My short stay there was good
Pros:

They took it to the next level with using real coffee cups.

Pros:

Checking in was a nightmare. Computers not working. Rug was dirty. Counter was dirty. Ironing boardcwas filthy. Had to borrow one from another room.

This place was disgusting, which I found odd since it is located in Auburn Hills. The outside, the hallways, the elevators, and the room - all disgusting. Trash bags left sitting around in the hallways, used condoms on the grounds outside, no shower curtain in the room, dirty side tables, dingy sheets…even at a lower price, the cost of what you get is entirely too high at this place. They advertised a bar which was closed. The entire atmosphere didn’t feel safe or clean. I left before the stay was up and ate the cost. I completed their survey at the end of my stay and received an apology email. Adding pics. Would not recommend.

Absolutely nothing. Everything in there was disgusting. Had to cancel my stay

Cons:

There was poop on my bathroom door. Mold in the shower. Broken door and glass. Holes in the wall. Dust everywhere. Holes in the wall. Missing plate for the microwave. Chicken bones in the elevator. This place was so disgusting.

The hotel is very nice and clean. But the mini fridge didn't really work good. Breakfast was ok. But it's a comfortable stay.

Another Satisfactory Experience with Hyatt
Pros:

All in all, my stay was as expected of all my Hyatt stays. I was slightly disappointed with my room due to the inability to control my thermostat and a rather large stain on the carpet by the bathroom sink.

Does not meet expectations
Pros:

If the place wasnt so expensive I'd give it 3 stars. But for the price it doesn't meet expectations.
Stayed 2 days, fri july 10 and sun july 11.
TV didnt work the first day. Had to nag the front desk to fix it.
Room was not cleaned at all while I was there (had to go the weekend on the original towels provided, beds not made, trash not emptied, etc.).
Heads-up, there was a $50/night security deposit added to my bill when I checked in ($100 total). It was refunded after I checked out, but I wasnt informed about this when I made a reservation or when I checked in - had to ask what is was.
