Found out the next day when we went to check out that y’all allowed pets ! I never seen it on booking ! Plus we we had dog hair over everything !!! It was horrible ! As a transplant patient I can’t be around animals and to find out we prob slept in a room with a dog is PATHETIC!!!! Y’all should have a specific place for animals or don’t allow them but no we had to lay our head where a dog or cat prob put their ass! So I could have acquired an infection due to y’all having Animals !!! Animals are exactly what they say they are ANIMALS ! NOT HUMANS !!! They should not be allowed in a hotel !

The location was perfect and the bed was comfortable.
Each day I was there I had to address unauthorized charges to my card. I've been home for 2 days and I' still on the phone with them to get these fees (which they admitted was a system error) removed.
There is a fee to charge drink to the room.
The heater for the pool was broken.
Drinks and food are over priced.
Great location. Great facilities.

Location was excellent
Online we got offered an upgrade into a “patio room”, no details or anything, after accepting it we were excited. Maybe we would be over looking the pool or something. Nope! We had to walk way to the other side of the hotel and go out a heavy noisy door to get to our room, which was at the most strangest place ever. If I would have known where it would be I would have never done that “upgrade”. Not to mention the bathroom door didn’t close completely, so there was no real privacy.
Beautiful place. Lots of storage in room. Comfortable beds. Nice balcony.
Very noisy at night but it’s on Bourbon Street. Not a very kid friendly hotel due to location and entrance. If you could enter on the side from Conti, I would like it better.
We loved the bar, the decor, and the setup of the room. It was very relaxing, and the sounds outside weren't loud, but we did hear some things during the daytime, nothing too crazy, and it was only muffled sounds. On our last day, we ate at the hotel's restaurant/bar, and the food was amazing as well.
I didn't like the shower stall in the bathroom because the door opened inward, making it hard to get in and out. My husband is a big guy, so he couldn't shower at all.
Friendly staff, loved the bell people.
We booked the concierge level, however the lounge was closed for the week. They did comp a breakfast and drink, but it just wasn’t the same.
Elegant and clean. Great location. Caleb the doorman was awesome!
The noise in your room- difficult to sleep.
Good location, central. Valet parking
