Not very clean
Happy hour
Couch in room was old , heat not circulating throughout both rooms, pillows were really small and bed not comfortable
Breakfast
Room and furniture rundown and the bathroom was moldy
The room was okay. But my room did not have body wash soap. I took a picture. I was in a rush so, I did not contact the front desk.
I can send a picture.
I prepaid for the room online through Bookong.com. I had a confirmation number (5293340125) and PIN. When I got to the front desk to check-in I was told by the desk clerk person that Booking.com did not send the card/voucher to pay for my room. Or that the card from Booking.com was declined. I'm not 100% sure about what was the problem. The clerk said, that this had never happened before. I booked my room a week before this event. She attempted to contact booking.com about the problem, but I had to wait for about 25 to 30 minutes from the time we got to the hotel to sort this out, while my friends got their rooms without any problems. I starting thinking, did I need to find a room some place else in a city that I've never been in before. Or what should I do, because time was of the essence. I was a little embarrassing about the situation (not knowing if I was going to have a place to stay), but ultimately I got into the room (which made me late for our uber). We were in a hurry but I ended up getting there late because I had to wait for the front desk counter person to sort through the reservations the problem. I'm not satisfied with this online booking.com process.
Please advise.

Room look outdated show was dirty in corners an tile was bad carpet old sofa was dirty
I love the location and the friendliness of the staff
I didn't like the room that was assigned to me , the room needed work the shower doors were hard to slide and the handles on the shower doors were loose also the couch had loose material handing from under the couch pillows , it was not a good look for my guest
Breakfast was great the omelet maker was great
Everything was dated
Don’t get caught up in the beauty of the lobby and bar area. The hotel rooms have seen better days. I wouldn’t say they were filthy, but certainly not clean to my liking. The rooms wasn’t equipped with a luggage rack, I moved the stool by the desk in the bedroom and there was party streamers under it. The chair in the living room is torn and unstable. The one time we asked for the room to be cleaned in 5 days the beds were made up with the same sheets, the trash was taken out and we had fresh towels. The streamer is till under the desk 😒.
The staff are pleasant and when we did make it to breakfast it was decent.
Excellent staff service, all around. Room showed some wear, but it was clean and comfortable. In a great location, near shopping, grocery and restaurants. On at least two nights, I felt lazy and decided to order from the hotel menu. Everything was prepared very well and tasted delicious The evening reception, while still not what it used to be, was better than other Embassies I've stayed at, as they offered a hot item each evening. I appreciated that. I also want to commend Celeste, who provided excellent service at the reception and restaurant, doing a great job on remembering my favorite orders. She is definitely an asset to your hotel. Fitness center was clean and well-appointed, as was the pool area. It was more relaxing at this hotel that I expected. All of these things will have me coming back. Thank you very much.
Location
I had to run the sink outside the bedroom in order to take a hot shower. The room wasn't cleaned properly. The power went out twice and it wasn't raining outside. I asked housekeeping to tidy up the room and they only gave me some towels and took our breakfast trays. They did not provide extra tissue and or vacuum the floors. I've stayed at cheaper hotels that had better service.
Bed was uncomfortable and pillows were terrible. Lots of choices for breakfast, but the eggs were dried up.
