Trident, Nariman Point Mumbai

very good experience - beautiful view and excellent staff.

We stayed here 5 nights recently. Upon check in we were upgraded to a special suite which had a phenomenal view of the sea, the queen’s necklace and the harbour. The suite was huge with all the amenities one could hope for. Breakfast was consistently good, and the staff were always helpful and friendly. The location on marine drive is excellent, constantly breezy and with ample space to sit and enjoy the Arabian Sea. I will definitely recommend this hotel.

Top city hotel in excellent location . Our first night in India. Well appointed room although bit weird with open glass bathroom. Staff overly obliging if anything but very kind and helpful. Did enjoy that we could step outside and walk along the seafront , extremely popular with locals . Apparently the English cricket team were staying there at the same time .

Awesome hotel, especially the service. We had a little trouble securing an Uber to Karjat on check out. Abhishek and Karan were incredibly helpful in the lobby! They helped secure a taxi by calling the driver directly ensuring we didn’t pay an inflated price. Thank you so much guys! We really appreciate your help. Impressive building nearly 40 storeys high located right on the seafront. Best thing? The staff. Impeccable from start to finish - friendly, approachable, efficient & professional. Second best thing? The high quality food in the buffet restaurant. Top drawer. The only downside to staying here is it is very expensive. My thanks to the skilled and generous staff for making our stay so enjoyable.

We had a wonderful few days at the Trident Hotel, Mumbai. The staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful, making our stay truly enjoyable.

We were made incredibly welcome. Nothing is too much for staff. We were left several gifts in our room. Staff were eager to assist our stay, providing advice on where to go and where to shop. The hotel will drop you off anywhere within 3 kilometers free of charge, which was incredibly useful and time saving. Rooms are clean tidy and have all the amenities you would expect. Additional kits in bathroom were good. TV was ok you can sign in to Netflix and Prime if you want to. The only downside is that other guests could be very noisy at certain times through the night, but the hotel can't do a lot about that. Everywhere in the hotel the staff are friendly, professional and attentive (some may find it too attentive but we loved it). Be aware that you will pay about 38% extra on taxes and service charges that are applied. However for such a high standard of hotel the costs are reasonable. Food at Frangipani and Ness was excellent, and we were told India Jones was also good. Pool is well served with comfortable beds. Water is just right temperature. They come around with free water every now and then. If you want to shower before going in the water, it's the first outdoor shower I've ever seen with shampoo, conditioner and gel. You get great views of Mumbai(subject to the have in winter). Sunsets and sunrise are also good, will be amazing in the summer.
Checkout was very straight forward, you get a clear invoice. Loved this hotel.

We subsequently were waiting for it taxi to take us to the cruise terminal, but despite several emails and calls they did not attend on time. The hotel arranged one of their cars to take us to the terminal. This was done in such a friendly yet professional manner. Hats off for first class customer service

Excellent location facing Arabian sea, beautiful rooms and service, best amenities in the room, great variety of food and highly courteous staff.

We were disappointed to have to leave this wonderful hotel after our three day trip to Mumbai. First impressions are important, and our first impression was that there was a large number of staff both outside and at reception.
We were also very impressed by the decor and ambiance of the whole hotel…especially in the Ness bar. Our room was also excellent and we were given a display of fresh lilies…a very thoughtful touch.
However, what impressed us most was how helpful and charming so many of the staff were. Firstly I would like to thank Shreyash who served us in the bar each night, and who brought us a farewell treat before we left…so kind of him. We then received two further complimentary gifts of food from Astral and Christina in the Frangipani restaurant…again gratefully received. Tushar, the manager of all the restaurants, has surrounded himself with an army of excellent staff, so thanks to all of them.
On our final morning, we spent some time talking to the charming receptionist, Richaa, who reckons she got the job because she loves to talk to people!!
If you are thinking of booking a room at the Trident, I don’t think you will be disappointed.

Great food and even better hospitality. chef Stefan Chin at India Jones was very nice and personally treated us with his speciality (thai curry and jasmine rice) so delicious! Highly recommend.

A lovely comfortable top quality hotel with very friendly staff.
We were staying for 3 nights at the end of a holiday that had revolved around staying at 2 Lodges on Safari Drives, as we wanted to experience some of the culture of India and Mumbai before coming home.
Our room was on the 19th floor, and while the view outside was nothing exceptional, just more high rise apartments and offices, it was lovely seeing the many Black Kites the city has wheeling around at eye level outside.
The room was a very good size (with a massive bed), and all the amenities you would expect.
Despite Mumbai being an exceptionally busy city with traffic a plenty, you could not hear any of this from the room or even in the common areas of the hotel.
The Hotel is right on the front along Marine Drive, which has a wide promenade that stretches for over two miles to the beach and beyond. This is therefore ideal for a walk, jog, run or just sitting on the wide seating looking out over the bay at the skyline as the bay is horseshoe shaped.

Amazing and memorable experience on our 3rd stay at Trident Nariman point. Exceptional staff and royal treatment. Will certainly return.

We visited Trident Nariman Point to celebrate New Year’s Eve as a family with our 6 year old son . Right from checkin to departure the experience was fabulous . The staff is kind and excellent . Each guest is treated equally and nicely . The location is spot on , bonus point guests can access their sister property Oberoi as well . They are interconnected . Andleeb ensured our stay was seamless . Greeshma from restaurant was prompt and helped with restaurant food customisations and Gala dinner bookings , our room had a great view of marine drive , it was well decorated and surprise treats were a delight for our kid . The pool area has a great view fabulous food . The new year eve Gala event was well managed , Yash was attentive and ensured smooth dinner . The live music lit up the atmosphere and decided was spot on . Sakshi from housekeeping was always available for all housekeeping needs with a big smile . Romeo from rooftop restaurant was prompt and provide great service . Highly recommend for business as well as leisure travellers .
