Problem with payment, they were asking me to pay again, took $1 from my account unauthorised and caused my credit card company to freeze my card for the rest of my holiday. Whilst dealing with this the staff were speaking in a language I didn’t understand which I thought was very rude. The hotel was very noisy, both the location and other guests. We weren’t offered breakfast and had to go to reception twice to access the wifi.

El desayuno escaso , la leche estaba cortada , al echarla en el café nos hemos dado cuenta …. Y la masa de los gofres igual, un sabor ácido y desagradable …. La limpieza de la habitación bastante deficiente , pelos en el baño , en las sábanas ….
Habitaciones ruidosas …. Parecen que los camiones pasan por encima del cabecero de la cama … y mucha luz , las cortinas no cubren en absoluto …

Staff is not friendly. Asked for fresh towels and got an attitude from front desk. Didn’t even ask for room service, just towels.

Rooms were not clean.
I rented two rooms, one of them for my daughter, my son-in-law and my baby granddaughter.
My daughter had to do some cleaning before going in, as both rooms offered were NOT clean.

After the first night no employee showed up for cleaning, even though we left the rooms early, and cleaning was necessary.

For breakfast there was nothing with protein (no eggs, or anything), just sweets with milk (no consideration for the large percentage of lactose-intolerant people).

There is no elevator and no one offered to help with the heavy luggage.

On the day of departure (after 2 nights) someone who seemed to be one of the owners came up to demand departure (even though I was not late), but did NOT offer to help with the luggage.
Upon my complaint finally an employee offered help.

For the price charged for the rooms I expected nice, clean rooms, and good, reasonable, breakfast.

I plan on never returning to that hotel.

The bathroom needed some TLC. The walls were pealing the faucet for the tub was improperly installed. The dirt crusted in the corners by the shower was off putting.

Everything. They lied about ammentities and what their rooms were when booking. There is no hot tub on premise, or jetted tubs in king suites. Said free cancelation when I booked and they're hassling me about canceling after lying about the entire booking... thank god for screenshots. Make sure you call places ahead of time to know what youre getting. This place isnt half as nice as the photos and definitely not worth the price.

TV não funcionou em nenhum momento.
Não houve limpeza do quarto e troca de toalhas em nenhum momento.

TV was not working, no tea or tea maker in the room. Poor Breakfast.

Room 1 smelled like they were trying to cover up a rotting body
Room 2 The beds were stained with urine, had cigarette burn holes in the blankets, and the sheets were loaded with someone else’s hair.
The rooms did not look like they had been vacuumed in a long time.
The bathroom was dusty and the walls were dirty.
Room 3 the bed sheets were stained with urine
The pool was closed and there was no notice on the website or anywhere on the property.
The staff asked us to bring the dirty sheets to them instead of coming to get them and change them.
The manager Dana acted like we were the problem instead of apologizing for our experience. She was rude, argumentative, and very unprofessional. Dana needs a lesson in hospitality. I’ve never been so appalled during a hotel stay ever.
