Fitting end to a lovely stay on SL.
Pros:

Buffet was exceptional. The swimming pool was one of the best we've visited.

We often base ourselves here for many days when in Colombo and this hotel is perfect for us.
Pros:

Beautiful hotel, very friendly and efficient staff throughout. Good choice of restaurants and bars.

Cons:

Beautifully well maintained pool but the sunbed area needs updating with much more sun shade needed.

Fantastic food and comfy beds
Pros:

The beds were super comfy and we had an incredible view of the tulip tower and lake. The staff were very friendly the breakfast was awesome as was the Lagoon restaurant

Cons:

The pool wasn’t very relaxing the air conditioning units very close to the sunbeds were very noisy and there were no parasols to shade you from the sun. The air conditioning unit in the room was noisy

Fabulous Hotel, amazing food, professional staff, highly recommended!!
Pros:

We stayed for just one night, everything was fabulous the staff were so professional the food was amazing!! Highly recommend their breakfast, there was so much choice and anything you can think of was available.

Memorable First Experience at Cinnamon Grand
Pros:

My partner and I visited Cinnamon Grand for the first time and had such a lovely experience. From the moment we arrived, Tharindu welcomed us warmly and made sure everything was perfect. His service was truly top class, attentive, friendly, and very professional without being over the top. It made us feel really comfortable as a couple enjoying our evening and it was smooth sailing. The food was absolutely delicious, and every dish was beautifully prepared. The overall atmosphere, service, and quality made our first visit very memorable. A special thank you to Tharindu for the excellent hospitality. We left very happy and would definitely recommend Cinnamon Grand to anyone looking for great food and outstanding service.
