The hotel is really nice for the price point. Great room, comfy beds, nice bathroom! The layout of the hotel is nice and feels lux.
Our hallway on our floor smelled like hamburgers both nights we stayed there.
Staff was very helpful and nice
Room was not as clean. The carpet was wet and the bathroom was not clean, hair on the floor.
We really liked the setup of our room and bath, the hotel facilities overall, and the location couldn't have been better. The staff were friendly and helpful. We also enjoyed brunch at Urban Farmer and wished we could have tried dinner there as well.
It would have been great if our room was available at or shortly after the standard check-in time of 4:00. We got in around 5:00. It's absolutely understandable that it was Saturday and very busy, but we had somewhere to be and were getting anxious during the wait.

Staff placing us in wrong rooms
then waking us up by banging on the doors multiple times through the night, for a mistake they made.
One of the highlights of my Fourth of July visit was the woman at the front desk of The Logan, Egypt. She was AWESOME! So very helpful, pleasant, and just happy to be doing her job. I spoke to her on the phone prior to my stay and was looking forward to meeting her. She helped me with a change in my reservation. I had a great room with a view of the Parkway. Although the concert was delayed for hours, I had a great time from start to finish. Happy Birthday, America and thank you, Egypt!!
I liked the size of the room that we got. Personally I also like the location we were in. And finally I like how it wasn't loud.

Our family had a wonderful stay at The Logan Hotel, and one of the biggest reasons was Joe at the front desk. We were in town celebrating our son’s 13th birthday, and Joe went above and beyond to help make it extra special. I was in need with printing a paper I forgot at home and he made it happen for me. The sizing wasn’t working from the file I sent him but he took the time to get it all set for me and I am beyond grateful for him!
From the moment we met him, he was incredibly friendly, welcoming, and genuinely cared about making sure our family had a great experience. He took the time to help us with ideas and made us feel like more than just guests. His kindness and attention to detail helped create memories that our son will never forget.
Exceptional customer service like Joe’s is hard to find these days, and he truly made our stay even more memorable. Thank you, Joe, for helping make such an important birthday celebration so special. We can’t wait to come back to The Logan Hotel!

Had a wonderful stay here for a girls night! Joe C at the front desk is a 10/10, very helpful, professional and just all around awesome! Definitely would recommend!!!!
Samirah was a gem! She went out of her way to make our stay extra wonderful. The hotel was so modern and clean and everyone who worked there was incredibly helpful. Centrally located to lots of great spots to visit. Would definitely stay again!
