Beds and view from our room were great. The room itself was huge, we had a suite.

Lack of art on the walls. Dirty hallways. Waiting for elevators was tedious. Overall the whole building needs a total renovation.

Quebec City was great, but I’ve definitely chosen another hotel if we knew what we’re getting into.
Pros:

The location is good, central and close to old Quebec City

Cons:

The room is old, west and tear everywhere, the windows were horribly dirty even the view is great. The coffee facility is the worse I’ve seen in the same hotel category. The WiFi unreliable, the Tv cast unreliable. It was just a bed to sleep on, that’s it.

Conveniently located in/near Quebec's historic downtown.
Pros:

We've stayed at Le Concorde before. It was nice then, and still is. The bed was comfortable and the view of historic Quebec is exceptional.

Cons:

I like that we had a good view of the city and the seaway. I chose this hotel because we knew our stay would be comfortable. It is a convenient location if you just want to walk in the city's historic downtown.

Pros:

Close to the old port but far enough from the noise

Cons:

The rooms were dated. There were mold on the shower knobs and a hole in the washroom ceiling. There was a line up at the elevators when everyone was returning back to the hotel.

Déçus, nous nous attendions à une meilleure qualité de services de l'hôtel au vu du prix.
Pros:

La situation de l'hôtel par rapport au centre ville. La gentillesse de la femme chambre qui nous a conseillé pour prendre les escaliers lors de la panne d'ascenseurs.

Cons:

La propreté était limite, étiquettes collées sur le sol de la sdb, poussière sur le meuble tv. Lors du chek in le jeune homme n'a pas su nous expliquer pour les pdj, nous sommes donc allé au restaurant ou nous n'avons pas pu avoir plus d'infos. La chambre est viellissante, les lits trop petits pour 2 personnes.
Le prix payé ne valait pas les services de l'hôtel. Sommes déçus.
Nous avons fait un motel pendant notre séjour, nous étions mieux accueilli et la chambre était propre et confortable.
