Excelente hotel en Houston
Pros:

Habitación muy cómoda. Bueno en desayuno y buena ubicación. Personal muy atento. El bar del lobby también muy agradable y buena comida

Cons:

Creo que las habitaciones deberían de incluir amenities y slippers.

Great location, great team!
Pros:

Breakfast team was on point and belldesk stood out in efficiency and friendliness

Cons:

Room cleanliness as hair was on the floor upon check in which was not reported, bed was also poorly made. Robes in poor condition. Visible and so did not use.

Best hotel experience!!!
Pros:

Manager Marcia is the best person we’ve ever met in our hotel experience. We used to prefer the Ritz-Carlton, but now we’ve truly discovered the Four Seasons because of her.

She handled every issue with care, treated us with respect, and showed genuine kindness toward our baby. Thanks to Marcia, we felt incredibly comfortable, valued, and happy throughout our stay. She is the most professional and amazing woman we’ve ever met.

However, the management and restaurant staff at Toro Toro could really learn some courtesy and professionalism.

Good solid hotel in Houston
Pros:

Stayed here on business. The hotel is a little dated from the exterior but inside the renovations are well done and the rooms are comfortable and modern. Tom Segesta and his team bring their A-game as far as client service goes. Everyone is super nice and helpful. Small annoyances such as no toiletries in the bathrooms and a tv that didn’t work were attended to. The hotel is very well located and it’s walkable to downtown office buildings and the convention center; even in the heat and humidity of Houston! Service matters and this hotel does a good job in Toro Toro and the main bar in the lobby. This is a good place to stay in Houston.

Never unhappy here
Pros:

Beautiful experience. I was celebrating my birthday. Staff surprised me with a birthday cake and champagne delivered to my room. Spa treatment was exceptional! I highly recommend booking Levi. I had the best massage of my life so far. I added on hot stones and a scalp massage. Only wish is that I booked for longer. Going on a Sunday was a fantastic time. Fewer quests, so it feels like you have the entire hotel to yourself. Hotel staff were amazing and so kind. Espresso maritini at the bar downstairs was absolutely delicious. Tasted just like a dessert and was perfect before seeing Chris Brown in concert that evening.

Flawless Stay at the Four Seasons Houston Residences

Our stay at the Four Seasons Houston was nothing short of exceptional. We stayed in the residences and absolutely loved every moment. The space was luxurious, beautifully designed, and felt like a perfect blend of home comfort and five-star elegance.

The service was impeccable—attentive, professional, and warm from start to finish. Every staff member went out of their way to make us feel welcome and taken care of. The amenities were top-tier, and the location made it easy to enjoy the best of downtown Houston.

This was truly one of the best hotel experiences we’ve had. We can’t wait to return!

Just OK! If you are looking for the real Four Seasons experience look to another property. This is an old worn out property that has been shined up but not true 5 star standards. The staff are excellent and that’s the only thing that makes it a Four Seasons.
