Very central to different locations in the city,
Would be great it there was a little kitchen nook, holding microwave, toaster, cutlery and crockery, also have never been in a motel with out a toilet brush.
Clean, comfortable, attentive friendly staff and great location.

Location is in the heart of the city. Secret entrance from Queen St was helpful.
Location of power points in the room were inconvenient.
We arrived early and didn't expect an early check in but they told us that they would call us when the room was ready, which didn't happen. We just returned on our own at the proper check in time. The room was ready but our luggage had not been delivered to our room. I had to remind them to bring it.
One of the coffee cups had been used and not cleaned.
These are all minor things but the lack of attention was surprising for a 5-star hotel.
Great location and facilities
High cost and cramped room - also unfortunately the lift was having issues which we understand is outside of hotel staff control so have not reflected in rating but it was annoying given the amount we paid

Tiny TV that isn't even a smart TV just awful. Breakfast wasn't even on my radar given the cost for a buffet

The breakfast in the restaurant was rubbish everything was run out of stuff and the staff in the restaurant were very rude would never go back

Out of 3 guest lifts only 1 was working. The child bed we requested wasn’t ready and had to be requested again, then we were short on towels for the kid. The toilet flush wasn’t fully functional.
