It was pretty good

I had everything I needed

Cons:

Room was oddly cold, but once I grabbed the extra covers it was decent. There was extreme cold outside, not really the fault of the hotel.

For the wifi, I found it a bit off putting that I had to sign up to a full account just to access the wifi

I paid in advance with booking .com and the hotel said we had to pay again ; they did not get the credit card payment; I want to pay only once the hotel bill !!! please fix this or will make sure management will hear directly that this is not OK !

Unlikely to stay here again or recommend.
Pros:

We liked that there was a pull out couch in the room and staff was friendly and helpful. Also liked the proximity to the metro. Room was very quiet and price was low.

Cons:

Facilities were worn and dated. The room was cramped with a small bathroom and just did not feel super comfortable. The neighborhood was very dirty and lots of homeless around. Not ideal for tourists.
