It was a great stay for the short time, next time I’ll stay longer to enjoy the beach!
Pros:

The room was a big, open with plenty of space! I didn’t expect to have a kitchenette, that was a surprise! The view from the window of the ocean was very nice! I would return with my grandkids for a visit!

The Location was perfect!

Cons:

The sliding door was broken; you couldn’t lock it, so we slept with our sliding door unlocked the whole time we were there. The sink in the kitchen was broken and leaking water. So we couldn’t get any water from the kitchen. The day we checked in, the staff came up and asked us if we were ready to check in, not even 2 hours after we arrived. We asked for tissue paper for the room; the staff made a big fuss about giving us extra paper for the room, and the hotel really smelled bad like mold . I definitely would not be going back there ever again; it was the worst I’ve seen in a hotel.

Mould trap

Every floor from top to bottom stunk of weed and cigarettes.I felt my lungs dying and I wasn’t even the one who was smoking all of it-good luck to the ones who were.

Mould filled lampshades, walls, ceilings and windows think you couldn’t see any, yeah you probably couldn’t because they were painted over. Not fixed, just hidden from the human eye.

It was a constant construction site you could’ve told me I was at work building a hotel and I would have believed you. Apart from the fact that I would never help create a monstrosity of this hotel.

Overall, never come here.I won’t be returning any time soon.The only reason I’ve given it a 2 not 1 is because some how I’ve managed to come out from this place with no diseases (yet).

BIG RAT IN THE ROOM!!!!!

Worst hotel experience of my life!

The ocean view is beautiful, and the hotel’s proximity to the beach makes it look much better online than it actually is. Unfortunately, that’s where the positives end.

The facilities are in terrible condition: loose faucets and electrical outlets, water-damaged walls, and poorly executed repairs throughout the property. On my very first day, I noticed that part of the floor was constantly wet and extremely slippery. When I reported it, the receptionist questioned my complaint and implied that I simply didn’t know how to close the balcony door before turning on the air conditioning.

What bothered me the most, however, was the lack of cleanliness. Even after the room was supposedly cleaned every day, the toilet seat was still visibly dirty. Even stranger, there was always a strange layer of dust and debris behind the entrance door (see photos). I complained several times, but nothing was done—the same dirt was there day after day.

Then I discovered where it was coming from, and I almost had a heart attack: a HUGE RAT was living inside the room with me.

Just imagine the health risks I was exposed to simply because the room was not being properly cleaned or inspected.

This was an absolutely unacceptable experience. I would never stay here again and cannot recommend this hotel to anyone.
