Location and convenience to transport with shops and restaurants nearby. Comfortable and clean rooms and facilities.

Cons:

Had to run the water for a long time to get it hot from the shower and sink, was told this was due to plumbing in the building. Generally, just a bit dated.

I always stay here when I come to Toronto

Our room window was not sealed properly so the outside sirens were very loud for my partner who has ptsd

Pros:

Stayed as a hub in the city for a family trip. Close to the subway and walking distance to UofT.

We will not be staying here in future. The Chelsea is a better option!
Pros:

comfy beds, room temp was good

Cons:

No parking on site only valet at a cost of $54/day+tax. Shower pressure was poor. Lighting in bathroom was poor. Bathroom outlet was on the opposite was from the sink and mirror. The breakfast included with our package was not explained by hotel staff on arrival. Therefore we were not able to access.
