Typically love it but the staff true colors were shown during a stressful moment
Pros:

Location and cleanliness and classic decor

Cons:

There was a power outage and the staff on duty wasn’t communicative and one person was rude and unpleasant to patrons trying to navigate a hot summer night without air, electricity, etc.

Pros:

The location right on Bourbon St was great, the facilities were very comfortable and the staff was very friendly and helpful.

Cons:

While the view and people watching were fantastic from our balcony, the doors could have been a little more sound proofed. Overall it didn't stop us from sleeping or enjoying our room though.

Pros:

My husband and I came for our 17th anniversary. I was a bartender on Bourbon St for 15 years. This is where we met 17 years ago. The staff was absolutely wonderful. Miss April at the front desk was an absolute gem! She went above and beyond for us to make this trip and us feel special. Being in the service and hospitality industry, she is exactly whatever every employer dreams of. She knows what we want before we know we want it. MR King was an absolute dream. He was everything that embodies hospitality and NOLA. There was one man, I did not get his name, he helped a man with his luggage on Friday 9.11.26 at about 10 am. That bellman made me feel at home. He reminded me of my daddy. His gentle spirit, I know that man has never known a stranger, and I hope he continues to bless every guest with his presence. We can not wait to come back.

Cons:

Our door to the pool was VERY hard to close and open when we arrived. Also the room could have used a microwave to eat our leftovers

It was beautiful! It an exceptional location, close to everything

Cons:

The bucket boys!!! Boys that sit right outside the door (on the street) that play the drums on the buckets. They play the same song over and over and over! They play it for hours and hours. Every day! We had a balcony on Bourbon so we heard them NONSTOP. For that reason we will never stay there again

Personnel charmant. L’hôtel’est en plein centre. Grande chambre avec deux grands lits.

Cons:

Le petit déjeuner. Le serveur était entrain de manger et comble du comble nous parlait en postillonnant. Jamais encore vécu ça ! Comme précisé ce petit déjeuner ravie les
Américains et déçoit les français.
Rien donc à ajouter.
