Bed was comfortable and temp in the hotel was perfect but the table holding the tv was very dusty, hadnt been cleaned for a while
The hot water container for drinks was hardly ever ‘hot’ and please, for your UK visitors, get some decent tea, not everyone likes coffee
All areas of the hotel were clean and tidy and parking was no issue. Room type requested was given and was very clean. All staff we met were friendly and courteous. Breakfast was good and again the area kept very clean, full marks to the staff. Would stay again.

Solicitamos una cuna, se aprobó la solicitud y nos cargaron la primera noche antes que lleguemos pero al llegar no tenian cuna para darnos ni ganas de ayudar, era tarde y estabamos con nuestros hijos incluyendo uno de 2 años que tuvo que dormir con nosotros. El sofa cama era sumamente incomodo tambien.

The room was very basic, especially the VERY ODD closets -- felt like a tenament.
The other issue was the overwhelming number of e-mails and texts that were generated from a single stay -- at least TEN for a two-night stay (and nothing I initiated). That's beyond gorilla marketing and elevated to full-fledged stalking. I was there with family for a funeral -- not interested in over-interacting with the hotel. That being said, the staff was lovely.
Location, price, layout
The management was exceptionally rude and disrespectful I was shocked with how they chose to handle things from assumptions, not facts, where the girls who are NOT the managers had to step in and handle everything professionally. I will NEVER step a foot in that hotel with most disgusting management team I’ve ever encountered

Staff was very pleasant. Process of signing in and out was super easy. Breakfast was spot on good. Location was perfect for my business trip. Overall, i would definitely stay here again. Good value.
The evening of my arrival when I was in the parking lot unloading my vehicle the sprinkler system came on and soaked me and the inside of my vehicle. I don't understand why the sprinkler system was set up to water the parking lot and not just the grass and bushes. Also strangely the power went off in my room at 11pm which actually woke me up. It was out for about 5 minutes. Oddly enough the power was on in the hallway so it was a bit weird. I chalk it up to an oddity that really didn't take away from the stay or good service and I imagine someone must have realized there was a power issue and fixed it, so kudos to whomever that was.
Beds very comfortable and room is very clean, well-equipped and quiet. Standard hotel buffet breakfast with some healthy options like Cheerios but no regular tea (only odd herbal types). Fruit salad was sour by Sunday. I wound up buying my own plain yogurt and whole wheat bread. Coffee was fine.
Unfortunately, the "system" was down the night I arrived and therefore I had some difficulty confirming my reservation (staff confused and frazzled). No wifi either. Once the "system" recovered wifi and calm returned. It would be nice if they provided teabags in rooms for those who don't drink coffee, and some standard brown tea at breakfast.
