Breakfast and the servers were awesome !
Cleaning staff talked loudly almost every morning. I don’t think they needed to be so loud that early, app. 7:30 am until 9:30 am
The service was excellent, the food very good, and the setting beautiful. The hotel staff is always attentive to all the guests' needs and questions.

check in was quick and easy. Elizabeth was very proficient and pleasant. Lobby and rooms all very clean . Overall had a great pre cruise stay. ate at the Boathouse and Wild Sea. Annabelle was our server at dinner, drink and food recommendations on point! looking forward to another pre cruise stay in a few months. So nice to see Alfredo at the bell/valet desk! .

We had a wonderful stay at the Riverside Hotel. All the employees were friendly and helpful. It wouldn’t have been as complete if we didn’t meet Alfredo. He is by far the best valet we have ever met. Professional, friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. Because of him we will be back.
Another outstanding stay at the Riverside, pre-cruise. We love this hotel with its old world charm. The rooms have been updated and we had a generously sized king that was nicely appointed. The pool deck has a great, chilled vibe surrounded with lush planting, right next to passing boats on the New River to keep you entertained, and the Boathouse to keep you fed and watered.
The location was perfect for walking around Las Olas Blvd. Central to everything, restaurants, shopping, tours.
We were first put in 2 separate rooms that had not been cleaned. Although, we are happy about how it was handled. Management was very helpful and handled it pretty fast.
Great location, nice restaurants, wished the bar area was open later to watch late basketball games during March Madness, not bad getting to HardRock for Miami Open, even easier getting to FLL if you fly there, nice walk on river or past shops to beach, clean and spacious rooms, friendly staff
Fantastic location right on Olas Boulevard and next to the river. Bedroom was large and nicely furnished. We loved the Boathouse with its beautiful pool, gym and restaurant.
Wait times in bar. One bar tender working in the bar during St Patrick’s Day parade (which passed by front of hotel on Olas). They knew there would be a huge crowd, strange more staff would not be provided.
We stayed here after a cruise. Were able to get into our room early (930 am) for an additional $50. well worth it. The room was spacious, clean and well-appointed. Staff were gracious and helpful. The location is great...right in the thick of things on Los Olas. We will definitely return.
