Quiet at night, clean, great staff

Cons:

NO ELEVATOR, no machines for food or snacks on 1st floor. I can't do stairs. TV guide channels didn't match the number on screen. No protein or fruit for breakfast. Water was 3.75 per bottle! Walls were thin and my neighbor who had a loud voice was apparently going thru some kind of crisis. I heard a lot. Heater was a bit noisy, but not too terrible. Fire alarm went off at 8 a.m. False alarm.

Never stay at any American Inn again
Cons:

We pay for five adults We got the room for four people. We thought that we will get rollaway bad for the fifth person. We have to squeeze three people in the bed. They can’t do anything.

Pros:

We had a very good stay. The hotel was clean, quiet, and comfortable. The room was well prepared, and everything worked properly. Staff were polite and helpful. The location was convenient and easy to access. Check-in and check-out were simple and smooth. Overall, a pleasant experience, and we would consider staying here again.

Convenience to nearby food and coffee.

Cons:

Breakfast was not open at 6 am as posted (or so I thought was what it said). Room did not have heat so had to pack up and change rooms. New room smelled terrible. Pillows were worst I have ever used and I stay in hotels often!
