Horrible horrible situation. Sad but True!!
Pros:

Horrible experience. Roaches that never go away . They won't move you or spray or refund. They have broken so many laws and in so many ways violate you. Walking in your room unannounced and steal from you.

Roaches crawling up the wall, walked into the stench filled room with no curtains, drug addicts everywhere in parking lot and roaches infested in the room!

Pros:

Horrible body odor smell as soon as you walk in. Bugs in my room cockroaches. People screaming, and beds are smelly. Limited channels on TV and windows screen broke. Never will I stay there again. Had to spin my mattress to get comfortable

The toilet never stopped running. The coffee pot didn't work. The chair was very worn. The place was very noisy and reeked of cigarette and marijuana smoke. And there were cockroaches.
