Good Stay, But Not Value for Money
Pros:

The hotel location is excellent and offers great views. The staff were polite, helpful, and responsive whenever assistance was needed. The hotel car service was comfortable, reliable, and a pleasant part of the overall experience.
During our stay, we even got to see Mumbai Indians cricket players, which was an exciting and memorable experience.

Cons:

We felt the hotel was quite expensive considering the condition of the property and rooms.
The rooms felt small, and both the rooms and parts of the hotel seemed outdated compared to other luxury hotels in the same price range.
We felt somewhat uncomfortable when visiting the swimming pool area to take photos, as some staff members appeared to be staring at us. It gave the impression that we were not supposed to be there, despite being hotel guests.
In my opinion, some hospitality staff in Indian five-star hotels could benefit from additional guest interaction training to ensure visitors feel more welcome and comfortable.

You'll never find a better landing in Mumbai
Pros:

This is like a hotel from a dream. Such friendly staff; everyone is there to help, to do their very best for you. If you are a first-time visitor to India and have some jitters, this is as soft a landing as you can hope for--and it is more authentic than the Western chains.

Cons:

I'm not used to having people attend to my every need while I am eating quite so much; but perhaps I am the one who needs to shift my expectations! :)

The location
The cleanliness

Cons:

The black put blinds in my room were malfunctioning. I had to call the housekeeping to fix that. Which was fairly annoying.
I faced problems with wifi connection. I contacted the wifi operator but still the problem continued. It was only hours before check out , it was fixed.

II mailed my time of arrival earlier but the room was not ready and they didn’t even set the room

One of the best hotels I have stayed in. The location at Nariman Point is outstanding with beautiful views and easy access to key areas of Mumbai. The service is exceptional and the staff goes above and beyond to make your stay comfortable.

The breakfast is excellent with a wide variety of high-quality options. Room service is prompt and professional. A special mention to the reception team who were extremely courteous, helpful and welcoming throughout our stay.

No words are enough to describe the hospitality. Truly a world-class experience. Highly recommended and I would be delighted to stay here again.
