The location was good
The idea of parking your car with your luggage the same building as the hotel and no elevator only stairs that is the dumbest thing I ever seen, no one told us when we are checking in that I will have credit $15 to use or I have to pay $60 for the parking “ with no elevator “ I thought that the whole point of the checking in so you will know all this information and you have the choice to accept it or no but they gave you no choice.
Overall the only good thing was the location other than that will never stay there again.
Staff were very nice, very clean,has everything you need and in great location
Very small detail but the aircon was inconsistent and a lil noisy unsure whether it was on a timer
I liked that they had free parking
Pool water could’ve been a little warmer, drinking fountain by the gym was red light meaning it needed to get changed. Better gym equipment for weights.
downtown location for cruise and near to westlake lughr rail station. Walking distance everywhere. Taxi available in front of hotel. Near hop on hop bus stop.

I feel like the restaurant on site didn’t have verity (great breakfast not great dinner options )
The location and staff were excellent.
We had issues with out AC two nights in a row and it was very difficult to sleep.
Room was hot, like the AC wouldn't work?
