Lobby and restaurant was nice

Cons:

Water preasure was bad and water went cold. Hallways are cold. No parking for larger vehicles

Great stay! Would recommend.
Pros:

The location was great. You’re near the theaters (Buell and Bellco), Larimar Square, Convention Center and 16th St Mall. Loved the restaurant in the hotel - The Corner Office Restaurant. The staff was very friendly. Room was comfortable and clean.

Cons:

They couldn’t help this, but one of the elevators was down.

The rooms were fun and whimsical, great location. Comfy bed, good breakfast. Parking was convenient, felt safe.

Cons:

Bathroom was dingy feeling, extremely slow elevators - get it, its an old building, but 15 minute waits is frustrating.

The creativity of the hotel,
Breakfast was amazing!
Once on-site, the hotel staff was warm and available.

Cons:

Before check-in, I couldn't reach the front desk. I tried sending an electronic message and I tried calling 7 times. I had questions about accessing the hotel with limited mobility and there was no assistance.

Property was fun and unique and close to the venue. Other than that room was clean and spacious. And the extras like free water, cookies, and two free beverages was a great addition!
