Pros:

A nice hotel that suited our needs, the pool gym etc looked nice but we don't get a chance to use them.
What made this place stand out though were the staff. They genuinely couldn't do enough for us. Even after we checked out they continued to be helpful and accommodating,especially the manager. Thank you!!

Perfect location and staff, but only for guests who can take super cold air-conditioning!
Pros:

Location is perfect if you want to experience local food - this is literally the food area of Singapore (in front and behind hotel). Shopping is great at Parkway Parade across the road at the traffic lights and the smaller shops behind, and MRT stop is in front of the hotel as you walk out of the lobby. Grab is also easy. Convenience of movement as a tourist is not a problem at all. We enjoyed our night walk along the beach all the way to the other side for an hour.

We enjoyed the pool and gym too. Towels provided in both areas, so it was great to be able to just go down empty-handed from the room. Very clean and hygienic.

The staff are super friendly and helpful - gave us extra blankets, answered every little question we asked, etc. We had a warm welcome and a warm send-off. We left something behind in an open area by accident, and the housekeeping staff took care of it in the office till we came back at night to tell us it was safe. Top stars for ALL the hotel personnel.

Cons:

The room air-conditioning has to be left on 24/7. When it was too cold and we raised the temp to 24C or switched it off when we left the room, the room was totally wet! Walls, the door, the floors all over the bedroom and bathroom. The staff were wonderful, and switched us to another room because it was too wet but the temp had to be at 20C or less for everything to remain dry. So we came back to a super cold room everyday after our full day out which was a little bummer because we had a lovely balcony we couldn't really use. We felt like we were forced to sleep with the AC :( if you can't take cold AC, this isn't for you!

매일조금씩 바뀌는 조식이 좋았으며 요청하지 않아도 매일 물건들을 건드리지 않고 깨끗하게 청소해주시고 수건도 채워주셔서 좋있습니다.

Cons:

에어컨 소리와 화장실 환풍기 소리가 매우 커서 에어컨을 끄고 잤어요
화장실 문이 유리라 좀.. 그랬어요

Hotel is definitely not five star but it’s location and value for money is well worth a four star.
Pros:

Size of the room. Location. Supermarket in the basement. Huge walk in shower. Front desk staff were excellent.
Nonya and Gentleman restaurant is nice. Room cleaning very good. Very near the Marine Parade MRT station and The excellent Parkway Parade Shopping Centre and Kopitan Food Centre.

Cons:

Room aircon was permanently set at 20 degrees and couldn’t be adjusted. Only option was to switch on or off.
Breakfast for western guests only had three choices for hot food, one of which was always cold.
