Overpriced for what you got. Although I lovely Victorian, it was seriously in need of attention.
Pros:

The Victorian property was beautifully furnished. Very Victorian. The staff was very helpful. They took good care of us.

Cons:

The property was not very clean. And our room was in need of some serious attention. The carpet was old and dirty. There was an unstable lump along 6 inches of the entry to the bathroom. The curtains were pinned together.

Pros:

1) зона отдыха на первом этаже - очень уютно, все время горят камины, все время есть чай и кофе;
2) удобный для нас район проживания;
3) достаточно неплохой завтрак;
4) чистота в ванной комнате

1) номера требуют ремонта, вся мебель достаточно старая

Pros:

The breakfast could have offered more fruit. Or a knife and cutting board to cut the fruit.

Cons:

Our room was very musty - so much so that we had to open the window and air out the room to even tolerate it.

Was slightly disappointed as your pictures on website a bit misleading.
Pros:

Lounger area was nice and quirky and oldie worldie. Was nice to have clean towels every day. Nice having tea / coffee in the lounge all day.

Cons:

No Bottled water in room and improvement of maintenance. Faucet was loose and a lightbulb in bathroom was out.
You have a problem with snail / slugs ,we noticed slug trails on the carpet around where you deposit the dirty plates by double doors in the breakfast area.was

Charming hotel in an ideal location with a wonderful staff and afternoon tea/sherry.
Pros:

All of the staff were very nice and accommodating. The hotel is straight from a Victorian dream and our room was perfect for my wife and me. It is centrally located and most attractions in SF were walkable or had easy access to public transit.
