Lits confortables et c’était calme
La toilette un peu vieille qui avait de la misère à fonctionner ! Chaises plus confortables auraient été appréciées !
The staff were exceptional. We arrived at 2 am and they were ready for us and dispensed with details so we could get to our room. They stored our luggage for two days whilst we went on a side trip and replaced a breakfast voucher we couldn't use so we had one on our return . The hotel is in a great location, easy walking to the important sights and restaurant areas. The room was clean comfortable and well maintained. Breakfast is a la carte but still has an excellent range and the service was very good.

The room view was odd and the AC was making noises

Location is awesome. Transportation is nearby, and it's within walking distance from many tourist places. The staff was great and welcoming.
The room was very old. AC was weak and noisy. The blackout window didn't block the streetlights from entering the room. Cleaning wasn't the best, considering that I found papers and candies on the bathroom floor under the sink.

breakfast was not great for the money!!!!
The room itself was excellent. The bed was very comfortable, the air conditioning worked perfectly and kept the room cool, and the TV was modern with Netflix available. The elevators were also fast and efficient
regarding luggage assistance, as no staff were available to help during either check-in or check-out.
