Front desk not nice,rooms were great.

Clean room,great tv and beds.

Cons:

Olivia at the front desk was not nice. She was wrong about my room not being ready( I had called and they had my room ready) however I got there she said no rooms were ready, then found it was ready when she checked. Then she tried to charge me for the room that was already paid. When I said it was paid she argued with me. Finally saw it was paid and offered no apology. She was just very cold and un welcoming
