It was pretty good
Pros:

I had everything I needed

Cons:

Room was oddly cold, but once I grabbed the extra covers it was decent. There was extreme cold outside, not really the fault of the hotel.

For the wifi, I found it a bit off putting that I had to sign up to a full account just to access the wifi

I paid in advance with booking .com and the hotel said we had to pay again ; they did not get the credit card payment; I want to pay only once the hotel bill !!! please fix this or will make sure management will hear directly that this is not OK !

Unlikely to stay here again or recommend.
Pros:

We liked that there was a pull out couch in the room and staff was friendly and helpful. Also liked the proximity to the metro. Room was very quiet and price was low.

Cons:

Facilities were worn and dated. The room was cramped with a small bathroom and just did not feel super comfortable. The neighborhood was very dirty and lots of homeless around. Not ideal for tourists.

Breakfast was really good and balanced. Appreciated the prompt responses from the reception desk to my two queries.

the stay was comfortable and staff were great.
Pros:

Room on the 7th floor. Excellent room, spacious, comfortable bed. Housekeeping was excellent. Staff at the front desk were helpful and polite, attentive. Breakfast in the BISTRO was very good as well. Wait staff was friendly and attentive as well. Great pressure and hot water in the shower.

Cons:

The only negative thing I would say is the toilet was/is very low to the floor. Not sure how a 6 foot plus person would be able to sit on the toilet.

Pros:

The shower temperature was erratic. The hot water was very hot or pretty cold. Trying to get warm water was elusive. I believe there was a problem with the water temperature handle. Frankly, I did not get a chance to mention this to the front desk, and I do believe it might have been addressed if I did.

Fast elevator, tasty breakfast options. Convenient location. Safe and secure entrance of lobby.
Bar and restaurant staff were patient and helped facilitate meals. Very good room service.

Cons:

Sometimes politeness of staff felt practiced and fake. Room was a tad worn down and bathroom shower temperature got stuck at boiling at one point
