This building needs to be condemned.

Dry rotted bathroom door, that wouldn't close. cigarette burns on sheets ,comforter and bathtub. Roaches, wreaked of cigarette smoke.,, Old musty smell, Smoke detector hanging from ceiling. Most of the ceiling material is missing., Light sockets hanging from the wall

THEY COULD NOT FIND MY RESERVATION

I MADE MY RESERVATION THROUGH BOOKING DOT COM WEBSITE, AND THEY DISSAPOINTED ME MAKING ME WAIT WHEN I ARRIVED AT THE EXACT TIME (3:00PM) THAT I BOOKED THE ROOM FOR, AND THE ONLY GUY WORKING FRONT DESK TOLD ME A TOTAL OF ATLEAST EIGHT TIMES WITHIN SEVEN HOURS THAT HE COULD NOT FIND MY RESERVATION NOR GIVE ME ANY TYPE OF REFUND / LET ME STAY AT ALL. HE FINALLY "FOUND" IT AT 7PM AND CAME OUT AND TOLD ME SUCH, BUT HE WAS NOT TRYING TO FIND IT PRIOR AND WATCHED ME SIT OUTSIDE SMH I PAID AND WHAT HE DID WAS ILLEGAL I WAS NOT HAPPY THE NEXT MORNING HE KNOCKED BEFORE CHECK OUT AGAIN NOT HAPPY ZERO OUT OF TEN

Pros:

First night wasn't the best. No towels, no TV remote, and the bed was horribly uncomfortable. Thankfully the staff did allow us to change rooms to another room, and everything was good afterwards

Pros:

The clerk was attentive when the first couple of rooms could not be accessed. There was a $50 deposit requested at check in. I did not see this while booking with expedia. This was non refundable while booking, so what if we didn't have the extra 50 to give????

I slept on a bloody mattress. The air conditioning did not work, the housekeeping came in and threw away personal belongings, the front desk girl is very unprofessional and nasty attitude

It was okay other then the part where there is no heads up on when you need to leave the room i had a hotel travel lodge

Cheap place to stay - nothing special.
Pros:

Late night stop for sleep. Knew about prior reviews. Friendly check in and check out. Rooms were fairly clean but wear and tear on carpets, bathroom, A/C.

Would only recommend for cheap place to sleep (passing through) but not long term stay.

Pros:

There are cigarette burns in the blanked the first room the put us in smelt horrible. The second room had construction going on in the bathroom and the 3rd room you couldn’t flush the toilet without having to take the tank lid off… as a Wyndham timeshare owner, Wyndham should be ashamed to have their name attached to this motel. It doesn’t look like the cleaning crew knows how to clean anything. The hair dryer had soap scum on it like someone placed it in water…The ceiling popcorn is falling of the ceiling. Will never be back…

We went to a room that was occupied. Next room was missing towels, worn through sheets and toilet needed assistance to flush. Needless to say, we didn't stay. They had no other room to offer us.
