Excellent experience
Pros:

Comfortable modern hotel well located with a good choice of facilities. Efficient courteous staff who clearly enjoy their work. That makes a very big difference.

Great staff, but noisy, not luxurious.
Pros:

The Cinnamon Grand is a good hotel with a convenient location.
That said, the staff were exceptional. Every interaction was met with genuine warmth, kindness, and a willingness to help, and they were easily the highlight of my stay.

Cons:

It didn’t quite deliver the peaceful, luxurious experience I’d expect from a five-star property.

The biggest drawback was the constant activity. The hotel hosts frequent events, and because the main hotel is closely connected to the event spaces, noise often carried into the guest areas, sometimes late into the night. It made the overall atmosphere feel busy rather than relaxing.

The gym was another disappointment. It felt outdated, poorly organized, and in need of a refresh.

Overall, while it is a decent property and a comfortable place to stay, the facilities and ambience don’t quite match what I’d expect from a true five-star luxury hotel.
