It was only one night but we all had the best time and loved the location and how pretty it was
Pros:

The staff were all super great and friendly and accomodating. Absolutely loved we could go down the lift then straight onto Queen Street Mall. They also let me check in early at 11am, then the next day had a late check out at 1pm! The foyer is so beautiful and the buffet breakfast was really good had so much variety, a lady even came around serving breakfast nachoes which was a tortilla corn chip with baked beans and avocado and was mexican, so different and delicious. They do go the extra mile there which impressed me.

Cons:

The only thing I could fault was 2 extra towels would have been better as 3 of us stayed, but I called reception and they brought more which was easy. Everything really was perfect.

Pros:

Le petit-déjeuner est vraiment excellent et l’emplacement idéal pour découvrir le centre de Brisbane. Et le service de voiturier très pratique.

Cons:

Pros:

The Breakfast was really good. But that's it.

Cons:

Really old rooms, our first room was moldy, which was later confirmed by the hotel. After our second request we got a new room. Far from a 5-Star-Establishment! 3-Star Hotel at best!

Pros:

We loved the pool, hot tub and buffet breakfast. The staff's service and friendliness was great.

Cons:

The water pressure in the shower is a bit low for our liking, and the room only 3 glasses, 3 cups, 3 robes and 3 slippers, but we were 4 people. The staff were quick to get a fourth to us though when we asked. Thanks.

Scruffy Expensive and Neglectful - Ok if was half the price.
Pros:

Good location,

Cons:

Breakfast staff forgot me. Carpets in hallways very messy, needed a vacuum. Very dated appliances. A good enough hotel, but far too expensive to have shoddy maintenance and staff.

Loved our stay!
Pros:

We loved it's proximity to the pedestrian mall.
The staff were very accommodating ans friendly.
The reception area is lovely.
We also loved that it has an outdoor pool.

Cons:

The rooms are a little bit tired looking, but the hotel is in the process of renovating all rooms. So I look forward to our next stay. 😊
