Comfortable all-around stay in a great downtown location.
Pros:

King size bed was super comfortable. Extra bonus was reading lights attached to bed. Desk was perfect for working at. Temperature in room was perfect. Shower was great. Beer selection was great at bar with friendly staff. Hot breakfast was great. I can still taste it. WI-FI was fast.

Cons:

Beware of lack of USB ports in room.

The hotel was okay but the staff is not caring.

Cons:

The concierge told me at the lobby upon checking in that we will have an adjoining room. We went up and it was a mistake according to the concierge. When the key was given to us we were told it was adjoining, did they not know with the room number it is not? There is a discrepancy or misrepresentation that happened. Why the real truth not given to us in the lobby is still beyond me.

Bel hôtel mais environnement pas terrible
Pros:

Bel hôtel en bon état. Chambres spacieuses avec un équipement de qualité et une literie confortable. . Petit déjeuner US de qualité.
Personnel arrangeant et très sympathique.

Cons:

Hôtel très bruyant, la première chambre au 3ème étage à 49dB, clim coupée, c'est énorme. La seconde chambre au 12eme était encore a 40dB avec le ronronnement constant des énormes groupes de clim du voisinnage. Des rideaux trop petits apoortent beaucoup de lumière dès l’aube. Nous avons très mal dormi, c’est dur pour un 4 étoiles!
Petit déjeuner servi au menu avec des plats certes de qualité mais très copieux donc difficile de varier sans gâcher, surtout avec des enfants. Service long car tout est fait sur commande, il ne faut pas être pressé.

I loved it. I would recommend staying at Sheraton to my friends.
Pros:

The beds were super comfy. Overall room size was decent. It is in an excellent location.

Cons:

Washroom needs some upgradation. Couldn’t find switch for exhaust. A slab underneath the basin would make washroom more spacious to keep stuff. Lastly, quality if towels could have been little bit better in terms if softness.
