For the price of the rooms they were no better than the vic hotel in Melbourne turned up after 2 pm rooms weren't ready we had 4 hair and makeups to be done couldn't access the side of the hotel if you were in another area of the hotel was absolute joke
Nice view of river
Mattress quality was poor.
We had enjoyed our first 3 nights in the hotel due to room feeling luxe and we liked the access to bars and restaurants
We rebooked as we had stayed at the start of our vacation. Second visit we were not in the “Tower” and had quite a walk to the facilities and the room was significantly smaller.
