Great place to stay to see Seattle highlights in two days.
Pros:

The location and quality are superb. Overall, I would recommend as a great option if you want to be central to lots of downtown attractions, and price is less of a concern.

Cons:

The price is high, but that's to be expected. The neighborhood after dark is not good, but that's also kind of expected.

Good location, but bare minimum accommodations. I’d choose the Holiday Inn over the Warwick next time.
Pros:

Location was good

Cons:

Thermostat in room didn’t work, ice machine was broken, pool was dirty, bathtub was dirty, front desk staff didn’t provide much information at check in.

Comfy downtown hotel
Pros:

Opening floor to ceiling glass door to balcony was nice. Fresh air and city view.

Cons:

No in room information about hotel. Really bad in room coffee and tea.
In order to watch Nétflix or HBO you need to input your account info onto the rooms TV. Indoor pool was appreciated but was cloudy. Could use a cleaning!

I would return. It is a great value.
Pros:

The staff was very friendly and helpful. The location was wonderful! Close to all the city transportation and attractions.

Cons:

The bathroom was not real clean. There are only a few ice machines. Not on every floor. Some were not working. That was a hassle to get and there’s only one bottle refilling station.

Pros:

Great location, friendly staff, and a fair price for downtown Seattle.

Cons:

Our slider door to.the patio needs repair did not close all the way. Room 710. Other than that i always have a good stay.

Ridiculous overrides with inconvenient access to parking
Pros:

Poor handicap access; sink in room would not drain; onsite parking was inconvenient, overpriced at $69 per night, and at 8 levels high, did not have elevator requiring walks up and down stairs.

Cons:

See above….will never stay here again - booking.com used rate of $169 for the downtown location - but did not include taxes and fees which raised price to $200 - and although said that parking was available, did not mention that it was $69 per night and at 8 levels high, did not have elevator, requiring stairs to reach car - unforgivable for a downtown hotel

Great place to stay in the city
Pros:

The location was perfect. The room was clean, comfortable and well appointed.
The breakfast was good.
The view was very nice
I would stay there again

Cons:

The parking is 65.00. Too much because the nearby properties charged 30.00.
The pool was very crowded with families at 10 pm. I wasn’t able to use

It was a great hotel for the purpose of our visit.
Pros:

Fantastic location ! the hotel is clean and modern, lots of good restaurants nearby and easy to navigate the city.

Cons:

Despite selecting 2 queen bed option when booking, one of us had to sleep on a pull out couch. The staff seemed uninterested in moving our rooms. Upon check in, the receptionist was very friendly and helpful, beyond that interaction, the impression I was left with was underwhelming.
