This hotel is very very tired and the rooms and housekeeping are a disgrace.

Excellent staff, location

Cons:

Soiled towel in bathroom on arrival. Top and bottom bed sheets 30cm too short for the two beds. No lightweight blankets available to substitute for doonas. Long term dust buildup in corners of sofa. Room 1112 designed for 3 guests but only two towels, two coffee cups, two bathroom glasses, two only of bathroom accessories. But three pairs of slippers and bathrobes? The shower had little water pressure. Evening meal only available in the noisy Latitude Bar and with unsuitable seating.

Lage Top Rest mehr als ausbaufähig.

Die Lage war super

Cons:

Als Fan der Gruppe waren wir enttäuscht, da dies das schwächste Haus bis jetzt war (Sydney und Hayman waren top). Habe von 4 Tagen frühstücken 3x einen anderen Preis gezahlt - ohne Antwort. Die Möbel sind abgewohnt und nicht einem Haus dieser Klasse würdig.

Super hôtel
Pros:

La chambre est grande et le lit est immense et super confortable nous avions une jolie vue . Hôtel très bien placé sur queen street et Elisabeth street . La piscine chauffée et le spa très agréables . Je reviendrai avec plaisir. Le personnel à la réception est adorable .
