Overall, the location makes up for any shortcomings
Pros:

Super convenient location near metro.

Cons:

Shared building…only floors 11-15 are Hiltons. We were super far from the elevator. The ac/ heater didn’t work.

Pros:

Clean comfortable room

Cons:

Bar not open til after 3 on a Saturday. Bar staff was just ok. Breakfast was boring for a $30/pp buffet.

Cons:

The tv in the room was not working well at night. Something wrong with the internet or streaming. Hotel staff said they were having issues with the provider. Between the hours of 7-10 pm you could barely watch cable tv because it kept skipping and blacking out. Also Parking in DC in general very expensive.

Pros:

I loved everything. The room was so clean and the beds were so comfortable. Check in was so smooth and the hotel lobby was so lovely!

Cons:

I didn't like that the lotion bottle in the bathroom was empty, almost like the toiletries weren't checked beforehand but it wasn't too big of a deal.
