By the time we were there unfortunately the wifi did not work which is a bare minimum thing you would expect from a service. Also the pool facilities were all closed. And there is no parking so you have to spend extra for each night you stay which is not cheap!

Cons:

The room was clean and the service was reasonable. But definitely doesn’t worth the price with things going wrong at our stay.

Good hotel in great location. Good value for money.
Pros:

Staff very good especially Shaun running the night bar. Room warm and comforting. Breakfast good.

Cons:

un desastre une personne dormait par terre
Pros:

le probleme c'est vous pas sheraton, vous m'avez montré une photo de 2 lit avec un lit d'apoint donc pour 3 personnes une fois labas on me dis vous avez reservé une chambre avec 2 lits.

la resolution du probleme , y en a pas eu.

Cons:

I picked this hotel for the pool and checked to ensure they had one on their site before booking. Once booked I received an email from the hotel advising the pool was closed. I had made a non refundable booking and was stuck. The hotel did not offer to cancel or credit the booking.
