The breakfast was not good, and unfortunately, the room service was also unsatisfactory. I requested water several times, but I did not receive any response or assistance. I hope the hotel can improve these services in the future.
Fantastic location just across the street from Lake Geneva. Very friendly and helpful staff. Lovely pool facility.
My first room was large and well appointed, but I could hear talking from the neighboring room through the adjoining door. On request I was moved to another, smaller, but quieter room.

Geneva in general is very expensive for comfortable lakeside hotels. So I shouldn't have been surprised by the price... and I chose to book, of course.
Also, when requesting to recharge our hybrid we were met with practical disbelief which I found odd for a 5 star hotel. It was done in the end but we seemed to be the first people who ever asked for this?
Magnificent lake views and an excellent location, but service felt distant and impersonal (wxcept Soumyo who was warm) ..y hospitality
Early check-in proved elusive, late was hustled , the lake view was partially obscured, and basic amenities were missing. Prestigious address, but lacking the warmth of true luxury
