يجب حل مشكلة الانتظار طويلا عند المصعد وحل التكييف في المصعد، وعدم تغيير الغرف المحجوزة من نوع سريرين إلى سرير واحد

الاستقبال، منظر الغرفه ، وتعامل الموظفين راقي جداً ، تم حل موضوع الازدحام عند الإفطار باحضار الإفطار لنا في لوبي الفندق.

لا توجد خصوصية في الحمام ، باب الحمام لا يغلق جيداً توجد فتحة في باب الحمام ، صدأ في غلاية الماء ، الخزانة غير نظيفه، المصعد يتاخر كثيراً وغير مكيف ، مزدحم جداً، تاخير في احضار الشنط للغرف وكذلك تاخير في احضار حقائب التسوق للغرف استغرق بعض الأحيان في حدود الساعتين مع معاودة الاتصال بالاستقبال لارسال شنط التسوق
