We only stayed one night, thank god!
Pros:

The lady at the check in desk was very nice and friendly.

Cons:

When we got to our room, we were greeted with a bad smell, couldn’t identify it. The beds looked clean. I opened the fridge and the top freezer part had mold all in it. The bathroom was filthy! The toilet had a moldy ring around it and there were holes in the walls. The air conditioner was in the bathroom and didn’t reach the bed area very well, so we were all very hot all night. We turned on the tv and we only got one channel, so if you liked Court TV, you were set. The beds were very squeaky, so you heard every turn from everyone in the room. None of us slept well and we were glad morning came so we could leave.

Avoid at all costs, unless you are okay with staying in filth.

The location is convenient to Georgia Southern University

Cons:

Awful accommodations: walls were dirty with stains all over them, ceiling mold, bathroom window was hideous, tub was dirty, mirrors were unclean, bedside lights did not work, etc. Everything was old, dirty and grimy. All hotels in that immediate area were sold out and we had no other option as we were 3hours from home. When the issues were reported, the owner says “this is not a 4 star hotel” amongst other statements that were very rude. Customer service skills were severely lacking. This place needs to be condemned.

DO NOT RECOMMEND. RUDE CUSTOMER SERVICE, NO COMMUNICATION.
Pros:

Horrible experience. No communication, employees went against their own policy details. Checked in early Friday morning, front desk representative allowed us to check in early, while their policy states "no early check ins". He was doing us a favor, but their was no communication to let us know that we'd only be able to stay until 11am later that morning. Rude owner scamming people out of their hard earned money. Flies in the bathroom, mold in the tub walls, with old, beat up, bathtub and toilet. Room smells bad and burn holes in the sheets on the bed. Also had old blood stains on bed sheets. Kicked us out @11am Friday morning when we were supposed to have the room until 11am Saturday morning. Only got the room for not even 8 hours and got ripped out of $70 for a portion of stay.

Couldn’t wait to leave the next morning!
Pros:

Nothing, it was unkept, I was supposed to have a non smoking room and it reeked of smoke and the smoke detector was off the wall, it was awful all around, weird Indian lady working there wouldn’t do anything. I would never stay there again. We called the fire marshal!! Only good thing was it was quiet and the heater worked.

The first room we were given smelled HORRIBLY of cats. Not a mild ofer but a disgusting, putrid odor. I asked to switch room which was no problem but when I got to the other room there was a GIANT COCKROACH in the bathroom. I checked out immediately after being there for approximately 20 minutes. The desk clerk happily refunded my money.

It wasn’t the worse place I’ve ever stayed in but it wasn’t the best for the same amount of money paid either.
Pros:

It was close to the venue where we were going.

Cons:

Didn’t have all of the amenities the other motels offer. No coffee maker or ice bucket. There were bugs.
