Breakfast and dinner were excellent, with a wide variety of food options. The room was comfortable, clean, and good. Overall, we had a very pleasant stay at Cinnamon Grand Colombo.

Cons:

The only thing we missed was a dedicated kids' play area. It would be great if the hotel could provide a play area for children to enjoy during their stay, especially for families travelling with kids.

The staff were very attentive and helpful. They made me feel special. They arranged a late checkout as my flight back to Australia was an evening flight.
The breakfast and lunch buffets were exceptional.
I highly recommend staying here if you're visiting Colombo.

Fantastic the best hotel ever
Pros:

The breakfast was awesome. Lots of different food option and extremely tasty. They have lots tasty Sri Lankan food options, tasty asian food like sushi chinese food and western food options. Also, the service is fantastic.
