Awesome Service!
Pros:

They were all very nice and friendly especially the desk clerk. The desk clerk made us feel welcomed and important. I liked the landscaping and rock decorations they had. Also, the building seemed clean and smelled good.

Great customer service
Pros:

Staying here for the month for work in Minneapolis 6 hours from home. The staff is courteous and goes out of their way to make me comfortable they even bring clean towels and toilet paper up to my room for me. The room is very clean smells great and well appointed. The pool is clean, the jacuzzi needs water often but that is normal with the traffic. The food service is good would like ham or bacon but otherwise good, hot & fresh. I am a platinum member and this trip makes me a diamond member; I would stay here every time I visit the area for work for sure!

Outstanding Cust Serv
Pros:

Upon checking in a small issue with room. It was resolved and moved to another room. No questions asked the customer service was prompt, polite and respectful the manager Linda was amazing.

Pros:

Staff was nice. Breakfast was good (but I love the waffle machines). Pool was nice

Cons:

Dingy rooms though as things are falling apart and just looks run down. Bathroom had some hair in it which always makes me wonder how well they clean it

They need to fix up the place
Pros:

The breakfast was really good

Cons:

I booked a suite. The place looked like a local handy man painted the walls and the stand in the room was chipping at the bottom as if they got it from a reuse place.

I have stayed in nicer rooms. Kind of felt like motel 6

This hotel is an ideal mix of cleanliness, great staff and affordability!
Pros:

The manager Linda E. Goes above and beyond to make sure you have a wonderful stay! The breakfast is pretty good, the rooms are clean with the usual amenities, the staff is friendly and very helpful. There are several restaurants within a 12 minute drive.

Disappointing
Pros:

I did not have a good visit at this hotel. The breakfast was good and the kitchen staff were nice.

Cons:

I stayed 2 nights with my son for a hockey tournament. We were up both nights due to the people above us. All you could hear was the pounding of their feet walking back and forth until 2:00 am every night. They would slam their door and everything in our room would rattle. Our TV would glitch every 3 min or freeze. There was flashing green, red and white lights coming out of out furnace/ air conditioner. It looked like a strobe light at night. I had to put a towel over it.

I would come back.
Pros:

Pros:

Dirty rooms. Hair all over. Ppl living in the hotel. Smelled like ethnic foods in the hall way. Soap was soap that everyone uses. There was a pink stain under the mattress sheet so I'd imagine it was blood they tried to bleach out
