Excelente ubicación debe mejorar servicio
Pros:

La ubicación en National mall, sobre todo en invierno con la estación de metro conectada al hotel

Cons:

No retiran la basura del cuarto de alimentación de agua y de hielo. El aire acondicionado de nuestra habitación estuvo dañado. El técnico dijo que regresaría y no regresó. Llamamos a la recepción y nos cambiaron a una habitación más pequeña justo la noche antes de salir.

Food at the restaurant downstairs was not good. I would’ve expected for the price in the place we were staying that it would’ve been better. I don’t know how you mess up kids chicken tenders, but they were horrible.

The staff were amazing as usual. Spotless facility.

Cons:

Unfortunately as we were pulling the female working the gate across from museum was extremely rude. She demanded respect and we were only rolling our windows down. Refused to answer any questions until we ask her how her day was going. I didn’t speak to front desk who acknowledged that that same female had been rude to her multiple times and that this person is not a Hilton employee. However it is definitely a first impression towards Hilton. There are no signs as to who this employee works for. Definitely a reflection of the Hilton and it’s not their fault.I have never been talked to like this without even saying a word. We stay once or twice a year at this facility and first time we’ve ever had an issue.
