Great property, the AC worked superbly, location really nice - if you want shops and restraunts as soon as you exit. The bathroom shower could have been better I feel.

I recently stayed with my daughter and some friends, we had a wonderful experience. Without us even asking, the front desk agent, Kavoen, noticed that we were traveling together and thoughtfully placed our rooms on the same floor, just a few doors apart. That level of attention and customer service made us feel truly welcome.
The rooms were spotless, comfortable, and beautiful. On Saturday night, the piano lady in the lobby created such a wonderful atmosphere. The lovely lady working in the lobby gift shop was also incredibly kind with my daughter!
Very well managed hotel in an unbeatable location, within walking distance of restaurants, shops, and everything Las Olas has to offer. I highly recommend staying here and will definitely be back!

We stayed in a junior suite in the Tower. The junior suite consists of a large room with a king bed, sofa, desk area, table, chair and floor lamp. The bed was very comfortable and with the occasional exception of hearing people talking in the hallway, the room was very quiet. The AC was super cold and also very quiet. There were two refrigerators in the room; one consisted of a drawer in the wall unit and the other was a free-standing fridge. I found a few small no-see-um bugs wandering on the desk area, not an uncommon thing in warm climates. There is no carpet in the room.
The bathroom light and the lighting located under the room wall unit come on automatically whenever one walks nearby; the latter was too bright at night and disturbed us while sleeping when one of us got up to use the restroom. The bathroom itself was very large with good counter space. There are no robes in the room.
The city view from Room 925 was quite nice, but in looking downward, there is a dirty towel lying on the roof. That said, I enjoyed seeing the city spread out towards the sea.

There is a $25 destination fee which may be offset to some degree by a drink voucher. Self-parking is $30 daily or the valet is $40. Regrettably, the hotel pool is closed until October 2026. One can walk .3 miles down the street and use the pool at the Hyatt Centric.

The hotel is located right next to the Riverwalk, which is a nice area to wander. Their location on Las Olas means you have easy access to tons of shops and restaurants with some great people-watching. We used the gym and found it had a good offering of bikes, treadmills and weights; the gym has huge windows that look out over the river, which made our work-out more appealing.

Finally, we had a great breakfast at Gran Forno Pronto, located a few steps from the hotel. Go there! The food and staff were wonderful.

Having a great stay at the Riverside Hotel in Ft Lauderdale. The staff have a culture that exudes hospitality, warmth and professionalism. The food and beverage options are excellent. We had a delicious supper at the Boathouse last night.
The rooms are comfortable and appear to have undergone recent renovations.
The hotel is clean, well appointed and has a great location on Las Olas.. The hotel is authentic and unique without the corporate feel I have experienced at other hotels.
I highly recommend this hotel and definitely will return

We have stayed at the Riverside Hotel many years, always in the original building facing Las Olas Blvd. This year we were upgraded to a room in the tower. The room was large, clean, the view was wonderful and the bed so comfortable we had a restful night's sleep each evening. The bartender was so friendly. He and the waitress in the resturant remembered us from last year. Everyone was so nice! We had a wonderful stay!
