Pros:

Staff was friendly and helpful and we really enjoyed our stay.

Cons:

Didn't like the construction going on the outside court yard. Starts early and lasts till 5-5:30. Pool water wasn't very clean. I dropped my sun glasses in the bottom (5ft of water) and you couldn't even see them because the water was so merky.

I'll never make another reservation at The Royal Sonesta
Pros:

I like the location. The hotel was close to the stores and lots of restaurants I can walk to.

Cons:

I didn't like the first room it had a bad stench I was moved to another room. The other room was filthy the bed was very uncomfortable.

Pros:

Location is perfect, really nice hotel, really nice staff.

Cons:

Breakfast from cafe was not great but is okay in a pinch.

Pros:

Calab the bell hop was very nice professional and helpful

Cons:

Air conditioning was not working properly the hotel lost power nit their fault but I have no received any kind of inconvenience compensation
