The whole staff was outstanding! Joe (the valet) was especially helpful
In having our car out & ready in time for our dinners!
Emilie at the front desk was amazing…she really knows how to help & treat guests!😊
Location…
The young drummers beating on 5 gal plastic buckets all night…I realize it’s Bourbon street, but figure out a way your customers can get a good nights sleep😊
The location
The rooms are out dated, low water pressure, housekeeping didn’t clean the room how they should’ve, the air conditioning kept us up during the night because it was loud. Overall staff wasn’t friendly.
The room was very spacious and well appointed. Housekeeping was excellent and responded quickly to request for extra bedding. The AC worked well and the bedding was very comfortable. There was plenty of hot water and towels.
We had a large balcony which held a couch and dining table with chairs. Overall it had the bones to be an inviting spot however, it was very lacking in ambience with no touches such as lighting or plants. It could definitely use a makeover.
We so enjoyed our stay! The staff was so helpful and friendly! We will be back!
On site amenities like pool, restaurants!! Location in the french Quarter and their beautiful courtyard .They offer belcony rooms ,even though i could not afford at this time ,they have great choices on rooms.
The valet..ughh. we want park ourselves and be abe go the vehicle to get things and heaD out quickly if need to go to an event a bit farther. .. ya parking
Is pain ...
But in the quarter u cant avoid some of it so i do understand.
Mr. Joe in Valet provided us with outstanding customer service this morning upon checking out of our stay and Royal Sonesta. He was professional, very friendly, and made our exit experience one of the best we have experienced.
Location was fantastic. The pool courtyard was a nice oasis in the middle of the action.
We got a room facing the pool which made it quiet.
Front staff was very friendly and accommodating.
A king size bed by them is approximately 66”, this is smaller than a standard king and more like an Olympic Queen. Just be aware, felt dishonest.
Room service was very basic. Never replenished the coffee or water in the room.
Furniture shows age, but could easily be fixed.
The best part of out hotel experience was the doorman, Caleb!! He was always so friendly, happy, and helpful. He was by far the best employee at the hotel! He deserves a raise because he is EXCEPTIONAL!!!
The location was perfect, the hotel
Is pretty but older, and the hotel staff with the exception of Caleb were mediocre.
Everything from vallet parking to checking in to all staff was just amazing! This was our second time staying and it was even better this time. We have nothing bad to say! It was an amazing place!
That as soon as you open the doors to bourbon st. You sleep urine. But that just comes with it!
The Hotel is right off Burbon, and the interior was very nice, the room was comfortable & clean. It's a nice hotel if you want to be right in the middle of the French quarter and right on Burbon this is the place to go.
I'm writing to commend Mr. Joe in the Valet service. He was spot on getting our car out and helping us with the luggage, every time we needed the car to go somewhere he was courteous and respectful.
There are several court yards onsite which are nice to sit in and relax, a pool on the 3rd floor that was very nice, not heated; in March still a little cool to get in, I'm sure in the heat of the summer it's great to relax and cool off in.
All in all, the Hotel was a good choice for a French Quarter Experience.
