Restful break at Wrest Point
Pros:

Stunning vista from my room (see attached pic)!
Check in was polite, friendly and helpful, particularly when I wanted to leave my luggage after checking out.
Handy bus stop at the door (if returning to the hotel).

Cons:

I disliked the open shower, if closing the bathroom door when showering the mirror fogs up (no exhaust fan to turn on) and only a rain shower head option.

Sometimes I could hear people in the hallway and other guests in their room if they were making noise.
Fortunately I was down the end of a corridor so probably missed a lot of foot traffic.

If you consider friendliness, clean rooms, great facilities, feeling special and VALUE, go here!!!!!
Pros:

Magnificent view of the water and hills of beautiful homes which at night looked magical.
The location of the casino is so close to the city that it makes it the prime place to stay as well.
Comfort and cleanliness were also top of the list with amazing choices of pillows for the stay and everything is so well maintained and kept clean!
The staff could not do enough for us and made us feel so special and above all, the VALUE was incredible.
We are now going every year and will be staying at Casino every time

The incident clouded my view of an otherwise good weekend.

Cons:

I booked 3 rooms for the family to celebrate a family birthday we had a good time in the point restaurant. The day after checking out my son realised he had left a shirt and a pair of trousers in the wardrobe. I called into reception to be told they had not been found and there was nothing they could do about it. To say they were not interested would kind. Not impressed by their attitude at all.
