We visited Trident Nariman Point to celebrate New Year’s Eve as a family with our 6 year old son . Right from checkin to departure the experience was fabulous . The staff is kind and excellent . Each guest is treated equally and nicely . The location is spot on , bonus point guests can access their sister property Oberoi as well . They are interconnected . Andleeb ensured our stay was seamless . Greeshma from restaurant was prompt and helped with restaurant food customisations and Gala dinner bookings , our room had a great view of marine drive , it was well decorated and surprise treats were a delight for our kid . The pool area has a great view fabulous food . The new year eve Gala event was well managed , Yash was attentive and ensured smooth dinner . The live music lit up the atmosphere and decided was spot on . Sakshi from housekeeping was always available for all housekeeping needs with a big smile . Romeo from rooftop restaurant was prompt and provide great service . Highly recommend for business as well as leisure travellers .
We recently stayed at the Trident, Nariman Point in Mumbai, and could not have asked for a better experience!! Huzan in Sales, Karishma at the front desk, Garishma in the restaurant and every single staff member we came across was amazing. We were treated as valued guests and had a fantastic stay. The transportation from the airport that we requested was spot on. Shrikant was a steady, good driver who picked us up and dropped us off at the airport. The ocean view from our hotel room was spectacular. The breakfast buffet at Frangipani had so many options and everything we tried was delicious. We enjoyed the spa, the beauty parlor, and the gym located in the hotel. The Poolside area had a nice children's play area. I will never stay at any other hotel in Mumbai!!

The Trident was a very good experience. The staff is friendly and helpful. The facilities are located in an area that is safe and areas that are easy to walk and enjoy the view. The breakfast and Club Louge access is very nice. We did not use the pool or spa but people seemed to enjoy both.
No breakfast for NR guests( shareholders). I wish to share my experience when I visited Trident Mumbai yesterday for breakfast..
A few days back since the 28th dec was planned breakfast event, I contacted frengipani through phone and informed them that I wish to have breakfast on 28th Dec. I asked for reservation but the person told me it can't be reserved and I can visit as walk in. I also informed that I am a shareholder and wish to encash my coupon, which she confirmed can be done.
Yesterday when we visited frengipani, we were refused to have breakfast due to heavy resident guest .the host even denied to talk and understand our view.
We also asked can visit go to the Oberoi, she said they will also not entertain us
Seems the non resident shareholders guests are like a begger. .
I wish to know whether, it was black day declared by your management where such information was made. However no such information mentioned anywhere in the hotel.

This is how you treat non resident shareholders guests Mr PRS always wanted their shareholders to visit the meal. On that believe, I am holding shares. Post MR PRS if the management thought process is changed do tell that clearly..

The location at the Queen's Necklace gives a great view of the city and the sea from higher floors. Given peak season of Christmas, i would say the rates were quite reasonable.
The hotel seemed full which you could make out from the crowd at reception area. Despite that, the check-in and check-out was quick with minimal wait time.
there are four restaurants that offer breakfast. If you find rush at the basement restaurants, you can head to the pool-side ones.
Me and wife went there for a short vacation break. We drove from Pune and reached in quick time via Atal Setu. This property has a great vibe - mainly due to visuals of sea from most of the vantage points.
Staff was very courteous. In spite of typical vacation rush, all formalities were handled without making us feel "waiting" (though we had to wait :-) )

Excellent stay at conveniently located Trident Nariman. Rooms were comfortable and staff went out of their way to graciously welcome and accommodate any of our requests.
Some experiences are better felt than explained. From the moment you step out of the car, you’re greeted with warm smiles from every employee. As you walk in, the team makes you feel so comfortable that you forget you’re even in another state. The atmosphere is welcoming, with just the right touch of elegance.
That’s where I met Karishma (GRM). I can’t possibly mention everything she did for us, but we instantly connected—and that made all the difference. (P.S. we exchanged lots of hugs!)
Every detail was incredibly thoughtful, from arranging flower surprises on my bed (twice!), to the cake, and making my birthday so special. I can’t stop talking about my first experience here, and I already can’t wait to come back.
