Znakomity hotel do zwiedzania Kolombo
Pros:

Hotel znakomicie zlokalizowany - w pobliżu wszystkich (niestety niezbyt licznych) atrakcji Kolombo, budynek niezbyt dobrze prezentuje się z zewnątrz, natomiast w środku - imponująco. Wielkie lobby urządzone ze smakiem, różne detale urzadzenia i wyposażenia w pozostałych częściach, cieszą oko. Bardzo dobra jedzenie w restauracjach, ładnie urządzony i duży jak na hotel miejski basen, zlokalizowany w poziomie gruntu.
Największym atutem tego hotelu jest jednak personel, na każym stanowisku i funkcji spotkaliśmy się z uśmiechem, życzliwością i pełnym profesjonalizmem

Another delightful stay overall.
Pros:

We had another wonderful stay at Cinnamon Grand. We love both the location and the consistently excellent service. Whenever we visit Sri Lanka, we make it a point to spend a few days at Cinnamon Grand, and it never disappoints.
This time, we upgraded to an executive room, and it was truly value for money. As always, the staff were exceptionally helpful and attentive throughout our stay.

The dining options were fantastic as well. Every restaurant served great meals, and Nuga Gama once again gave us the chance to enjoy a wide variety of traditional Sri Lankan dishes—an experience we always look forward to. We also had a lovely time enjoying high tea with friends.

Cons:

Carpets need attention.

Expected more from this 5 star hotel .
Pros:

Friendly and helpful staff.
Good restaurants
Nice atmosphere

Cons:

Bathroom was not clean as it should be in a 5 star hotel.
There was a smell in the room .
TV in the room is outdated .

Pros:

The staff ate always extremely kind and helpful. The breakfast buffet is a generous spread and room service is always delicious which extremely generous portion sizes. We upgraded to an executive room for a more elevated experience and enjoyed having lounge access. The location cant be beat. This is a classic colombo hotel that continues to be comfortable.

Cons:

The Lagoon restaurant felt a bit dated - the decor hasnt changed in a decade. The desserts at all the buffets could be better.

Great Sri Lankan food
Pros:

Great atmosphere for authentic Sri Lankan food along with traditional dances and music. There is a great choice of every kind of major Sri Lankan dish - same for the dessert. Special mention for the halepa I didn’t expect to see. Nilmini and Waselage were of a great service!

Exceptional service
Pros:

We had an amazing experience, thanks to Judiya and Damith. Their service was truly exceptional from start to finish. They were attentive, friendly, and made sure everything was perfect throughout our visit. Their professionalism and warm attitude really stood out. Had a lot of fun for a fair price
Pros:

They expirence was amazing and the stuff was very friendly.
I took my girlfriend to high tea for her birthday and we had a lot of fun and alot of delicious food.
Tharindu and rest of the stuff was very nice and helpful towards us in providing great service.

Pros:

This time I had a solo buffet time.
When I first see the items accurately I felt that variaties are less comparing other HTBs and this is not worthy. But while having your buffet or tasting it, I realized that these are more than enough coz actually couldn’t try all the items even coz I’m full.
I suggest one another soft drink to here. Foods are very tasty and service is so good. Had a nice time.
