Pros:

El hotel es cómodo. Más para uso por trabajo que por estancias vacacionales. Está cerca de la estación pero el barrio de Paquis es un pelín feo.

Cons:

El personal no era especialmente amable, el barrio no nos gustó nada y pese a haber pedido una habitación para tres personas tuvimos que solicitar la cama supletoria porque no lo habían tenido previsto. La comunicación con los empleados no fue demasiado bueno

Superb hotel for a short stay in Geneva
Pros:

The hotel is located opposite the Geneva train station and within walking distance of the old town.All staff were pleasnt,helpful and polite.It is a large hotel with large comfortable rooms.A large comfortable bed and a suitably sized bathroom.Cleanliness throughout the hotel was superb.Breakfast was served in the lovely restaurant with a good variety on offer and plentiful.Bar service was very good with no waiting and in a comfortable lounge area.

Cons:

Coffee was not served after 6pm in the bar/lounge.

Location, it is right across from the rail station, walking distance to the sites, tours, restaurants and shops.

Cons:

The room is non-smoking but it smelled like an ashtray. Not enough coffee and cream stocked in the room for the stay.

Sa situation géographique , le confort de l'hôtel et son prix.

Cons:

Room service difficile à joindre , idem pour la réception.
Nous avoir ramené 4 bouteille d'eau dans son emballage.pour un hôtel de cette gamme, nous nous attendions à plus de service, un plateau avec les bouteilles dessus mais pas directement dans m emballage!
