Nada nesta acomodação agradou. Este hotel precisa ser fechado para reforma e modernização.

Cons:

Mau cheiro em todos os ambientes, principalmente recepção que cheira urina e corredores com carpetes podres.
Piscina dava nojo de entrar, ate cachorro havia dentro dela.
Nao havia condicoes de comer absolutamente nada nesse lugar! Nao é higienico.

Where do i begin, the staff was rude and mostly was spanish speaking with terrible english. I prepaid through booking.com and upon arrival was told that they did not recieve the payment and would not let me check in without paying again. I was also charged a $100 deposit on top of the nightly stay. Facilities were run down and not maintained. Food at the restaurant was not good and over priced. Beach did not come with complimentary chairs or umbrella, you have to rent daily. Umbrellas are $15 chairs $10 and side table $5. To enter the pool you must get a new wristband daily and fill out a card in order to be given towels. Drinks at tiki hut were extremely disappointing. Pool was dirty and not maintained. I spent most of my time in the kiddie pool. The beach was also disgusting, full of seaweed. Not the clean clear beach we expected. I will not be returning to this "resort" or even miami. Wasted money and time.

A localização é excelente e a cama é confortável.

Cons:

É muito sujo. Os corredores, as áreas comuns, tudo é muito sujo e não tem manutenção há muito tempo. Tudo descascado, quebrado, gasto. O serviço de quarto não troca as toalhas se vc não pedir na recepção TODAS AS VEZES. E mesmo pedindo, eles trocam uma vez ou outra. O apartamento tem uma cozinha pequena, mas faltam muuuito utensílios essenciais. A área da piscina estava em reforma e havia britadeiras trabalhando o tempo todo (e isso não estava escrito no site no momento da reserva). Agora imagina vc imagina tirar férias pra relaxar e ficar com três britadeiras no ouvido o tempo todo! O serviço de praia (cadeiras, guarda-sol) não está incluso, e para alugar seriam quase US$ 100,00 por dia para 3 pessoas. Os funcionários muito grosseiros (com exceção dos manobristas que eram muito cordiais).

Construction work going on and smelly lobby

The view was great, we had a high floor and I paid for a sea view.

Cons:

We weren’t made aware of any construction work going on, this was noisy during the day and very off putting. We didn’t have any towels in the room, we had to ask twice for these. The pillows had stains on them and when I moved my son’s pillow we noticed what looked like pubic hairs by them. There was a strange smell when you came into the reception. Our name wasn’t on the swimming pool list either. The hotel was also very run down.
