Front office staff and concierge were amazing restaurant staff very poor

The breakfast in the restaurant was rubbish everything was run out of stuff and the staff in the restaurant were very rude would never go back

Out of 3 guest lifts only 1 was working. The child bed we requested wasn’t ready and had to be requested again, then we were short on towels for the kid. The toilet flush wasn’t fully functional.

I loved my stay. Everything was great except the cleanliness.

The house cleaning was quite disgusting. I don’t think the bathroom floor was ever swept it had the same hair on the floor from when we arrived. The toilet was never cleaned I actually took photos because I couldn’t believe it was not cleaned.

Prime location for exploring Brisbane
Pros:

Perfect location for exploring Brisbane as a family of 4, with a popular pool area on the 8th floor to help unwind. Staff were very welcoming and helpful.

Cons:

Room was looking a little tired in parts and we did report a number ot items needing attention which indicated that the room had not been properly checked prior to check in.
