La grandeur des chambres et la propreté
Rideau pas obscure et donc lumière du jour dès le lever du soleil, malheureusement c’était un grand problème.
A perfect place for our short stay in Geneva. The location is excellent, just a 2-minute walk from the main train station, which made catching an early train the next morning very convenient.
This was the only place during our trip in Switzerland that provided slippers in the room, which we really appreciated. The receptionist also gave us a warm welcome and even wished us a happy anniversary, which made us feel right at home.
Very conveniently located near restaurants, train stations, supermarkets etc! Lovely lovely apartment with all amenities and comfortable beds!
The property needs double glazing windows to limit noise from traffic, ambulances etc and to preserve heat.
The location is great
Everything is outdated and the rooma have a lot of wear and tear. This hotel does not deserve four stars.
The hotel is well located, close to the train station and the city centre bus/tram stops. As we were booked in a city hotel, the city provide free travel cards for use on buses, trams and trains. The hotel were excellent in getting our passes to us before we arrived. This enabled us to use them to take the train from the airport to the central station. The staff were friendly, helpful and efficient. The breakfast was varied and well presented. The restaurant menu was good except the vegetarian options were limited. The only negative point was that one of the reasons for choosing the hotel was that it offered fitness facilities. However, on arrival we were informed the hotel had an arrangement with a nearby gym and not within the hotel. This put me off using the gym at all. Overall, however, it was an enjoyable experience.

Os funcionários eram impecáveis a localização era boa muito perto da estação e muito perto do centro.
O pequeno almoço não ser incluído deixou a estadia um pouco pior e o forte cheiro a comida que ficava na entrada do hotel era desagradável.
A casa de banho era um pouco antiga.
