good hotel. professional friendly staffs
Pros:

second time stay. close to where i wanted to go but far away from city area. lots of eateries around the area. staffs professional and friendly. balcony in every room.

接到機場地鐵那段若無施工停駛，搭地鐵地理位置算方便。
Pros:

公車跟地鐵都在飯店前面很方便，房間有點小問題時，飯店人員很即時幫忙換房，態度親切。

Cons:

飯店整體好潮濕，所以冷氣必須開很低溫很冷。
因為潮濕，所以鼻子過敏很不舒服。

Easy to book in , friendly staff. Great location.

Sadly, it did not meet my expectations as the amenities are falling apart. Staff were great.
Pros:

Everyone from the front desk were helpful, warm and inviting. They assisted us with our questions, requests and were hospitable. Shoutout to one of the front desk who personally went to buy a flash card for my family as we were having issues with the parking gate. They were receptive to the issues we had like the room floor being wet and the shower hiccup we had.

Cons:

The infrastructure is in dire need of an upgrade or refurbishment. My family and I have stayed here over the years but now you can really tell that the amenities are not in the best shape - our shower stand/head coming off the wall and then AC’s condensation even if you turn it off for a bit or open the balcony for some fresh air.

Great stay
Pros:

I stayed here initially healing over an ankle injury. Staff was very accommodating of my situation while I healed up. Harnek was really awesome at securing a single king bed for me.

A heart of the East of Singapore
Pros:

My children had team building at East Coast Park and we chose Village Hotel Katong due to its location (7-9mins from the ECP playground), 11mins away from Bugis where we shop & eat. Most importantly, because we drove a foreign registered vehicle, Village Hotel Katong offers free parking and it is open space which I prefer compared to multi storey carpark parking.

We came at about 2.30pm for check in. Nisa attended to us and immediately noticed my 3-yo baby in nappies. He had wet his tshirt and pants prior because he played with his water bottle. The check process in was seamless, we got the room we wanted. Mr Chandra brought out bags to the room. Angelica sent cookies to our room the following day. And Kaira helped us with the check out. There is also a wide variety of selection of channels available on the TV which made us want to just stay in. We really enjoyed out time staying here. Thank you for the hospitality!

This hotel was terrible but the staff did try to fix things the best they could.
Pros:

The staff were very friendly and helpful.

Cons:

The rooms did not meet our expectations. The floors were wet from condensation which made it dangerous to walk on and slippery. It was noisy from the road. The air con was very loud and the lighting was terrible. The rooms were very dated.
