Disappointing
Pros:

The scenery from our room was lovely.

Cons:

Where do I start? When I booked I thought we would be in staying in the main tower. I booked for a water view. Unfortunately, we were assigned a room a couple of hundred meters away in what I would call a demountable. It was very disappointing. The room was very clean, so no complaints there.
The lift down to our quarters was extremely slow and small.
When I enquired, I was told the rooms in the main tower are the deluxe rooms. I feel this should have been clearly outlined when booking. I booked through Booking.com.

A friend had recommended the hotel and I enjoyed my five day stay.
Pros:

The room was nice and big and I had a great view. Breakfast was excellent as there was a lot of variety to choose

Poker should of been down near the green bar room again - was silly for the gambling addicts to be so far away. Revenue was surely lost coming from a Venue managers PoV very silly choice to have the Derwent room and not the other room.
