Terrific hotel! Beautiful property, with rustic, clean rooms. Beautiful walking paths. Luxurious service in every aspect. Housekeeping is extremely detailed. Location is great and close to many vineyards. Couldn’t go wrong for a romantic weekend away. If you need a weekend planned, ask for Leigh Anne at Concierge, she’s terrific!

Juan went above and beyond to make sure we had the perfect room. Raffa also showed incredible care and thoroughness. The French woman at the front desk (name escape’s me sorry!) was also so accommodating and pleasant. Housekeeping was amazing. I stay at lots of fussy fancy pants hotels— the service at yours was truly exceptional and second to none. Highly recommend because of the staff and building.

I had an exceptional stay at Meadowood—every detail went above and beyond my expectations, making it one of the best hospitality experiences I’ve ever had, and I can’t wait to return in the future. The spa treatment was also outstanding—I had a 75-minute hot stone massage that was absolutely amazing, and the relaxing, spotless space with thoughtful snack options, a lovely tea room, and an enjoyable sauna made the entire experience exceptional.

Our visit to the Meadowood Spa was one of the most magical experiences of our entire Napa trip. From the moment we arrived, we were greeted warmly and immediately guided through the start of our Wine & Roses package. We selected our food options and received a small glass stone to write an intention on — a beautiful, personal touch that set the tone for the day.

We were then taken separately to explore the men’s and women’s locker areas, including the hot bath, tea lounge, steam/shower, and changing spaces, complete with plush robes and slippers. After a brief orientation, we reunited for the treatments.

The Wine & Roses package was divine: an aromatherapy steam; a body scrub; a Chardonnay body butter wrap; followed by a 60-minute couples massage and 60 minutes in the Tree House Retreat. The retreat included sparkling wine, a rose & milk bath, and an incredible culinary experience.

Our massage therapists, Daniel and Emily, were phenomenal — attentive, professional, and incredibly skilled. It was, without question, the best massage either of us has ever had. We also loved the fresh juices afterward and the delicious food (the Salmon Buddha Bowl was a standout).

The entire spa is stunning, serene, and thoughtfully designed. Every staff member we met was professional, friendly, and genuinely caring. This was a heavenly, unforgettable experience — worth every penny. We would return in a heartbeat.

I had hoped to surprise my then girlfriend (now, fiance!) with a surprise trip up to Napa immediately following the proposal. Upon learning of the stakes and special nature of our trip, Cassandra, the concierge and front desk teams went above and beyond to make the weekend perfect for us. They constructed an incredible itinerary for us on short notice, ensuring that we squeezed the most out of Napa both on and off property. This was the most memorable weekend, much thanks to the Meadowood team. I can't imagine spending such an important life milestone anywhere else.

Our stay at Meadowood was a 10 out of 10. The location strikes the perfect balance between a serene retreat defined by privacy, while still being immediately close to some of Napa‘s best wineries. From the moment we arrived, the Meadowood staff was helpful, cheery, and gave us an incredibly personalized experience that made it felt like home. The property is beautiful, well taken care of, and makes you feel at peace. The in-room and on-site dining options were also delicious. There were multiple small trails on the property that were perfect for walking off wine tastings and large meals. The accommodations were cozy, clean, and very private. The house cleaning staff did a great job of making sure to clean and provide turn down when we were outside of the room. Meadowood may not be cheap, but you absolutely get what you pay for and then some. Will return again happily.

Nature found a way to recover from the large fires that haunted the valley years ago, and while this property sustained significant losses, she appears renewed, with verdant scenery and a laid back vibe.
Everyone at the hotel, down to the person, greeted us with big smiles and warmth, as well as a willingness to jump in and help us with anything. Our comfy cottage (#25 treeline), was surrounded by nature, beautiful grounds, and hiking trails. We enjoyed fantastic food for the week, a well equipped gym, unbelievable! spa, and a housekeeping staff that kept our little house spotless. In my opinion, hotels are only as good as their staff, and if that is true, this property excels. The location, although quiet and seeming remote, is 5 minutes from downtown St. Helena, as well as a bazillion wineries. Just go.

We have been staying here every year for the past 5 for my Uncles Birthday and we Love it. the staff from the drive into check out is amazing. The food is Great & the SPA has me spoiled

My girlfriend and I had the most incredible stay at Meadowood. The property is absolutely charming, and the staff went above and beyond to ensure every detail was perfect. Their kindness and dedication truly set this place apart. It was an experience unlike any other and one we look forward to reliving on our next visit.

I loved meadow wood, comfortable, clean, friendly with excellent facilities but most important was the effort they put into acknowledging not just me as the credit card holder but also my travelling companion who happened to be my husband, so often the other half is ignored, but the Meadow wood really stands out in my opinion on all counts.

Not a five star hotel by any means. Anyone who think this is a five star hotel hasn’t experienced the customer service of an Aman or Cheval Blanc.

The pools and outside dinning areas are flooded with bee’s. Everyone who works at the hotel has a snarky attitude. They are just nice enough.

The hotel is far from everything. The best part is the Spa other than that I highly recommend Auberge de Soliel. Don’t waste your money at a “five star” hotel getting three star customer service.

We loved our stay at the Meadowood! It was such a quiet peaceful property that made for such a relaxing vacation. The pool was dreamy. Breakfast on the porch of our room each morning was one of our was one of our favorite parts of our stay.

Our heartfelt thanks to the entire team for making our Anniversary truly unforgettable. A special shout-out to Justin Eddy, whose warm welcome at the Forum set the tone for an extraordinary day. The experience exceeded every expectation and left us with cherished memories. Congratulations to the whole team on delivering excellence in every detail!

We stayed at Meadwood for our Babymoon and it was a wonderful experience. We booked through Chase Travel and our room was upgraded and we also received some free gifts like NA champagne and chocolates.

The property is beautiful and feels like a super luxury sleep away camp. The pools and locker rooms were very nice but what stood out most to us were the accomodations/rooms and the SERVICE. Every staff member we interacted with went above and beyond from a service perspective.
