A elegant hotel with prime location in Philadelphia.
Pros:

It is the perfect hotel for our activities in Philly. We were able to get around by foot primarily and we were so happy. The hotel was elegant and the room very spacious. The staff was responsive and welcoming.

Cons:

I just had a minor quibble with the lighting in the room and that we did not get the room service we requested. I just assumed it was an unintentional oversight as it is large hotel.

Excellent Stay
Pros:

Everyone we encountered was friendly and helpful.
Latanya at the Front Desk provided exceptional service and is one of the most pleasant people we have ever had the pleasure of meeting at any hotel. She went above and beyond to make sure my husband and I had a fantastic stay and always had a smile on her face.
Keith at the Commons Bar was friendly and professional. Gave great local recommendations and made great drinks.
We had breakfast at Urban Farmer and sat at the bar. Service was great. The smoked salmon Eggs Benedict was one of the best I’ve ever had.
We can’t wait to return to this hotel this next time we are visiting Philadelphia.

Stayed due to weather
Pros:

Stephanie took care of our room & she could not be more pleasant. She had to stay overnight due to snowfall but her attitude was delightful.

Perfect location for an amazing stay!
Pros:

What an amazing stay we had at the Logan! Perfect location-walkable to so many attractions-and such a classy place with fantastic service. We had a king suite with plenty of room for our kids in the living room area (my son did say that the couch bed was not so comfortable, but it’s hard to expect a lot from one of those) and the view of the fountain was spectacular. The indoor pool was such a nice cherry on top since my kids love to swim and it made for a great night activity. The valets were prompt and courteous and the desk staff was lovely-shout out to Latanya who provided excellent service when we checked in, and to Samirah who was helpful when we checked out! We will most definitely stay here again when we are back in Philly!

I would recommend this Hotel to others.
Pros:

Room was very comfortable. Nice view.

Cons:

Ice Machine on the floor was located at the opposite end of our room. Would be nice if it was more centrally located.

Pros:

Loved the location, it was easy to find and get too and close to where we wanted to be. The bed was super comfy.

Cons:

It was dingy. The hallways were dim and dingy. The rugs seemed old and worn. There were also parts of the wall that were damaged.We had requested for a higher floor and was placed in the second floor facing other hotel windows and small grass space that seemed ignored and forgotten.

Convenient location. Modern decor. Decent room.

Cons:

The shower should be upgraded ! Room was unique. Biggest issue was bathroom and the alarm that went off... There was an alarm that went off at 3:45am. We had to exit the building. Woke us up out of our sleep. No update on what happened. Wasn’t able to get back to bed after that. Rough night!
