Our 2nd time staying here and love this hotel. A great place to stay, relax, walk to local restaurants, Pikes Market, etc. Staff are helpful and friendly, the rooms are wonderful and the restaurant is great.
Breakfast was excellent! The bar in the lobby was excellent! The coffee shop in the lower level was excellent! Love the place and will plan on returning soon.
Can’t think of anything ?
The lobby/bar was gorgeous, and the hotel was within walking distance of everything, also the receptionist (especially David) was so nice.
Our AC was subpar, i don't know if it was just not working? but we had to open up a window just to cool the room (luckily it was winter when me and friend stay) there was no fan in the bathroom, also maybe this is the norm but from all the places I've stayed they didn't have a microwave and their mini fridge was stocked with their stuff.
The staff at the main Bar are super nice and professional
Hugo made our experience formidable
The morning wait staff at the restaurant top service
Fiona and the team great
Front also amazing
Nice breakfast restaurant, rooms are sized well. Location is good.
This was a great grand hotel. Rooms are ok but totally outdated, as are the bathrooms. Check-in an check-out are painfully slow.
Though we specifically reserved a room with a sofa bed none was available on arrival. Rollaway bed promised at checkin did not arrive until after we contacted front desk again a hour later, which was virtually impossible via passive-aggressive gate-keeping phone bot. (Not made less frustrating by posh British accent.) Room was clean, mostly. (Extra blanket in closet was dirty.) Only decaf coffee provided in in-room setup. Housekeeping confused about checkout date. Overall, service was disorganized and disappointing for the price. Building is beautiful though.
Had a wonderful stay. The staff was very friendly and professional. The room was clean and comfortable, great amenities at a great location. Everything was smooth from check-in to check-out. Shuckers and Olympic bar was amazing. I’d happily stay here again. I highly recommend it.
The hotel was great and friendly staff, but The George restaurant service was a bit disappointing and could do better. Still recommend for the stay.
Always clean, the staff is wonderful
Nothing, it’s always welcoming!
I went with a group of friends to see an NFL game. (Colts). This was my first time in Seattle, and it is in a convenient location, where you can walk anywhere in 20 minutes. The Lobby Bar was one of the best i have ever seen, with freindly staff. Great atmosphere! Quick service at front desk, and clean rooms for both! Highy recommend!
My partner & I spent the Christmas holiday at Fairmont Olympic, and it did not disappoint. The hotel is gorgeous and there are some many venues to experience. I had Afternoon Tea at the George, cocktails at their lobby bar, Olympic Bar, and great pastry’s and coffee at 4th Avenue. Oh also, I have to mention their Founders Club which was nestled behind a bookshelf! Huge shout out to the following colleagues Marivic, Cheryl, Delia, and Spencer in Royal Service. Lastly, Shawn, from the Concierge desk he was great at curating my stay. Can’t wait to return.
Wonderful hotel! I loved the lobby bar, the delicious meals, our room and the personalized service! Thank you so much Fairmont Team.
A truly special Christmas! A trip we will be looking back on for a long time. Felt spoiled! I LOVE THE TEDDY BEAR SUITE! Great work Fairmont Olympic Hotel.
Stayed at the Fairmont Olympic over Christmas with my family and had a wonderful experience. The holiday decorations and ambiance were exceptional, the Christmas dinner and breakfast were delicious, and drinks in the Founders Lounge were excellent. Service was fantastic throughout, and the Teddy Bear Suite was a unique and memorable touch. I also loved the sauna, hot tub and gym. Hotel location is perfect for a morning waterfront run. An outstanding place to stay during the holidays. Special thank you to Pauline Suryana who gave us great recommendations and is a wonderful ambassador of Seattle and the Fairmont Olympic Hotel.
Good location near nice restaurants and short walk to pike place. In room dining
Parking is across the street. Not the most fun with luggage. Hotel is fancy, but it’s so fancy you can’t really eat at the restaurant or bar. They are packed and way over priced. Room was dingy, scuffed up and didn’t looks as much like the pictures as expected. Really beat up. Poor view. Too much hype for a mediocre hotel. Fairmonts may not be so nice as the photos online
