What a great stay at Hôtel Le Concorde Québec. The staff were consistently friendly and welcoming, and every interaction was pleasant.
The location is very convenient to the old quebec and parliament house. There was even a whole street of restaurants, making eating outside very easy and unexpectedly, it was not noisy so it didn't disturb our rest.
The wifi was not good. I couldn't even connect to the wifi sometimes, and when I could connect, it was suer slow. It was super annoying, especially I brought my Macbook and planned to finish some work with Wifi. But when we sought help from the staffs, they said they couldn't do anything neither. And there was one staff came try to help me one night, but he could not speak in English properly. So until the last night I stayed (total 3 night), the wifi issue still not solved (have to spend extra on my data) and it's unacceptable for the money I paid.

Rooms have dated decor. Hotel lobby is dark. The chairs in the lobby are disgustingly filthy. Its obvious management has not invested in the upkeep of this property. The Ciel restaurant is the only attraction here. Service at the Cauchon Dingue restaurant was slow and uninterested.
Es un hotel muy lindo, muy cómodo, y en una zona estratégica para poder visitar toda la zona turística de Quebec. Tiene piscina, un restaurant con muy buena oferta, muchos lugares para comer cerca, las habitaciones son cómodas y grandes, con todo lo necesario, y si tenés suerte te puede tocar una vista espectacular al Centro histórico y el Parlamento.
No dejen de visitar la Avenida Cartier para cenar, y como bonus plus, el bellísimo Jardín de Juana de Arco que está cruzando la calle, en los Plains de Abraham. Quebec es una belleza, todo es hermoso.
Todo me gustó. No hablo francés, pero aún así la gente fue bastante amable.
Le ménage n’a et fait qu’une journée sur deux .
La fois que c’a été fait ils ont seulement changer les serviettes et fait les lits à moitié. Aucun nettoyage.

Le lit d’appoint pour mon petit fils était vraiment tres vieux et inconfortable.
L’odeur de canabis dans la chambre quand nous sommes arrivés .
La proximité du centre, le confort des équipements dans l'hotel et la chambre très agréable avec une très belle vue sur le parc
La vue, on etait au 26 etage. Très belle vue.
Les entre-vitre était très sale, se qui fesait que ça cachait la belle vue.

Les prises électriques était déjà tous prise part les objet de la chambre.
Il avait des prises libres au côté de la table de chevet mais la lumière prenait trop de place.
