As a regular guest at this hotel, I can confidently say that Sid is one of the main reasons I keep coming back. Every time I walk through the doors, he greets me with the same kindness, friendliness, and genuine charm that makes the entire place feel like a second home. He’s incredibly personable and always a pleasure to talk to. The kind of front desk professional who remembers you, treats you with respect, and makes you feel valued every single visit. Sid is consistently accommodating and impressively intelligent, handling every request with ease and a warm smile. His presence elevates the entire guest experience, and it’s rare to find someone who brings this level of care and authenticity day after day. Sid is truly a standout, and the hotel is lucky to have him.

I stay at this hotel at least twice a month so I’m a regular here. This property is absolutely amazing and I consider it a home away from home. Debra at the front desk is friendly and accommodating. When it’s time for dinner there’s nothing better than Pancetta. John, Jose Biznek and many others are top shelf.

SID the front desk receptionist/concierge was amazing he was so kind and compassionate when he found out that we were there for my grandmas funeral with family. He made sure to check on us everyday to see how we were doing and answer any questions we had. Marriott at Glenpointe is lucky to have him as their employee.

My man Sid was an absolute pleasure every time he’s checked me in he’s been amazing I wish I lived here me and this guy would be bros! This guy will win at anything he does!

Sid did a great job checking me in and alerting me to the hours of the restaurant/bar - I was arriving late and would have missed out on dinner without him! Great service!

Sid was super useful. Helped me lengthen my stay. Offered me a shavung kit which I badly needed and was super professional and friendly.

Was treated exceptionally well. Debra checked me in and honored all of my wishes and requirements. Spent six full days at this property and each day was a pleasure. Room was clean and attended to each day. Lobby is spacious and restaurants were special. Been coming here since 1985 so it feels like home.

Hannah at the front desk is amazing. She is a local and knows all the great restaurants. We could not ask for anyone with more enthusiasm that loves her job. Excellent Marriott!

Debra is an exceptional employee. She consistently maintains a high standard of customer service. She goes above and beyond to ensure our satisfaction. If she’s unable to assist us due to circumstances beyond her control, she creatively finds alternative solutions. Debra thinks outside the box and genuinely enjoys her job. She’s a valuable asset to any organization, particularly in conflict resolution, passenger satisfaction, customer service, and hotel management.

My family and I have always been “Marriott” people and this location did not disappoint. Great stay and Debra was especially at the front desk was especially wonderful! She went out of her way to accommodate us and was such a doll about it.
