The room set up was nice
Dirty stains on the shear curtains. Crappy mudding job on wall fixes. It looked really bad with paint on it. Should look more professional and finished.
Staff was helpful and friendly. Overall, a decent budget friendly choice.
Ran out of hot water before my shower.
Very friendly staff, food was very good, property and rooms clean, bed was uncomfortable was too hard great location
Go somewhere else and save yourself the headache of staying at this dump. The staff was extremely un-friendly and they tried to discriminate against us because we had kids. The staff actually followed us, our kids around and constantly commented on what we could and could not do on the property. At one point we couldn’t walk across the landscaping rocks to our vehicle without someone commenting and telling us to stay off the landscaping rocks. But the staff could smoke outside and throw their cigarette butts in the rocks. The rooms were extremely dirty, poor quality, some rooms did not have mattresses in the pullout beds and the staff refused to get said mattresses so had to move rooms. Rooms smelt of strong ammonia, take your guess on what the smell was from cats or something else!!! Many of the wive’s in our group complained of being accosted by the staff.
I would have rather tried the sugar free Haribo gummies (check out the Amazon reviews) for three days than stay at this place!!
I recently stayed at this hotel and unfortunately had a very disappointing experience. After the first night, I completed the feedback request sent to me and received a text saying, “Thank you for your feedback. We will follow up with you shortly.” No one ever followed up.
The room was extremely dim. Although there were several lamps, they barely lit the space. This became even more concerning after I noticed what looked like a blood stain on the curtain and multiple areas that clearly had not been cleaned or vacuumed between guests. The poor lighting made me wonder if it was being used to hide the lack of cleanliness.
The bed and pillows were very uncomfortable. I slept so poorly that I needed pain medication the second night, and my twelve‑year‑old son also woke up sore after the first night. The sprinkler in the room was coated in thick dust, which my child initially thought was mold. My oldest sneezed throughout the morning, and my own allergies were triggered by a strong scent on the pillows. I ended up using my own clothing as a barrier just to sleep.
Breakfast was mediocre. There was no orange juice either morning, only apple juice, which I am allergic to. The biscuits were burnt both days, and on the second morning there was no serving spoon for the oatmeal and no staff available to help.
The pool area had no towels available, even though a sign on the door instructs guests to dry off before leaving the pool area. When I asked at the front desk, the employee told me towels were on the way, but he walked in five minutes later and then went to get them himself. This felt misleading and unnecessary.
The bathroom in our room was also extremely cramped. The doorway was very narrow, and the drop ceiling was so low that I hit my hand while changing.
Overall, the lack of cleanliness, poor lighting, uncomfortable bedding, allergy triggers, limited breakfast options, and lack of follow‑through from staff made this stay far below expectations.
The room had plenty of space. the breakfast was normal, but the staff seemed to care less about the comfort of the guests
not the best experience for the value. On a positive note, there are a few good restaurants in the immediate area.
breakfast didn't have plates, and no salt.
Dog park didn't have bags to pick drooppings.
The rooms were nice size, and for some reason I like the fact that the floors were not carpeted. We need thows on the bed.
Pool was used by me and my family, that was a pluss, I would say 2 degrees cooler, but it was like a giant hot tub. Some of us thought it was great.
They need better towel. There has to be a way to make people purchase the towels they take. Get the Turkish styles and make them register the towel.
I did not care for the lotion, but loved loved the pillows.
Breakfast are great, so many kind of foods!
And the room is nice and clean
The hotel room was dirty. The sink in the bathroom had not been cleaned, there was a dried up contact in the left corner and there was black spots on the sink. They switched rooms for me. The bedsheets had black fuzz. The towels had small red hairs on them. The bathtub had long black hairs towards the back of the tub and the bottom of the tub was soft. I felt dirty the whole time and if it wasn’t for one night i would have not stayed there.
They were all very nice and friendly especially the desk clerk. The desk clerk made us feel welcomed and important. I liked the landscaping and rock decorations they had. Also, the building seemed clean and smelled good.
Staying here for the month for work in Minneapolis 6 hours from home. The staff is courteous and goes out of their way to make me comfortable they even bring clean towels and toilet paper up to my room for me. The room is very clean smells great and well appointed. The pool is clean, the jacuzzi needs water often but that is normal with the traffic. The food service is good would like ham or bacon but otherwise good, hot & fresh. I am a platinum member and this trip makes me a diamond member; I would stay here every time I visit the area for work for sure!
