Overall a pleasant stay withy breathtaking sea-view - bedrooms could be more wow though!

Gym was of a good size with decent selection of machines

Cons:

Room quality was not upto the level expected for the price I paid. It seemed like it needed some refurb (wood floor had large scratch marks). Also the ceiling height and room in shower was not as spacious as I was expecting

I will think about staying somewhere else like 4 seasons
Pros:

Service was good and location

Cons:

Lifts were horrible the electronic cards would never work for anybody as I was staying there for 14 days and everyone was struggling, the lifts have to be fixed to bring them to international standards

Had a wonderful stay at Trident Nariman Point. The location is absolutely perfect with stunning sea views and easy access to South Mumbai. The rooms were spacious, clean, and very comfortable. The hospitality and professionalism of the staff were exceptional, everyone was warm, courteous, and always ready to help.

A very special mention to Chef Stephen, who went out of his way to personally look after our food preferences and ensure we were comfortable throughout our stay. His thoughtful gesture of sending a lovely dessert platter for both my sons truly made our experience extra special, they absolutely loved it. Such personal attention and care made us feel genuinely valued and welcomed.

The breakfast spread was excellent and the overall ambience of the hotel was elegant and relaxing. Truly a luxurious experience.

Cons:

Honestly, very little to complain about. At times the lobby and breakfast area felt slightly crowded during peak hours, but the staff managed everything efficiently. The only minor issue was that the bed sheets had a slightly strong detergent smell.
