Great location and service, the property itself not great
Pros:

The staff were all good, with attentive service. The location was excellent.

Cons:

It was quite tired looking and a piece of the furniture was broken. Properly looks in need of some renovation.

Good value, in the middle of everything Brisbane has to offer
Pros:

Great location. Staff are super helpful. Really liked the pool area and gym. Great facilities

Cons:

Premises could do with an update. Room smelled a little musty. Tv is a little old and small, but it did have the ability to stream, and the network was great. The staff said renos are happening this year, so good timing!

Breakfast was terrible. It was rated as amazing breakfast, it was not! Hot selection , half was empty when we got there, and the one chef on didn't seem too bothered about topping up at all. The rest of it was stone cold , disppointing
