It was a beautiful heritage building which has kept its original features. The staff were charming and friendly.

Such a fantastic hotel! Lovely architecture and lots of ground space, with peacocks roaming by the heated swimming pool. An oasis in the midst of the Delhi chaos. Relaxing and the rooms are huge plus squeaky clean. All the staff are so friendly and helpful. The food options for breakfast is huge and plenty of made-to-order options. Best breakfast amongst the hotels stayed in India. They serve complimentary tea and coffee with little yummy cookies anywhere in the hotel which is utterly delightful. Very close to the Civil Lines Metro station which makes it convenient to wander off to explore then head back to relax in the lush green grounds of the hotel.

A high class hotel. Front reception staff are outstanding, willing to try to solve issues with my airline ticket which is not really their problem.
Pool is warm, nice and quiet. Restaurant staff are polite and attentive. Breakfast is wonderful.

The apartment is ideal for a family visit of Delhi. It is very well connected to key sightseeing sites andit provides the perfect escape from the busy streets of the city. It has big gardens where the only noise comes from the chirping of the birds. The staff made us feel so good and took a great care and attention of our 16month old son. They consistently gave him small gifts, cooked food suitable for his age, played with him and showered him with attention and affection. I don’t have enough words to explain how well we have felt!

This hotel is an excellent choice overall!
- It is beautiful and very well-maintained for a heritage hotel. The rooms are large, clean, comfortable and they pay attention to the details (provide water bottles with filtered water, delicious snacks in the mini bar for a fair price, and service the room twice a day)
- The breakfast is EXCELLENT. It has a variety of choices including Indian cuisine which my parents (natives of India) agree is absolutely delicious.
- The staff is professional, kind, welcoming, and very helpful.

The only fact to consider is the location. It is located near Old Delhi, and most foreigners prefer to dine near New Delhi. For people with a tour group or a driver, this should be no issue. If you don’t have any arranged means of transportation, their hotel does have a dinner restaurant but otherwise just know that with Delhi traffic, you’ll have to plan ahead.

Arrived early from our flight from Australia and were given a very warm welcome and an early check in. Staff were fabulous throughout our stay, very attentive, very pleasant. You were made to feel like royalty. The breakfast room/cafe is warm and atmospheric, leading onto an outside patio. Breakfasts were very good, varied and lots of choice. Bathroom facilities were excellent, and the bed was comfy. The main restaurant and the bar are cosy and restored in keeping with the property's age. Lovely heritage hotel with a large swimming pool.

Amazing colonial styled property in North Delhi. You really feel like you are touching a piece of history while staying here. The pool and lawn area are very well maintained, better than some other hotels under the same brand in my opinion. I stayed two nights here and they very graciously upgraded me to a suite and had nice touches for me such as a nice skincare set. The staff were all top notch at hospitality. Breakfast and food in the multicuisine restaurant were all great and had good variety. Overall I really enjoyed my stay here.
