Pros:

The staff went above and beyond with their friendly and professional service. The moment I arrived to the moment I left any interactions with staff were wonderful. A real sense of belonging.

Excellent Stay
Pros:

We got a free upgrade from the motor inn to the tower which was amazing! A highlight was definitely the pool, spa and sauna. The view of the river was great and the bed was spacious and comfortable. Would definitely stay here again!

Would give it another go. Pro’s outweighed Con’s
Pros:

Lovely comfoable decorated rooms and a short stroll from the main building. The staff were friendly and helpful. The pool and spa area was a nice added bonus. Dinner at the point revolving restaurant was a highlight of our stay as well.

Cons:

Unfortunately when we arrived at our room, the room was already unlocked and repair men were in there working on repairing a shower screen. This made for a difficult and uncomfortable situation for tired travellers that wanted to rest and use the bathroom in private upon arrival. I feel they could have maybe moved us to another room to avoid this or pre warned us. I mentioned it to staff but nothing came of it. We also kept finding other patrons dirty room service dishes and tray scattered along the hallway floor, just to find it still being there many hours later.

Comfiest bed and pillows!
Pros:

The bed was the absolute best part about my stay. Comfiest one I have ever slept in.

Staff were very lovely and helpful.

Noisy doors when someone closed their door down the hall it was extremely loud and vibrated our door Witch was also very loud and made you jump
