Pros:

Good location. Easy accessibility. Spacious room

Cons:

Bedroom floor becomes wet after coming out from toilet, with or without slippers. Wet bedroom floor makes my stay feel uncomfortable

Das Personal ist so lieb - vielen Dank :) und das Frühstück ist auch sehr nett.

Cons:

Die Zimmerausstattung war leider nicht angemessen für den Preis und die Sterneanzahl. Ich war enttäuscht wie marode das Bad war.

Nice hotel, great breakfast
Pros:

Good location, good room with balcony which is rare in Singapore - small balcony, enough to stand only but it was enough for us.

Fantastic stay & would recommend.
Pros:

Loved the close proximity to MRT right outside & shops underneath building, also shopping centre over the road.

Pros:

Such a great hotel. We had an amazing stay in Village hotel Katong. The staff was so helpful, the room was always clean, new towels, new sheets... Breakfast had many varieties to offer, very tasty.
The hotel is very convenient on the MRT lane and there are buses that take you directly to Changi airport. Also, there are plenty of restaurants in the area and shopping malls.
We will definitely stay in this hotel when in Singapore and we cannot wait to return.
Absolutely loved our stay.
Many thanks to all the staff.

Thankful for the supportive staff at the hotel!
Pros:

Location of the hotel is convienent, short walk from the MRT station.
Alex and Sharvin from the banquet team was super super helpful and attentive!
Food was superb, place was clean. My guests enjoyed themselves during the 2.5 days of event :) The new Teh Halia with Gula Melaka was also a hit!

Not forgetting Christine from the Sales Team too, she took the extra mile to ensure we everything goes on smoothly. Greatly appreciate her patience, understanding and expertise!

Pros:

The location was excellent and made it easy to relax and unwind.
The hotel staff—especially Kummar and Marcus—were incredibly kind and helpful. They even organized a martial arts event, which was a fantastic cultural experience.
The hotel was also very clean, and overall it was a comfortable and pleasant place to stay.
