Great place to stay for a pre-cruise holiday
Pros:

The location for the purpose of our trip was great. Bonus was the view from our room and a heated pool.

The location is great, and the room service was very good. A special mention to Estela, who kept my room spotless throughout my stay and was always very kind and friendly. Her excellent service was definitely a highlight!

Cons:

The Wi-Fi was extremely poor. I had to purchase additional mobile data because I couldn’t rely on the hotel’s connection for video calls.

During my stay, renovation work was taking place, which the hotel had informed guests about at the entrance. However, the conditions were far from ideal. Guests had to share the lifts with rubbish bins and renovation debris, which was particularly unpleasant when leaving for an important meeting.

The lifts were also extremely slow, especially in the morning. On one occasion, I waited around 10 minutes for a lift to become available, only to find renovation debris and rubbish inside.

Overall, the poor Wi-Fi, long waiting times for the lifts, and lack of cleanliness during the renovations significantly affected my stay.

Amazing and cozy
Pros:

The property is close to all restaurants. It was clean and the staff were amazing. Quick checkin and out. The overall experience was amazing. I will definitely stay again if I get the chance.

Pros:

Very clean and well-equipped unit; with an outstanding location. Easy access to multiple parts of town, and lots of transit options.

Cons:

The only cooling unit was in the bedroom, which meant that at night, the only option for cooling off the living area was to leave the sliding door open. Not optimal. Also, the sleeper couch and several interior doors squeaked quite a bit.
