.
Guilherme was particularly helpful and professional. He shld be recognised and also asked for.

We stayed in the four season park lane for 5 nights .It was a pleasant stay .The deluxe king room was nice and cozy . The breakfast was delicious and the food is made by high professionals.This is what I noticed and felt .They have the service of the Bentley car that can take you to near places .I would like to thank George on the front desk for taking care of our requests , welcoming smile and hospitality.And all the other staff were helpful and fantastic.
