The property and the restaurant in the property were great.
The Parking Garage and Parking fees were insane. The garage needs an elevator or a direct access to the Hotel from the floor. And parking fees could be better especially for the Guests. Also, the room above us for being renovated or something and the noise was unbearable for one afternoon.
Location, security of using room key for the elevator
There was only one lady that was helpful at the front desk. The rest of them just stood around on their phones and talking to each other while there were people waiting to be assisted.
Valet acted like it was very inconvenient to park our car.
Room was not well maintained with cracks in the sink and water damage on the ceiling (608)
There was old dirt and yuck in the corners of the bathroom.
I called for room service and got an answering machine and nobody ever called me back. We ate elsewhere.
We ordered a movie, but it was so glitchy that it was hard to watch.
The pool and workout room were nice, but there were no towels in the pool. When we told the workers that they did nothing to help.
We stayed two nights and whoever came to clean the room in between did a most excellent job.
Beds were very firm. Pillows were good.

The restaurant was extremely understaffed our first night and we were unable to grab food or even a drink. Parking was also a bit steep.
I liked the location and the staff. Staff was super helpful to everyone and tried to assist in any way they could with all sorts of random questions and needs of the guests. The balcony was beautiful!
The parking garage was super tight and full when we went. It lacked a few amenities like Kleenex and conditioner. It was a bit dated in terms of having chargers on both sides of the bed and older appliances like coffee maker and alarm clocks. None of these things were super inconvenient though.
Friendly front desk staff. Location. Close to all the tourist sites.
House cleaning can be rather sloppy and not all the way clean. No temporary toothbrush, toothpaste, or q-tips.

Very loud, you can hear everything going on in all the rooms next to you. The hot tub was not relaxing due to unattended children. Tv only worked half of the time there. The lighting in the bathroom didn’t fully work.

The staff was very nice. I loved our corner view room of the space needle.
Kids should have a cut-off time in the pool. They were in there well after 10 pm on a Sunday. Maybe restrict the last 2 hours for adults only.
The stuff were amazing. Well trained and very professional.
The valet parking was expensive also my room, the shower head was very weak. The water was coming out very slow. I was in the shower for 45 mins. Also the heather stopped working the 2nd day.
Rooms were nice, location is good
Parking rate is crazy, never got to use the pool or hot tub as both are tiny and were crowded, could not use our food/drink voucher because no one ever answered the phone for service at the restaurant, the HVAC was so loud we couldn't sleep, many items in need of repair
