Location was great, the rooftop bar area in the evening was amazing. Enjoyed the seating area in the bar downstairs. The shower in the king size bed room was also fantastic!

We stayed at the Logan from April 4–9, 2026, and unfortunately, our experience did not live up to the standards the hotel promotes. Simply put—they talk the talk, but don’t walk the walk.
I’ve been a Hilton Gold Member for many years and have stayed at numerous Hilton properties. I have never encountered this level of oversight and lack of follow-through before.
Upon check-in, my wife immediately noticed that the ice bucket had not been cleaned, it still had water and visible residue inside. We also found stains on the bed sheets, which required us to request replacements. While housekeeping eventually brought new sheets, it took over an hour—far from ideal after a long day of travel.
To make matters worse, the issues didn’t stop there. The faucet knob in the room was broken, and the shampoo, body wash, and conditioner dispensers in the shower were also not functioning properly. These are basic room standards that should never be overlooked.
I reached out to hotel management through their text service and connected with someone named Zachary. He responded promptly and assured us they would “make it right,” even stating that housekeeping management would provide a full service cleaning of our room that same afternoon along with a new ice bucket.
Unfortunately, that never happened.
We returned to our room around 8:00 PM to find it completely untouched. I followed up immediately via text, but never received another response—not that evening, and not for the remainder of our stay.
This lack of follow-through and accountability was extremely disappointing. Promises were made, but not honored and that ultimately defines the experience.
We will not be staying here again. There are plenty of hotels that value their guests and actually deliver on their commitments. I would strongly recommend taking your business elsewhere.
At this point, I genuinely believe this hotel needs a surprise inspection from Hilton. Based on our experience, I’m confident it would not meet the standards expected of the brand especially one carrying the Curio Collection name.
Liked the room, although the beds were somewhat small (not full queens). The pool was great.
The parking garage has electric charging stations but they are reserved for patrons of the Four Seasons only, which was an inconvenience.

The underground spa is AMAZING. The rooftop restaurant/lounge had great drinks and views. The staff throughout the property were courteous and accommodating.
Create a cigar smoking area if possible.

It was very nice and in a good part of center city.
The view across from our room, there was a building that seemed to be under construction but other than that, there wasn’t much to dislike.

We just hosted a small retirement party at The Logan (Graff Room). I dealt with Matthew Bassant from start to finish. Everything was exceptional. Any questions were answered immediately. The day of our event Rick DeLuca was our contact and he and the staff were exceptional. The food was delicious. Everyone had a great time. I highly recommend The Logan and their staff for a party.

We had such an easy time at this clean, elegant, and conveniently located hotel. The staff was tremendously warm and helpful - especially Samirah who took a little extra time to make sure that we were pre-checked in so that we could know immediately when our room was ready while we were sightseeing. Tom was very friendly and helpful with storing our bags. And Sonia was accommodating by pushing back our check in time so that the girls could spend more time in the pool. The pool which our girls were very happy to report was “so warm”. We look forward to staying at the Logan again on our next Philly getaway.
We did not have breakfast, but had lunch twice. It was very good. Great soup and coffee.
I cannot believe this hotel yelp rating. This is one of the best hotels I’ve ever stayed at, if not the best. At Christmas it is stunning. Beautiful rooms. Great, efficient gym. Beautiful spa. But the best part is the people. The entire staff are so amazing. From offering upgrades to helping celebrate a birthday another time - I could not believe it. Ashley, John, John, Claire, Samirah, the hilarious English bellman, Godfrey - they all went above and beyond. I celebrated a birthday over a jam packed holiday weekend and they all went out of their way to take care of my friends and I. Hands down, the best team. I’ll never stay anywhere else in Philadelphia again and compare all hotel staff to this group the 90+ nights I spend in a hotel a year. Thank you!
It is the perfect hotel for our activities in Philly. We were able to get around by foot primarily and we were so happy. The hotel was elegant and the room very spacious. The staff was responsive and welcoming.
I just had a minor quibble with the lighting in the room and that we did not get the room service we requested. I just assumed it was an unintentional oversight as it is large hotel.
