Pros:

Calab the bell hop was very nice professional and helpful

Cons:

Air conditioning was not working properly the hotel lost power nit their fault but I have no received any kind of inconvenience compensation

Pros:

The staff made the biggest influence on a high rating. The staff was observant, quick to greet, attentive to our needs and delightful to interact with. Their hospitality is on point and unique.

Cons:

The pool did not look new fresh and clean, its an above ground pool that was kinda shallow and did not give the resort appeal I was hoping for.

It was a wonderful, comfortable, and relaxing place and the food at Desire restaurant was great.

July 4 weekend. The hotel had a very difficult situation deal with and they did it well. Their whole team came together
