Teaneck Marriott at Glenpointe

I stop at the Starbucks located in this Marriott a few times a month while traveling. Melissa always greets me with a smile and knows my name. She makes me feel a special and valued customer. She is a real asset to Marriott and Starbucks.

This is my third time staying at your property, and Eltra in the dining room has truly made each visit memorable, what sets Eltra apart is her personal touch and her warm greeting makes me feel less like a temporary guest and more like a welcome friend her excellent service and genuine friendliness are a major reason I continue to choose your hotel when staying in the area, Eltra is a asset to your dining team and The Marriott brand as a whole.

Was in NJ for a week on business hosting two sets of customers on Monday and Thursday night. First of all, the hotel is immaculate, clean and extremely comfortable. I’m lifetime Platinum so have stayed at a lot of Marriott’s - this is the level of Marriott you would expect. On Thursday, I got the room keys for my 3 customers but their flights ended up getting canceled. Since I had already checked them in, canceling the rooms the same day is challenging. I spoke with Winfrey at the reservation desk and the man went above and beyond in a calm, kind manner to make it happen. Not only is he a nice guy, he’s a cool dude. Ask for him if you go. This hotel will be my go to spot every time I’m in North Jersey.

Room is clean and big

I probably stay here at least 4-5 nights/month. Mr. SID is always there when I check-in and out and always accommodating, he is the face of the hotel. Rooms are always clean and ready, breakfast is alway great, and easy bus ride to and from the city. Lounge can use some improvements but still good enough.

One heckuva nice establishment. Rooms in excellent condition with modern amenities. My compliments to management for hiring a fantastic front desk host, Sid. Made me feel welcomed from the very first moment.

Great location. Food at bar was excellent. Staff was amazing. Sid at the front desk was very friendly, funny, hard worker, and made my check in very easy as it was pouring outside and I was drenched.

Everything was incredible from the moment I arrived through checkout. Starting with a great welcome from Winfrey and Sid, they were on top of everything during my stay. I will definitely be coming back to stay here again!

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel, and I especially want to thank Sid for making it such a great experience. From the moment I arrived, he made me feel genuinely welcome. He was always friendly, professional, and happy to help with anything I needed.
What really stood out was how much he cared about making sure guests were comfortable. Every time I saw him, he had a smile on his face and went out of his way to make everyone feel welcome. It's rare to come across someone who takes so much pride in their work, and it really made a difference during my stay.

The hotel itself was excellent, but Sid's outstanding service is what I'll remember most. He truly represents everything great hospitality should be.
