Great hotel! They go out of their way to meet your needs, and front desk always wonderful! Huge tv's in room. Clean, safe. Easy access to floors, even if you want to use the side stairs close to your parking. I've always had a positive experience here. And I believe the parking is free too. Big plus.
LOCATION
DESK CHAIR, NOT COMFORTABLE
The staff was excellent, but the maintenance of public areas such as the hallways, elevators, and bannisters was highly disappointing. It looks like its best years are past it, in another few decades past. If it wasn't for the wonderful staff, I would have been ultra disappointed. The only saving grace was that the room bathroom was very clean.
The property was very nice and comfortable in all areas (lobby; restaurant; outdoor patio). Sleeping room was spacious and very clean. Meeting space was well maintained and functional. The staff I worked with from start to finish were amazing. Helpful; friendly; responsive; and some went above and beyond. I would go back again either personally if in the area, or if we had another meeting in the area. Thank you everyone!

Hermoso todo !
Rooms are clean and hotel decks out the lobby for the holidays. The Harvest Kitchen and Bar has great servers and decent food options.
Friendly staff, room available early, quiet and dark
Everything about our room was great the hardwood floors in a wheelchair accessible room was very much appreciated! Honestly, we would have stayed in the hotel room and ordered room service and wandered around the grounds the entire time except for the issues with the pool, see below!
So we really loved our stay, I just wanted to bring to your attention a few things that were issues for us. I'm in a wheelchair, and the primary reason that I booked your hotel and called ahead to make sure that the hill the pool was heated was because being in a pool is such a luxury and so therapeutic for my situation. We were planning to use it at the start and end of every day that we were there. However the wheelchair lifts in and out of the pool or hot tub did not work. You fix the one for the hot tub, so we use that once, but couldn't stay in it when other guests started the bubbles and it heated up. So on the first day when I got into the main pool, I couldn't get out, and three hotel guests had to physically lift me out of the pool. In retrospect I should have checked first, but I also assumed that these assistive things like lifts are always in working order.
There are also just a few adjustments that could be made to the rooms and facilities to make it much, much easier for anyone in a wheelchair. For me, even the luxurious carpet in the hallways presented a challenge because it's much harder to propel my wheelchair over than a hard floor. There were also little adjustments in the room like furniture placement and amenities that could have been adjusted by just an inch or two to improve ease of movement instead of creating little obstacles to bump into every time a wheelchair user goes into the restroom, for example.
I'm sure you can find someone to go through all of this if you would like to spend the effort to improve things, I'm not an expert in any way other than being an end user. However, I am happy to consult! On this trip I encountered so many locations and businesses that have never had the need to make these adjustments, but with minimal cost would be exceptional bonuses for guests like me!
We did not stay at this hotel, but met up with 2 other couples who were staying here. As the six of us settled into some couch seating at the bar, (following a memorial service), staff jumped into action, bringing carafes of ice water and glassware. They even offered to pour the water. Their service was greatly appreciated.
We ordered and paid for our drinks at the bar, and the staff then brought our drinks. Their excellent service made a tough day a little better. Thank you.
I was charged twice for the room. I was also told that I would have a digital key and was never provided one. I upgraded my room but never received an upgrade. And most importantly, I was charged twice and am now having to chase down an explanation of why this happened while waiting for over $400 to be reimbursed. Absolutely unacceptable.
