The room was okay. But my room did not have body wash soap. I took a picture. I was in a rush so, I did not contact the front desk.
I can send a picture.
I prepaid for the room online through Bookong.com. I had a confirmation number (5293340125) and PIN. When I got to the front desk to check-in I was told by the desk clerk person that Booking.com did not send the card/voucher to pay for my room. Or that the card from Booking.com was declined. I'm not 100% sure about what was the problem. The clerk said, that this had never happened before. I booked my room a week before this event. She attempted to contact booking.com about the problem, but I had to wait for about 25 to 30 minutes from the time we got to the hotel to sort this out, while my friends got their rooms without any problems. I starting thinking, did I need to find a room some place else in a city that I've never been in before. Or what should I do, because time was of the essence. I was a little embarrassing about the situation (not knowing if I was going to have a place to stay), but ultimately I got into the room (which made me late for our uber). We were in a hurry but I ended up getting there late because I had to wait for the front desk counter person to sort through the reservations the problem. I'm not satisfied with this online booking.com process.
Please advise.

Location
I had to run the sink outside the bedroom in order to take a hot shower. The room wasn't cleaned properly. The power went out twice and it wasn't raining outside. I asked housekeeping to tidy up the room and they only gave me some towels and took our breakfast trays. They did not provide extra tissue and or vacuum the floors. I've stayed at cheaper hotels that had better service.
Bed was uncomfortable and pillows were terrible. Lots of choices for breakfast, but the eggs were dried up.
Crystal at the bar was awesome. Food for breakfast was great. Front desk lady was awesome.
Excellent variety at breakfast buffet
Large rooms great staff breakfast was beyond expectations shuttle to the airport
I had such a great experience at the Embassy Suites in St. Louis! The hotel itself was beautiful and very comfortable. The rooms were spacious with two TVs, a lounge area, fridge, microwave, and a mini kitchen—perfect for relaxing and feeling at home. The complimentary drinks and breakfast were a nice touch and made the stay even better. Also, there is parking available on site.
What truly made my stay stand out was the exceptional service from Mrs. Ramona. She was so welcoming, kind, knowledgeable, and incredibly sweet. She went above and beyond to help me with multiple things I needed during my stay, and her customer service made all the difference. Because of her, I’d gladly book here again and recommend this hotel to anyone visiting St. Louis.
Bar was good.
Very outdated and the room was not cleaned well.
The front desk knowingly gave us a broken crib. My husband went to return it to get a new one and the woman made a "joke" about how the other man she gave a crib too will end up returning his as well because his is broken also. They did not have another crib for us. We had nowhere for our infant to sleep and with him being able to walk, it was very difficult for him to stay in one place. He got no sleep and neither did we.
I had no hot water the ENTIRE TIME I showered. Half of the outlets in the room did not work.
They refused to accept any accountability and refused to give us a refund.
DO NOT RECOMMEND TO ANYONE!!!
very clean
