Pathumwan Princess Hotel

We have had many stays at the PP hotel over the past ten years. It never disappoints,from the warm welcome and quick check in to the breakfast buffet where you see staff that are happy in their job and so helpful to guests. The facilities are modern and plentiful and the MBK centre next door you couldn’t ask for more. Will be back soon

This hotel gave us another reason to go back to Bangkok! My daughter loved this hotel so much, every time we go outside, she would say “we’re going back to the hotel now!”

Pros:
*Location! Hotel is directly connected to a mall with a supermarket at the basement , Donki (open 24/7), shops, and restaurants. This is usually a huge plus if you’re traveling with a toddler (in Bangkok’s hot and humid weather)! We saved a lot of time, money (and maybe patience lol) because everything we need is already connected to the hotel and we didn’t need to brave the hot weather outside.
*Filtered drinkable water available inside the room! My husband and I love this! Glad this hotel is doing its part in helping reduce waste by providing this inside the room.

Cons:
*Just the pesky night light which I strongly feel is placed in a terrible position. Its has sadly affected our sleep. Yes, you can turn it off, but when you pull back your arm after turning it off, it senses “movement” again and it will just turn itself right back on. Ugh.

Not a complaint or a con but this is more of a suggestion. The hotel doesn’t have a dedicated play area or any facilities for kids (And we know this even before arriving.) In absence of these, I don’t think it will cost a lot if the hotel offers little things for little ones to enjoy: Maybe an activity sheet, a coloring book, a small box of crayon, etc. Little things like these go a loooong way!

My stay at Pathumwan Princess Hotel Bangkok was truly exceptional. The hotel itself was excellent in every aspect, but what made the experience unforgettable was Ms. Asma. She is highly professional, attentive, and genuinely dedicated to assisting guests and ensuring their comfort at all times.
Her outstanding service made my stay extremely pleasant, and she is the main reason I would choose this hotel again in the future.

Again this hotel never disappoints. We love returning to this wonderful hotel..The staff are so friendly. We had a beautiful suite. Breakfast is amazing. Location right in MBK and across from Siam and Central. Highly recommend this fab hotel. We will be back next year

Very clean hotel, with polite, friendly and helpful staff. I had left an item on the plane and Simon at the Concierge desk was particularly helpful, contacting the airline/lost property for me and once item found arranging collection and delivery to the hotel (we had an early flight so couldn’t collect as the office would not have been open). Thank you Simon, you went over and above what was required to assist and I really appreciated it!

Tofan is a very good server to us today at the lounge for suite guests. she is attentive and polite.

The entire bulter team is responsive, polite and do their best to accomodate us.

The Pathumwan Princess Hotel is a modern, super-clean, spacious hotel with all the city-centre amenities you could wish for.

Being so big it had a slightly ‘corporate, large’ feel to it and felt a little impersonal but all the staff were friendly and helpful and the location is good to access all the sights of Bangkok.

Our room was big (23rd floor - there was a single sofa bed that we didn’t need but could easily accommodate three people) and had tea/coffee/kettle/fridge/drinking water/etc.

There was so much choice for breakfast (it could get busy at peak times with a 5 min wait to get in).

For me, Bangkok was a little overwhelming - glad I did it but wouldn’t rush back: however if I did, I’d stop at this hotel again.

rose, dang and torfun gave us regular service at the hotel's Club Del and they are simply excellent. They are caring, they have high service and everything with a smile. Fun. For a hotel that has them 😁

This is our second time staying at the hotel and it is still our favorite.
Hotel with a central location, very friendly staff and is connected to MBK shopping center with walking distance to several other shopping centers in Siam.

Large rooms with comfortable beds and a swimming pool that is open in the evenings.

This hotel made our 1st time Bangkok experience so good! The hotel is located within close distance of everything and we walked most places but got tuk tuks back. Great vibe, pool area is fabulous. The staff are so attentive and helpful. Breakfast was amazing. Would highly recommend. Hope to come back

A wonderful hotel in fantastic district superb location for shopping and tourist attractions. Cannot highly recommend Nadia who looked after us in the hotel. Nothing was too much trouble and contacted us to check we were okay and if we needed anything thank you Nadia you made our trip very memorable.

Great hotel with friendly, helpful staff. Very clean and quiet rooms (we were on 23rd floor) ideal location right next to MBK shopping (access straight from hotel) also for skytrain. Amazing choice for breakfast! Would certainly recommend

This hotel is right in the centre of Bangkok and is linked directly to the MBK Centre. Arriving from Suvarnabhumi Airport, it’s a straightforward journey to the hotel and doesn’t take too long at all. It’s an amazing hotel with stunning design and great rooms. The staff were very polite and friendly throughout our stay.

The outdoor pool on the 8th floor is fantastic, with plenty of sun loungers, ample shade, and a convenient bar. The breakfast, described as an American breakfast, was excellent — a buffet with everything you could think of, from Thai red curry to fresh fruit and everything in between.

The MBK Centre is incredibly convenient, with loads of restaurants and a food hall if you prefer something quick and casual. It’s also useful if you’ve forgotten to pack anything. Other shopping areas are just a few minutes away from the hotel.

We had a great stay and were able to relax by the pool with a beer when not out sightseeing. Highly recommended.

The hotel boasts an excellent location, and the staff are consistently helpful and friendly. We have now stayed at the Pathumwan Princess Hotel on six different occasions, and it never disappoints. A particular highlight is the club lounge, which offers exceptional convenience and is staffed by an outstanding team.

The hotel is in a central location amd very well equipped. The top rooms provide a butler service which is amazing and all the butlers 𝐍𝐚𝐝𝐢𝐚,𝐌𝐨𝐝,𝐌𝐡𝐨𝐦, 𝐍𝐚𝐧, 𝐓𝐞𝐞 and DaDa were very helpful and professional. The what’s app service is excellent and the speed of providing the requests is great.
The Suite with the terrace was a great experience and we really enjoyed the outdoors bath which was a Jacuzzi as well.
The house keeper Nanta was exceptional and ensured we had everything we had requested. Nanta attention to detail was very much appreciated.
We will most certainly recommend the Pathumwan princess hotel to everyone going to Bangkok! 🙌🏻🙏🏻☀️

We went back to this great hotel to celebrate our 50th anniversary. We received a very warm welcome, starting from our airport pick up to entering our suite. The manager and several staff showed us to our room and there we were surprised with a very nice decoration to wish us a happy 50th anniversary. We had a wonderful 2 week stay at this hotel, breakfast was plentyful as always, with plenty of choice and the food offerings in the lounge were superb. We are already planning our next vacation at this hotel.
