Disappointing
Pros:

Location was good, room was spacious enough for San Francisco. Unfortunately, very poor customer service.,

Cons:

room had ants everywhere, ask to repair light on the side of a bed, but never happen, fireplace promise to be working, never worked. Most disappointing thing was parking-staff kept parking spot for somebody “special”. I would not recommend that place

Nous avons passé un bon séjour dans cet hôtel.
Pros:

Très bien situé, il est possible de visiter les principaux points d’intérêt à pieds. La chambre que nous avions (suite) était très spacieuse, et le lit très confortable.

Buena ubicación, estadía normal
Pros:

Ubicación muy buena, en la mitad de Lombard Street, se llega muy rápido a los sitios de interés, la habitación es amplia, las camas cómodas.

Cons:

El parqueadero aunque es gratuito, es limitado, pero el personal ayuda a ubicar el auto en zona cercana, la habitación tenía un olor fuerte, se puede mejorar mantenimiento

Внутри комнаты было все более-менее.
Но завтрак был очень скудным. Вафли, йогурт, яблоко, мандарин, чай, кофе, булочка. Всё.
Если бы понимали всю ситуацию в отеле, то остановились бы в другом более дешевом отеле. Этот не стоит своих денег. Рядом был совсем дешевый мотель, но парковка на нем была.

Cons:

Парковки по факту нет. Первую ночь пришлось оставить машину на улице. Как только мы припарковались в отеле ( на следующий день после приезда.), больше машиной пользоваться не могли. Потому что если ты уедешь с парковочного места, то машину придется на ночь оставлять на улице. Если повезет, то вы найдете парковку на улице. Но будете всю ночь просыпаться и бегать в гараж чтобы посмотреть не освободились ли места. Это очень подпортило все впечатления о поездке. Мы вынуждены были гулять по городу пешком, тогда как машина стояла в гараже.

L'amabilité du personnel et qu'on ait eu la chance d'avoir à chaque fois une place de parking. Le petit déjeuner inclus est un très bon point.

Cons:

La configuration de l'hôtel à tendance à rendre bruyant les déplacements des clients mais qui sont respectueux dans l'ensemble
