Cons:

Not being clear on the the stay was paid for. I was billed on two different cards and I wasn’t a happy camper.

It was close to everything we needed

There was mold in the ac unit cloths left in the drawers from prior tenants pool was also freezing

Great room, paper thin bathroom walls, good location and breakfast.
Pros:

Loved having a couch in our room especially with a teenager. And breakfast in the morning was great.

Cons:

The bathroom walls are paper thin. I didn't enjoy getting woken up every time someone used the toilet, or, everyone hearing what I was doing while in the toilet. There's a small fan inside so it's not super loud IN the bathroom, but in the rest of the hotel room, even with the ac and tv on, it's LouD.
Pillows were terrible.

Terrible service
Pros:

Cons:

Lady who greeted us acted like she hated her job. "Sarcasm" and no joy in her tune. The cleaning crew were great! The lady who complained to her colleagues I work too much horrible. Heavier set girl with brown hair.

Also, if if I fill out all info for kids at booking.com that should transfer in to Hyatts system. Poor experience otherwise.

Overall, if traveling for business, it's going to be good. For a family fun trip, not so much.
Pros:

The bar was not open the night I was there.
