Cons:

The staff at the front desk were not very kind or welcoming. They rolled their eyes, were very short, and I could tell they were speaking about me in french to other coworkers.

Chambre disponible rapidement.

Cons:

Il faudrait s'assurer que tout est fonctionnel avant que la chambre soit disponible. La toilette ne fonctionnait pas (chaînette cassée à l'intérieur), TV ne fonctionnait pas (était déconnectée), impossible de mettre l'heure sur le cadran.

La toilette a été répare rapidement après l'avoir demandé. Idem pour la TV.

Ce sont de petits gestes qui font la différence.
