muy agradable
Pros:

la limpieza de la habitacion todos los dias estuvo muy bien , la ubicacion muy bien tambien se puede acceder a todo lugares de comida de diversion y de transporte.

the location, the Marina.

Cons:

the cleaning ladies came the third day to the room took out the towels and didnt replaced them. Next mornng I had to go out in my Pj to ask them for towels.

I have not receive the USD100 deposit back in my account.

Muy buen lugar!. Muy Buena ubicación. Habitaciones confortables muy buena experiencia.
Pros:

La ubicación es muy buena. Cerca de chestnut street qué es una calle llena de resto y bares muy lindos. Muy seguro todo. La habitación tambien me gustó. Amplia. Limpia. Cómoda. El servicio fue muy bueno. Muy amables todos.. precio calidad perfecto. . Recomendable

Cons:

No hay ascensor. Es lo único que no me gustó. Igual solo son 2 pisos o 1 de acuerdo a qué habitación tengas.

Easy to access

Cons:

The front door was abit faulty when closing —pulling really hard to ensure it was closed or shoving it hard from the inside to close.

The bathroom floor around the tub seemed to have mold/ black matter on them —humid in bathroom I’m sure but still needed more attention when cleaning.

Passable sans plus.
Pros:

Pas tres loin du fisherman’s wharf. C’est pas trop trop cher.

Cons:

Forte odeur dans la chambre, impossible d’ouvrir la fenetre pour aérer, detecteur de fumée de brancher, frigo ultra bruyant (j’ai du le debrancher). Place de parking, alors y’a un parking 1er arrivé 1er servi, sauf que meme s’il y’a des places il y a des plots oranges, car il y a les clients best western et les clients booking qui passent apres. De plus le parking est exigu, ne prenez pas de pic up. Gratuit oui mais pas grand. La porte de douche dans la « suite » ne tient pas fermée (obligé de mettre un bout de carton pour la bloquer). Plainte devant la cheminée toute decollée… bref ca vaut 2 etoiles pas plus, le patron se vente de rouler en ferrari exposé dans le garage d’a coté, il ferait mieux de refaire son hotel.

There was light in the room the whole night even with curtains closed, the socket was broken and dangerous especially for kids, one day there was only almost boiling water in the shower.

This place is gross.
Pros:

Nothing.

Cons:

Tv didn’t work. Falsely advertised In photos. Yes, it looks renovated, but it’s extremely disgusting and dirty. Plank flooring lifting. Hairs in the bed. Floors black and dirty. We ended up leaving. It felt dirty and like a health hazard. Smelled weird.

Overall, the hotel isn't bad. Its main advantage is the location in a wonderful neighborhood. Street noise isn't very noticeable because the rooms face an inner courtyard.

Cons:

However, there are some downsides. The parking is extremely tight; you have to unload all passengers and luggage first and then somehow squeeze out of the car yourself. The staff is also very loud, and it was unpleasant being woken up by their shouting. The condition of the rooms is mediocre: the toilet paper holder was broken, so the roll was just sitting on the toilet tank. What’s worse, it wasn't even a new roll — they didn't even bother to change it after the previous guests. I’ve never seen anything like it before.

Front desk staff dismissive when informed of problems. No attempt to correct issues.

Housekeeping staff helpful

Cons:

Paid for suite with fireplace. Fireplace did not work. Informed front desk and was told “it doesn’t work”
TV remote not working.
Smoke detector missing with loose wires hanging from bracket.
Electrical outlet under desk not secured into box and was sticking out past wall with bare wires exposed.
Toilet paper holder missing with exposed hole in wall. TP roll’s sitting on floor beside toilet
When hair dryer plugged into wall socket bathroom lights turn off

Brilliant location and kind staff - recommended for a well located place to rest!
Pros:

This is a good option when travelling on a budget. We did quite a lot of looking into the different areas of the city and felt this would be the best location and it did not disappoint. Really easy to get to the main sights, good public transport options on the road right outside, and parking wasn't an issue whilst we were there. We arrived late on the first night so emptied car completely (highly recommend you leave any compartments open to show the car is empty) and parked on the road with no issue round the corner, then first thing the next morning when the car park had emptied we got a spot inside. There was a slight hiccup at check in, but the staff member working was very helpful and kindly sorted this out for us. The staff on the whole were really helpful.

Cons:

Don't book the accessible room, book a standard or a larger room, it is worth the extra for the additional space. It's a little odd there is an accessible room at the top of 2 flights of stairs with no elevator! We booked this in error, but please note that it is not really an accessible room, if you require a ground floor accessible room, LOOK ELSEWHERE.
