The entire Glenpoint Marriott staff is efficient and professional. Two stand out, Debra at the front desk and Randy in the restaurant. Both always make us feel like an honored guest, serving our needs and going out of their way to ensure our needs are met all with a smile, employees like these that always keep us coming back AND recommend this location to others who are visiting in the area. Trust me , all Marriott locations are NOT the same in terms of service and professionalism.

I stay at this Marriott frequently for work, and it remains my go-to choice in the area. The property is consistently clean, highly reliable, and offers a true full-service experience that makes business travel seamless. The rooms are well-maintained, and the staff is incredibly professional. Highly recommended for corporate teams!

Sid was extremely friendly and welcoming when my wife and I arrived for our stay. He made a few suggestions for places for us to eat and enjoy while we were staying at the hotel.

I’ve had an amazing experience at the Teaneck Marriott. I was welcomed by Sid who was sooo amazing and such a kind person. He helped me with arranging a room with a microwave so I could warm up my food in the comfort of my room after a long day of working. The room was amazing and so clean. The lounge has some amazing food options, the bar atmosphere was amazing excellent, and they even had an outdoor space set up to enjoy the beautiful weather. I couldn’t have asked for a better experience! Thanks again Sid, you’re the best!!

I travel to the area once a month to visit my clients and always stay here.

The rooms are awesome, the food is great and having two bars helps wind down a hectic day, however, the best part of the trip are the people who work there I have never encountered anyone not smiling or rude to me or anyone amd while there is not enough space to recognize everyone, I do want to give a special shout out to Ana from breakfast, Sid from night front desk and Debra from day front desk.

I had an excellent stay and wanted to recognize some outstanding team members who made my visit especially enjoyable.

Hannah and Sid had exceptional customer service. They were friendly, professional, and went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect. Their welcoming attitude truly made me feel valued as a guest.

Milton at Glen Bar for his outstanding bartending service. He provided a great experience with his friendly personality and attention to detail. He helped create a relaxing and enjoyable atmosphere that made my evening even better. I would like to make note the TVs need some serious upgrading, it’s 2026 TVs are cheep enough!

The hotel is conveniently located right off the highway. The room with two queens was very spacious. Tons of charging ports, which was incredible. Has a refrigerator but no microwave. Downgraded one star because the bathroom is extremely small and the coffee makers in the room, make bad coffee. It could’ve been the water which had a bad taste. They provided two small bottles of water in the room.

There was plenty of parking, especially for the large rental truck we were in. There is a Starbucks inside the hotel, which was convenient. We did not try the restaurant.

Teaneck is a cute little town. Across the highway is a huge park with lots of activities, walkers, and dogs.

Debra at the main desk is exemplary. Always pleasant and always not only willing to find a way to serve, but also anticipates needs. She is a true professional and a good example set for other others.

I have been coming this property since 1996.
Always my first choice of hotel this area specially close to Korean town.
Debra is one of employees here she recognized me for many years anytime she sees me.
Make my feelings extra comfortable.
Good service, nice rooms, as always.

Checked in late at night and got to interact with the “A” team. Usually a late check in can be less than ideal but Sid was exceptional. He made us feel like we were coming home.

We recently stayed at the Teaneck Marriott Glenpointe and had the pleasure of being helped by Marlon at the front desk. From the moment we arrived, his professionalism, warmth, and genuine desire to help stood out.
Our reservation was booked through a third-party travel agency, which normally means Platinum members like us lose all elite benefits. Marlon immediately understood the situation and went out of his way to ensure we still received the full Platinum experience, and made sure we had everything we needed for a comfortable stay.
Marlon’s kindness and dedication turned what could have been a disappointing arrival into a truly memorable and positive experience. He represents the very best of Marriott hospitality.

This hotel is friendly, updated and clean. Staff were very friendly. Sid at the front desk was very accommodating at check in with a welcoming sense of humor. Great option. Would definitely go back. You won't go wrong at this location.
