Warwick Grand-Place Brussels

I stayed here for some nights. The location of the hotel is good. I went to the rooftop bar for happy hour and asked Ashraf to help taking photos haha he was nice and helpful.

I had an amazing time there with my family.

The Warwick is the first stop of many on our honeymoon across Europe. We were delighted with the service we received which included a very thoughtful welcome package.

The hotel is clean, warm and quiet and the rooftop bar is a must visit especially in the sunshine/sunset. We did have dinner up there one night with a cocktail and it was 10/10.

The location of the hotel is a couple of minutes walk away from the central train station and meeting points for tours that take you to Bruges etc.

Would really recommend this hotel.

Excellent, we came on a work trip and had recommended this place and we were not dissapointed. Our server ashraf was brilliant. His customer service is exemplary. Really friendly and funny, not just to us but to all the customers in the bar. He is a great asset to the hotel. Thanks so mush ashraf! X

During our stay at the Warwick a visit to the Secret Rooftop bar is a must. The bartender Ashraf makes the best drinks!! And the view is amazing.

Really liked this hotel. We took the train into Brussels Central station and it was a short walk. Cobblestones make it seem longer to be fair. Staff was very attentive and helpful. Room was nice and clean. This is a modern hotel so if you want something a little less rustic, this is a great spot. It is very close to the major sites but far enough away that it is quiet and restful.

Excellently situated in the Centraal area of Brussels; the Warwick is a higher-end midrange hotel that does its thing with quiet efficiency and stylish, well mannered service, leaving its patrons relaxed and comforted. Standard rooms are spacious, if not expansive, and fittings chic, if not luxurious. Our deal included breakfast, and the quality and range of the continental option was excellent. There was also a hot buffet, but like every hotel, at any price point, too large to offer cooked to order; there is always some element of Russian Roulette as to how long the food has been out for. The hotel offers guests complimentary use of a pool table, which is a great way to relax before heading to the 6th floor cocktail lounge and rooftop seating area, with its superb views across the city. House specials particularly recommended. This was our 2nd stay at the Warwick and will not be our last.

The staff at the hotel are gorgeous and the secret rooftop are incredible view.

This hotel was excellent in all respects, particularly when it came to location and SERVICE. We experienced probably the best example of exemplary service we have ever had here. We visited Brussels during a nationwide train strike and were careful to leave extra time to get a taxi to Brussels-Midi. As we were checking out, the doorman named David asked if we needed help. When he learned that we needed a taxi, David informed us that all taxis and Ubers were extremely backed up with everyone trying to get to the station at once. He suggested that a train trip to the station would be quick and easy. We had never used the Metro in Brussels, but we hesitantly agreed as we could not afford to miss our train. David sensed our hesitancy and suddenly said "I will take you"! David grabbed both of our roller bags and HEADED DOWN THE STREET! He rolled our bags several hundred meters to a station that we didn't even know existed! He carried both our bags down a steep set of stairs to the ticket kiosk. HE BOUGHT OUR TICKETS FOR US and I'm quite certain we would never have figured out that machine on our own! Then David grabbed our bags and OFF HE WENT TO OUR TRAIN PLATFORM. Within one minute, our train was approaching. David waited with us and ACTUALLY CARRIED OUR BAGS ON TO THE TRAIN WHEN THE DOOR OPENED! Within 5 minutes, we were stepping off the train at Bussels-Midi! THANK YOU for the best example of service that we've ever seen, David!!

Was not a hotel guest, but had the best time at the Secret Rooftop Bar - great cocktails and amazing views of the Grand Place! We especially loved the jokes and kindness from our bartender, Ashraf (would go back just him!). Definitely recommend!

ASHRAF is the best. Roof top is the best. I love the Warwick Hotel. Thank you for having ASHRAF as an employee. He was in Chutneys when we dined. We then saw him on the rooftop. He made our experience soooooo much better. ❣️

The coctails in the were amazing and the staff, especially Ashraf was so polite and warming. I would definitely recommend to go there if you want to see Brussels from uptop (but go there early, it tends to get full quickly)
