A really nice place to stay if you wanna explore the city
Nearly a week has passed since the check - out, yet the deposit has not been refunded. This situation is extremely unfavorable.
Paying to park the car. After Paying to stay there we shouldn't of had to pay $130 for 2 night
The staff were all wonderful. The fastest Checkin ever. Kind.
The web said it’s fresh and remodeled. It appeared quite worn and nothing new to see in the rooms.
The location was perfect. Lots of great restaurants, bars, and shops. Walkable area and easy access to transportation. Valet parking made it easy to get there and get in. The lobby is lovely and they have a nice restraunt on-sight if you can't deal with making decisions about where to go when you first get in. Also, the bed and the climate control made the room easily comfortable. Included wifi was good.
The cleanliness of the room left a little to be desired. Some grime on the coffee table didn't make me think it had been wiped down at all. The walls were thin, so it wasn't exactly quiet. For the ratings and the price, I thought it would be a little bit special, even if that means just a stocked mini-bar for purchase, but it was basic, nice, and safe inside.
Shower head was leaky and super short, water didn’t get hot, shower was clogged
