Pros:

The rooms were awesome. Only thing we were missing was a microwave in the room.

The room wasn't clean, particularly the floor (clearly not vacuumed) the towels nor any linen smelled clean, they smelled bad. There was an open package of balloons in the drawer from the previous occupants. The room was just plain gross all around! When I first arrived the lady was sitting at the desk smiling at the computer while I was just standing there. I asked if I needed to fill out the form on the desk, because it was getting ridiculous. She said to give her a minute, while she was watching youtube or some videos on the computer, she was rude. I would never recommend this particular hotel and I will absolutely not stay there again. I felt gross walking in the floor, using the towels, and sleeping in the bed.

Dont waste your money

I did like the room had a couch and the staff was nice

Cons:

Place was more of a 2 star hotel. Bar wasn't a actual bar. More like reception would get your drink. Dont be there for breakfast right away, wait a hour or it will be cold. Have to wait for the food warmer to heat your breakfast up for some reason. Stayed 3 nights and took out our own trash, got our own towels and made our own bed every night before bed. They said it was supposed to happen every other day so our 2nd day we left from 9am till 3pm and nothing was done. My husband is pretty easy to please and we were pretty disappointed in getting away for his birthday. There was a bug on the bed the first night, no hot tub, shower/toilet area is small. And if he used the toilet then I went in right after you have to wait awhile to be able to flush

Decent breakfast. Hot chocolate bar in lobby

Cons:

Restaurant and bar was closed . The only reason I booked that particular hotel. No hotel or local area info to be found. Guide on TV didn't work

Breakfast was great. Room was spacious and beds were comfortable.

Cons:

Room smelled strongly of chlorine. Carpet needs to be replaced or deep cleaned.
