Overall a good time. Some staff were less than impressive.

Location was great, balcony was perfect

Cons:

Room was smaller than anticipated, booked bourbon street, got conti street. Some staff couldn’t care less, some staff was exceptional.

The hotel is beautiful and the staff is very friendly. The hotel is older and it shows.
Pros:

The bed was comfortable. The room was clean. The AC worked well. The TV was a good size and I could navigate it.

Cons:

The coffee maker was broken. The toilet paper holder was coming off the wall. There wasn't room service. The elevator to the 3rd floor worked sometimes but then sometimes didn't. You had to coordinate your keycard just so when selecting your floor or you didnt' go anywhere. The walls are thin, you can hear people talking and toilets flushing.

Would highly recommend this French Quarter/Bourbon Street lux hotel!
Pros:

Wonderful balcony room. Exceptional Staff. Restaurants and coffee shop were great. Right on Bourbon, easy access to everything.

2 ou 3 nuits suffisent pour voir le quartier
Pros:

Chambre au calme. Literie ok.
Reçu 2 petites bouteilles d'eau chaque jour. Petit déjeuner à la carte très bon (mais assez cher).
Fontaine d'eau aromatisée disponible dans le hall d'entrée (idéal pour remplir sa gourde).
Apres vérification, ma facture finale ne comportait aucune erreur.

Cons:

Airco trop fort dans les couloirs.
Impossible d'ouvrir la fenêtre de notre chambre (4031).
Piscine froide et bondée.
Transats toujours au soleil car les parasols sont fixés.
TV aucune chaîne francophone. Pas de Netflix.
Dans la rue, pas beaucoup de musique jazz, c'est plus de la musique commerciale.
Caution de 100$ / nuit. Que vous récupérez.
Prevoir une Taxe de service 25$/ nuit, normalement déjà payé via Booking.
Droit à un crédit de 15$/jour/chambre. Mais non valable le jour du check out.
Rapport qualité prix un peu trop haut.

Let the good times roll at full volume—bring earplugs if you face Bourbon street the nightlife in New Orleans is LOUD.
Pros:

Staff was friendly and exceptional! Location is amazing, and the exterior balcony on Bourbon street is an experience!

Cons:

The daily charge for incidentals can’t be used the day of checkout, so this is sort of a bummer if you check in late (after the incidental places have closed). Late arrivals are hard—Bourbon street closes to cars. Be ready to tip your driver if he helps you to the front desk with your luggage!!
