We stayed here last year for same purpose so we knew to expect nothing fantastic.
Pros:

Area is safe and convenient for why we're in the area. Close restaurants, gas station & dollar store. Rooms were clean and pool area was maintained. Room refrigerator was working good and our trash was removed and towels replaced before we came back for our second night.

Cons:

Not much of a breakfast unless you like waffles and prewrapped honey buns and oatmeal cream pies. No hot offerings other than one wafflemaker. 2 types of cold cereal, yogurt, 2-prewrapped junk foods (honeybun & oatmeal creampie),sliced bread for toast, milk for cereal, orange juice machine, coffee carafe. No coffee maker in room. Beds were not straightened when we returned for our second night.

Cons:

You can tell some of the rooms were smoking... it has a faint smell of smoke and moisture.

For one night it was fine, but would not recommend to anyone.
Pros:

Very basic. Not much to choose from for the price.

Bed was very uncomfortable and the room had a mildew smell.

Ist sehr in die Jahre gekommen und richtig muffig, die Bettdecken und der Teppich haben sich sehr klamm angefühlt, haben auch nichts ausgepackt

Very disappointed
Pros:

The room was dirty. There was blood on the pillow case and the bathroom had not been cleaned. The door had been broken into and not fixed well. The back door of the hotel was broken and didn’t require a key to get in. Needless to say I complained to the front desk and they said they couldn’t do anything for me so I checked out and asked for a refund the refused for either day of my two nights stay. When I left out the back of the hotel that’s where my room was someone had there boat pulled in grass and plugged into the inside of the hotel with the back door propped open. The pictures online are very misleading. The hotel is very rundown and very dirty. I’m very disappointed and they never did give me my money back not even for the night. I was only in the hotel for 15 minutes .

Quick, clean and filled with speed bumps.

Our Aunt stayed in the other room. We had to have the keycard re-keyed multiple time. Our room had many issues. From water leaking in the bathroom to the toilet not flushing (we fixed it) to the desk chair leaning to one side. We reported all of these problems to either management or workers there. The breakfast was sparse at best with a very limited selection of options.

It’s a fair, economy stay hotel. I didn’t see any bugs. Probably would not stay there again.

Location was good for being by Lake Springfield.

Cons:

The hotel and room smelled like carpets that were wet and didn’t dry. Rooms need some TLC. But I did not see any bugs.
