Excellent Hotel in Great Location, with Exceptional Staff. My Home from Home in Mumbai!
Pros:

Location, excellent customer service across all departments, perfect breakfast for me, and staff remembered my order each morning without being asked!

Cons:

Usually other inconsiderate guests. I use Exec Lounge for afternoon tea & later cocktails. The number of guests using mobile phones on loud speaker is something that staff need to challenge. I would also urge Lounge Access rules making the use of phones on speaker prohibited. This should be a serene space, unfortunately modern technology spoils it!

Cons:

The sink in the bathroom flood , and I have an infant the bathroom not designed to be able to give shower to an infant it was a very difficult mission to me the sink stuck and flooded quickly and the shower place with fixed shower tool which hanged and can’t be hooded to ease the process

Pathetic staff response
Pros:

The location was excellent. The room was on the highest floor with an excellent view. The stay was comfortable

Cons:

The staff need to be instructed to honour their commitments. I was told that the invoice will be emailed to me. I asked for a physical copy, to which the staff assured me that the same will be emailed promptly. It is close to a month and I still don’t have it. I also raised a separate request through booking.com app but again no response till now. I am appalled at the staff attitude
