Beautifully decorated hotel located at the end of Marine Drive, in the heart of bustling Mumbai. Excellent welcome by friendly, smart staff. The room was large, modern, comfy and quiet. The lounge and bar area was lovely and the whole hotel was meticulously clean. A few hours spent by the lovely pool with views over the bay was a great way to relax after sightseeing round the city. Fabulous choice of high quality food.

The dining experience is outstanding. Sanket, Chef Rohit, and the entire team operate with remarkable attentiveness and precision. Whether it’s a perfectly made-to-order breakfast or a special request, everything is handled effortlessly and with a smile. The level of care and responsiveness truly elevates the experience.

Housekeeping deserves special recognition as well—available 24/7, consistently efficient, and always ready to accommodate any need. Their attention to detail ensures a seamless and comfortable stay throughout.

Frangipani is another highlight. Managers Tushar and Akshay lead with warmth and professionalism, always attentive and approachable. Lari, the hostess, brings a personal touch with her constant smile and willingness to assist, making every visit feel special.

The poolside service is equally impressive. The attendants are incredibly thoughtful, always ensuring comfort with water, seating, and attentive care. Remy stands out in particular—courteous, friendly, and consistently welcoming, he adds a personal touch that does not go unnoticed.

Just come & stay with family here and you will feel relaxed. You can spend hours watching the ocean & cityline from the room.

We had a great stay here at the end of our South India trip. Our room on the 29th floor offered stunning views of Marine Drive, the Arabian Sea, and the Mumbai skyline.

The staff were excellent, and we’d especially like to thank Yusuf, the concierge, for arranging a lovely early morning takeaway breakfast on the day of our departure.

We were a bit unsure about staying in such a bit international hotel particularly after a bad experience in Delhi however we need not have worried. This hotel was lovely. The reception was calm and welcoming the receptionist friendly,helpful and we felt valued as guests.
The location was excellent straight out onto the waterfront and near to the city centre but quiet inside. A very nice room with everything we wanted. The coffee / snack bar was very welcome after a day’s travel and the staff there were friendly and helpful.
The restaurant had a great breakfast some self service and some waitresses of both Indian and Western cuisine. In the evening there was a choice of buffet or a la cart. We opted for the later and the waiter was very helpful in guiding us through the choices. We had delicious meals !
It was a great pity we were only there 2 nights we could easily have stayed longer !

A beautiful hotel with ideal location in Mumbai. Staff is absolutely wonderful! Throughout our stay, everyone was very kind and considerate. The food is excellent especially the breakfast buffet as it offers traditional as well as Indian cuisine. Highly recommend the hotel a wonderful experience.

Great location, close to all visitor attractions in Mumbai. Set up an Uber account and this is best way to get around. Pick you up direct from hotel. Lovely breakfast in poolside room, staff were great. Room and room service fantastic. Concierge was great also, for car bookings and restaurants.
