Love the location but the non existent customer service and poor treatment on my second stay made it my last

Cons:

The lady with highlights at the front desk was so rude- every single interaction. When I called to inquire about check out she hung up on me. I will never be back because of the way I was treated, and my wife was ready to leave that evening.

Pros:

The location was great for the purpose of the visit. Staff was accommodating.

Cons:

There check-in system was not smooth. Another couple was given our room (after we checked in) and they ended up walking in on us getting dressed for our evening out. Embarrassing for all parties (the hotel did comp the $45 parking fee).

The shower was also lukewarm and never reached a comfortable temperature.

We expected better from a hotel that caters to guest that are there to attend performances at the Denver Performing Art Center.

Over all okay just wish it was a little cheaper and parking was free I would stay there more often.

Great location and place to stay to enjoy Denver and the theatre!
Pros:

We had a mountain view room and it was wonderful! The size was adequate and the bed quite comfortable. It was different not having any chest of drawers, just shelves, but it certainly fit the bill. Fun decorations with each floor being a different theatre movie theme! The restaurant for breakfast was delicious, and I recommend the cookies!

Cons:

The battery on our safe was out, so we couldn't lock up any valuables. The shower curtain didn't quite fit, so the floor got wet. But, other than that it was perfect for our stay.

Great stay at The Curtis
Pros:

Great location near the Denver Arts Complex and just a short walk to the 16th Street Mall. Very friendly and responsive staff.

Cons:

The parking garage is a littlle strange but convenient. You come in and put on opposite sides and those leaving didnt seem to know that causing a backup. I knew I had to oay for parking and it I'd a little expensive but worth it.
