They give me room on boside noisey party , and they told me stay awake till the party finish , then go to sleep

Pros:

The property is beautiful, and the location is wonderfully peaceful and relaxing. There are also several animals around the property, which adds to the charm.

The staff are incredibly friendly and welcoming, especially Sumith, who was absolutely wonderful.

We would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a quiet and relaxing place to stay.

Great stay with excellent facilities
Pros:

Loads going on lots of restaurants and easy proximity to other places. Great gym and rooftop pool.

Pros:

Great location close to key attractions, can walk to Galle Beach, nearby malls, and even some temples if you are up to it. A small mall with some eateries is just next door in case you don't want to eat in-house.
Clean, nice facilities, good staff. Enjoyed our stay.

Cons:

The "garden view" wasn't a view at all - the window showed the adjacent roof. Was not a big problem for us since we were out most of the time.

Overall stay was excellent.
Pros:

Convenient location and friendly staff. Service at the front office was excellent.

Cons:

Sri Lanka's food quality needs improvement. Overall, Sri Lankan food does not taste good because the ingredients are not used in the correct proportions (e.g., not enough coconut milk in milk rice and hoppers). As a Sri Lankan, I was disappointed with the quality of Sri Lankan food. The restaurant service was poor, and the staff was unwelcoming (this includes Nugagama and Lagoon). Seafood at Lagoon restaurant was expensive and not tasty at all.

Es un hotel lujoso y confortable. Es lo que esperas al realizar la reserva.

Cons:

Por más que todo el personal trate de ser agradable, la atención es muy deficiente. Realizan una reserva de garantía contra la tarjeta de crédito que, en mi caso, fueron nada menos que 350$ y, al realizar el checkout me confirmaron el cargo de esos 350$ y tuve que estar reclamando al Servicio de Atención al Cliente durante cuatro días, estando de viaje, hasta que rectificaron, con mala atención y falta de contestación a mis mensajes, a pesar de que era un claro error del hotel.

Outstanding hotel with so many facilities
Pros:

Cinnamon grand was our last hotel before we flew back home so we only stayed one night - we would have loved to stay many more. The facilities were exceptional - one of the pools we used was the one at breeze bar and so big and we went in the morning so had the whole pool to ourselves! We ate dinner at breeze bar and we loved the atmosphere and the singer. The breakfast buffet was so huge - it had every single food we could have wished for. The room was so pristine and clean. Dumith was really helpful and ensured an easy and smooth check in.
