My Gabor hotel in Bangkok. Excellent service and always welcoming and friendly.New Club lounge is amazing.Food excellent and Big is so good at his job.

When I arrived to the reception got welcome drinks and fast checkin with KEN and with in five minutes we got the luggage

A wonderful hotel in fantastic district superb location for shopping and tourist attractions. Cannot highly recommend Nadia who looked after us in the hotel. Nothing was too much trouble and contacted us to check we were okay and if we needed anything thank you Nadia you made our trip very memorable.

Great hotel with friendly, helpful staff. Very clean and quiet rooms (we were on 23rd floor) ideal location right next to MBK shopping (access straight from hotel) also for skytrain. Amazing choice for breakfast! Would certainly recommend

This hotel is right in the centre of Bangkok and is linked directly to the MBK Centre. Arriving from Suvarnabhumi Airport, it’s a straightforward journey to the hotel and doesn’t take too long at all. It’s an amazing hotel with stunning design and great rooms. The staff were very polite and friendly throughout our stay.

The outdoor pool on the 8th floor is fantastic, with plenty of sun loungers, ample shade, and a convenient bar. The breakfast, described as an American breakfast, was excellent — a buffet with everything you could think of, from Thai red curry to fresh fruit and everything in between.

The MBK Centre is incredibly convenient, with loads of restaurants and a food hall if you prefer something quick and casual. It’s also useful if you’ve forgotten to pack anything. Other shopping areas are just a few minutes away from the hotel.

We had a great stay and were able to relax by the pool with a beer when not out sightseeing. Highly recommended.

The hotel boasts an excellent location, and the staff are consistently helpful and friendly. We have now stayed at the Pathumwan Princess Hotel on six different occasions, and it never disappoints. A particular highlight is the club lounge, which offers exceptional convenience and is staffed by an outstanding team.

The hotel is in a central location amd very well equipped. The top rooms provide a butler service which is amazing and all the butlers 𝐍𝐚𝐝𝐢𝐚,𝐌𝐨𝐝,𝐌𝐡𝐨𝐦, 𝐍𝐚𝐧, 𝐓𝐞𝐞 and DaDa were very helpful and professional. The what’s app service is excellent and the speed of providing the requests is great.
The Suite with the terrace was a great experience and we really enjoyed the outdoors bath which was a Jacuzzi as well.
The house keeper Nanta was exceptional and ensured we had everything we had requested. Nanta attention to detail was very much appreciated.
We will most certainly recommend the Pathumwan princess hotel to everyone going to Bangkok! 🙌🏻🙏🏻☀️

We went back to this great hotel to celebrate our 50th anniversary. We received a very warm welcome, starting from our airport pick up to entering our suite. The manager and several staff showed us to our room and there we were surprised with a very nice decoration to wish us a happy 50th anniversary. We had a wonderful 2 week stay at this hotel, breakfast was plentyful as always, with plenty of choice and the food offerings in the lounge were superb. We are already planning our next vacation at this hotel.

We absolutely loved our stay at the Pathumwan Princess Hotel. The room was beautiful, and the amenities — especially the gym and pool — were excellent.

What really stood out was the kindness and helpfulness of the staff. Everyone was warm and welcoming, but Ken and Ake went out of their way to help us during our stay.

I would highly recommend this hotel for a comfortable and pleasant stay.

Excellent hotel featuring exceptionally comfortable rooms and a peaceful, quiet atmosphere. The breakfast is outstanding, and its location is ideal—directly connected to the tram line and the seven-floor MBK Shopping Mall.

Always a great stay at the Pathumwan Princess hotel. Great facilities and rooms. Asma especially is incredibly helpful and tries to be as accommodating and hospitable as possible whenever we stay here.

Another amazing experience at this fantastic hotel. A brilliantly well located hotel, connected to the MBK shopping mall and very very close to the Siam Discovery Centre, Siam Paragon, Central Word, the Erawan Shrine, Lumpini Park and very many other brilliant areas of Bangkok to discover.

The hotel is just a short walk, through the MBK shopping Mall to the BTS Skytrain National Stadium which provides you with transport to many areas within the very large Bangkok city. The BTS also connects to the MRT. This year we also used the Grab and Bolt taxi apps which we found great and a lot cheaper than street taxis or tuk tuks (although if you've not been to Bangkok before, going in a tuk tuk is a must).

The hotel is exceptionally well managed by the General Manager (Mario) who chats with guests to ensure that they are enjoying their time at the hotel, whilst at the same time overseeing the daily workings of it. He does a super job and is very approachable.

A big SHOUT OUT must go to AKE on the Concierge desk and the concierge team who were absolutely brilliant in dealing with a case that KLM Airlines lost, even though we had left Bangkok, Ake continued to be tenacious, chase KLM up and got the case returned to the Pathumwan Princess Hotel in readiness for our return a few weeks later. Thank you so much Ake. You are an absolute star.

The hotel rooms are light, bright, clean, a good size, elegant and clean. The recently refurbished hotel club lounge is a brilliant area to chill out, relax, enjoy breakfast, afternoon tea or happy hour pre dinner drinks and nibbles in the evening. The lounge staff are really lovely, very friendly and nothing is too much trouble for them. I must give credit to Big, Tofun, Rose, Petch, Mod, Nadia and the rest of the Club Lounge team, including the chefs for providing an absolute brilliant service.

We are really looking forward to returning in the future.

This was my first stay at Pathumwan Princess Hotel, and it was a very positive experience. The room was clean, spacious, and serviced daily. The bed was very comfortable, and the bathroom was large and well maintained. Breakfast offered a wide variety of options and was very enjoyable. The swimming pool is big and not overcrowded, which made it easy to relax. The staff were friendly, welcoming, and always helpful. The location is excellent — right in the center of Bangkok with direct access to the MBK Center shopping mall. I would definitely recommend this hotel and would not hesitate to stay here again on my next visit to Bangkok.

I had the privilege of visiting the Pathumwan Princess Hotel with my daughter and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay! We elected to stay in one of the rooftop terrace suites and the room was everything we wanted and more. The room decor was chic with an upscale feel. We loved the terrace and private jacuzzi. The butler service was a nice touch with attentive and very responsive staff. Our housekeeper Nanta was so friendly and helpfully and made our stay even more lovely. We tried it the pool and spa, both of which were also enjoyable. It is also attached to MBK shopping center for convenience. There are many shops and restaurants to explore. We only spent a few days in Bangkok so didn't do many things outside of the property and still had a great time. If you're considering this place, book it!! You won't be disappointed.

Our butler, Nadia, was great! She helped us during our stay at Princess Pathumwan Hotel. She’s very pleasant and such cute face!

Rooms are good and well-insulated from outside noise.

Breakfast is very good - choices are changed daily and has a mix of Western and Thai food. Room service food is also good.

Love the location of this hotel - very near malls, easy to get to via different modes of transportation & safe area.

Service of all staff is commendable.

Issues:
1. Weak wi-fi in the lobby.
2. When there’s lots of water draining from the sink, the shower drain overflows.

Great value, fantastic location with luxury accomodation. If you are wanting a retail experience, you are minues walk from some of the best shopping in Thailand.
