Nice hotel but they take a pre authorisation on arrival as many hotels do but then they do not release it, when you email them you get ignored so stay out of pocket. Just watch out on this
Ashraf is the loveliest bartender! He made amazing drinks, the customer service was top tier! Additionally, he gave some good recommendations for drinks and about the hotel, which did not disappoint.
Had a delicious cocktail in the rooftop bar. Ashraf served us and was really nice and funny. Views were lovely. Atmosphere was cosy and chilled. Highly recommend.
The wife and I went to the roof top bar and Ashraf served us. Highly professional and helped us with choice of drinks. He mad us laugh and made us feel welcome. Great service.
Hotel is fine; perhaps a bit expensive for what we get, but complaints are minor. The staff stand out. Front desk helped navigate payment issues and unrecognised cards. Ashraf at the top floor hotel bar was excellent, really attentive and going the extra distance to ensure the best night for everyone. Room cleaning took extra care to respect items left out, yet leave everything lovely. The staff shine.
Nice atmosphere at the “secret” rooftop with a great view to the Brussels city hall and very nice cocktails from Ashraf!
Would do again!
I just spent a solo week at the Warwick in Brussels and it was a great experience. The location of the hotel could not be better and I really enjoyed being able to walk to restaurants, stores and historical sites. The staff was exceptional from the minute that I checked in until the time of check out. The Concierge was very helpful when I asked for restaurant suggestions and a car service to get me to Bastogne and the Warwick has quite possibly the most pleasant housekeeper I have ever encountered. It was uncanny how every time I left my room in the morning, Rosemin was in the hallway to greet me with her infectious smile! All in all, I definitely recommend the Warwick.
Wow, for a smaller hotel, it does it so well. From the moment we walked in very felt welcomed into this beautiful decorated hotel. As an older couple we could see the decor is not tired treat is the style, old world wealth style. The ambience in the breakfast and bistro is outstanding. The junior suite so comfortable, quiet and warm. Rosemin, the cleaner, made our stay truly welcoming and feeling like at home. She went out of her way to make us feel nothing was too much for her. I have never in all my travels worldwide experience just a friendly and helpful cleaner. Big plus for this hotel is to have her working there.
The staff were expressly friendly in the breakfast were just amazing, friendly and welcoming.
The reception and concierge staff were also amazing and also helped whenever they could.
Big tick for this hotel. We will certainly look for the Warwick chain of hotels in future and would have no problems staying at this hotel Brussels again.
We have stayed at several hotels in Brussels and even the close by hotel if 5 stars doesn’t come near this amazing hotel.
I was there with my husband and our 2-year-old baby. First of all, the bed sheets were dirty, and the bathroom had a lot of mold, as if no one had cleaned it for years. Then the water in the bathroom did not stop running all night. we was lucky to stay there only for one night
only the one thing was good the location
I spent 2 nights at the Warwick hotel in a top floor suite having been upgraded from a junior suite. Whilst the room wasn't large it was very comfortable and quiet, sure the rooms could do with a refurbishment. Breakfast was ok no complaints just a bit bland.
The hotel is ideally located with a short stroll from the ordinary precint of the station and near the Grand Place and pissing boy statue. Short walk to the Magritte musuem and plenty of chocolate shops and restaurants to choose from near the hotel.
Be ware that Brussels isn't the most attractive European city and has many warnings about pickpocets.
I'd recommend the Warwick and the staff were helpful.
Nice, moderately priced hotel in a great location. Unbelievable roof-top bar/restaurant with great views & vistas & nice people to meet.
Excellent location near the train station. The staff was very friendly. We had an issue because our room had a wet carpet smell with a slight floral scent, which was honestly intolerable. I requested a room change and they quickly accommodated us. After that, the stay was pleasant.
An outstanding experience on a beautiful rooftop, elevated by truly exceptional service. Special thanks to Ashraf, whose professionalism, attention to detail, and genuine care made the evening absolutely perfect. His service went above and beyond.
I had the best weekend at the Warwick hotel. My favourite moment was in the secret rooftop bar with Ashraf. He deserves a special Kudos for his service level.
Will certainly be back.

The Secret Room is amazing. Great view and cocktails. Ashraf is super friendly and makes a tasty Basil Smash. Come here and chill when you stay at the Warwick.
Stunning hotel in the heart of Brussels!
The Warwick Hotel Brussels is absolutely stunning—beautifully decorated and especially lovely and festive during our stay. The rooftop bar is a real highlight and definitely a win; special mention to Ashraf, who makes a fantastic cocktail. The staff are all incredibly friendly and welcoming, which made the experience even better. The location is perfect too, within easy walking distance of most major attractions. Highly recommended!
Ashraf, the waiter in the 6th floor bar (which has an AMAZING view) is possibly the best waiter. Language barriers had no hold against him, he was full of energy and even after saying the 1 bottle of prosseco was 14,000 (it wasnt) he offered to help me and my dad get it to the room. he is seriously funny and all the staff, not just Ashraf, were amazing. 10/10 service, rooms and view.
Ashraf is a very frindly Barkeeper and the Rest of the Hotel too.
Nice lokation the rooms clean and food ok Good rooftop bar
Our trip to Brussels started bad with the Hotel we booked ending up being an absolute dump, so much so we left. Sat in the The Place Square having a coffee when we found this gem just 400 m away walked over with overnight bag in hand up to reception. Nothing was a problem a room available straight away with breakfast matched the rate from a comparable site, great room, great service, staff nothing was to hard or out of question for them, location was fantastic. Would throughly recommend this Hotel
