Não tive uma boa experiência no hotel. Para começar, no check-in houve uma falha de comunicação, e a recepcionista foi bastante grosseira e mal-educada comigo.

Durante a estadia, toda vez que chegava ao quarto, o cartão de acesso não funcionava. Com isso, passar diariamente pela recepção para resolver o problema acabou virando rotina.

Quanto à acomodação, o quarto era confortável. Porém, em uma das noites, cheguei de madrugada e me deparei com o teto pingando em diversos pontos devido a um problema de condensação da água do ar-condicionado. Fui até a recepção solicitar uma solução e, inicialmente, houve resistência por parte do técnico em realizar a troca de quarto.

A mudança acabou acontecendo durante a madrugada, sem que recebêssemos qualquer tipo de ajuda da equipe do hotel.

Para finalizar, após a troca, passei três dias sendo questionada por diferentes funcionários sobre o número do quarto anterior e do atual, até que fui chamada à recepção. Ao chegar lá, fui submetida a uma série de questionamentos pela atendente, em um tom que me fez sentir como se estivesse fazendo algo errado. Ao final, ela informou que eu estava hospedada no quarto incorreto e que deveria realizar outra mudança.

Recusei, afinal, toda aquela situação foi consequência de uma falha de gestão e comunicação interna do próprio hotel, e não fazia sentido que eu tivesse que passar por mais um transtorno por isso.

Apesar da acomodação ser confortável, a experiência foi marcada por problemas recorrentes, falta de organização e, principalmente, pela maneira como fui tratada pela equipe. Esperava, no mínimo, mais cuidado na resolução de situações que foram causadas pelo próprio hotel.

La ubicación, las instalaciones son muy buenas

Es algo que no me había pasado antes en este hotel, el dia sábado bajamos a la piscina y playa, cuando llegamos a las sillas que hay en la piscina mi hijo deja sus lentes que tienen medida y se pone las gafas para el Sol junto con las toallas y otros objetos, procedimos a ir a la playa con toda tranquilidad. Al cabo de 1h30min mas o menos volvemos de la playa y nos encontramos con la sorpresa de que los lentes que estaban en su estuche ya no estaban donde los aviamos dejado. Los buscamos por todo alrededor y no los encontramos. Me dirigí a las personas que entregan las toallas a lo cual también se pusieron a buscar sin tener exito. Aquí en este punto quiero decir que la mujer que estaba ahi no se porque esta trabajando si no le gusta lo que hace porque ella se molesto por lo que estaba reclamando. Al contrario de las demas personas que ayudarán. No encontramos los lentes y eso me molesto ya que mi hijo tenía que pasar todos los dias con las gafas de sol. Espero no vuelva a pasar estas cosas

I liked we were on a beach front

Cons:

We arrived 3 hours late room still wasn't ready the associate did not tell us, we walked to a room thT was still being cleaned. Had to sit outside room and wait about 30 minutes. Called downstairs she said it was no more rooms but the money's already taken off my card. Parking for. $30 a day a day is absurd in addition to room fees. .
