Credit/Debit Card Policy:

Debit and Credit cards will be authorized at check-in for the amount of your stay, plus an amount to cover incidentals. The authorization will hold the funds until check-out, at which time the amount actually incurred during the stay will be charged. Authorized amounts may take up to 30 days after departure to be released by your bank or financial institution and the hotel will not be responsible for any resulting fees or charges.

Payment Policy:

Third Party Credit Card: Third party credit card forms are not accepted. Bank transfers and CHAPS payments are accepted.

Direct Bill: Direct billing is only available after approval of the credit manager. The company to be invoiced must fax an invoice request to the hotel and include the specific charges to be invoiced.

Dogs weighing less than 25 kilos are allowed in guest rooms at no extra charge. Guide dogs are not subject to weight limits. A pet liability waiver must be signed upon arrival. A “pet in room” sign must be displayed on a guest room’s door. Dogs cannot be left alone in a guest room, must be leashed or muzzled in public areas, and are not allowed in food and drink venues. The hotel reserves the right to charge a guest’s credit card for additional cleaning and excessive damage caused by a dog.

Just be more helpful.

We had a nice bathroom in the room the bed was comfortable

Cons:

I didn’t like the staff we couldn’t get in at night so we rang the bell took them a while to let us back in and we wanted a drink when we got back instead of just saying sorry it’s closed for a drink the staff said come with me and we was took in a room they weren’t even any lights on so we just thought what’s happening. We had a drink in the room instead the staff were so unhelpful.

понравилось то что Украинский персонал хорошо делал свою работу и не пытася делать вид что не знает русский язык, как это было в соседнем отеле, я очень это ценю, в принципе весь персонал очень дружелюбный. Чистота порядок. Отличный отель короче РЕКОМЕНДУЮ

Cons:

Звукоизоляция, она оставляет лучшего я понимаю что отельне новый и много делалось по старым стандартам но мой номер был с окнами на парк в пятницу не возможно было спать от шума. Не работает ночьюю румм сервис но это англия тут в принципе никто не хочет раотать

Nie podobała się nam obsługa hotelu , przybyliśmy do hotelu o 15.00 i po załatwieniu wszelkich formalności meldunkowych , obsługująca nas Pani poinformowała że nasz pokój nie jest jeszcze gotowy bo podnoszą standart pokoju, musimy poczekać godzinę, klucze do pokoju otrzymaliśmy dopiero o 16.30, po wejściu do pokoju stwierdziliśmy że on niczym nie przypomina zarezerwowanego przez nas pokoju. Zarezerwowany przez nas pokój miał mieć 32 m2 , ten który otrzymaliśmy bardziej przypominał pomieszczenie na sprzęt do sprzątania z jednym małym oknem. Po pokazaniu w recepcji zdjęć zarezerwowanego przez nas pokoju na potwierdzeniu Booking i zdjęć otrzymanego przez nas pokoju, otrzymaliśmy inny bardziej odpowiadający temo co zarezerwowaliśmy ale bez widoku na park. Za widok na park dokonaliśmy dopłaty, która Booking powinien nam zwrócić, w konsekwencji otrzymaliśmy pokój zamiast o 15.00 to o 17.00. Pani która nas obsługiwała wykazała się bardzo niskimi kwalifikacjami, nigdy nie spotkaliśmy tak nie profesjonalnej obsługi. Jesteśmy bardzo rozczarowani hotelem.

Merkezi olması, giriş çıkış personel güler yüzlü okulu

Resepsiyonda çalışan bazı kişiler çok suratsız. Toplamda 4 gün kaldım. İki ayrı rezervasyon vardı. İlk iki gün farklı oda sonraki iki gün farklı. Bloke aldıkları 150 poundu iki kere çektiler. Sanki iki ayrı kişiyim aynı kişi kalıyor. Resepsiyondaki Yasemen isimli çalışan çok suratsız biriydi. 150 poundu iki kere çekende Yasemendi.
