Pros:

Location was excellent with beautiful view of English bay and close to good restaurants.
Suite was clean and has nice kitchenette plus washer & dryer. Bathroom was renovated and nice.

Cons:

The bed mattress sank in the middle, not comfortable at all and gave us backache after sleeping on it.

Great facilities & a great location, would definitely stay here again.
Pros:

Great location, plenty of restaurant & cafe options very close by along Davie St. Stayed for 5 days, so having a kitchenette & separate bedroom to lounge area was great.

Cons:

Street noise from the club across the road late at night on some nights, so bring earplugs & it will be fine.

No happy at all

The crazy drug use in the rooms that the smelled carried over to mine waking me up at 6 am , doors was dirty with spilled pop ( we cleaned) pillow cases was dirty with large coffee stains stand had pop stains on the front , balcony door was if 10 digs licked the glass and was never cleaned.,the cook ware was dirty , over all the drug smell on the floor was awful , next door people was feeding the birds so they were pooping on our balcony we brought it to the reception attention but nothing was ever resolved

Great experience
Pros:

No breakfast but abundance of take away shops and fresh markets to buy whatever you wish. Hotel within walking distance of all venues in downtown core..Stanley Park, waterfront walkways, Yaletown, Granville Island, English Bay etc.

Cons:

No complaints; staff friendly and helpful. Facilities pretty much as advertise.

Great place on Davie !!
Pros:

Great place on Davie, close to every touristic attractions, and shops and restaurants 24 hours open. It has a separate living room and kitchen !!

Após problemas iniciais, o resto foi perfeito!
Pros:

Com a reforma recém realizada, tudo é bastante novo nos quartos. Cozinha completa, com fogão, forno, geladeira, torradeira, cafeteira, microondas. Chuveiro ótimo e cama muito confortável.

Cons:

Na primeira noite não conseguimos tomar banho, pois não tinha água quente no chuveiro e não conseguiram arrumar. Mas por causa disso, transferiram a gente pro 22° andar, em uma unidade com uma vista espetacular da cidade e do pôr do sol. Sofá cama poderia ser mais confortável, mas não deixaria de ir lá de novo por causa disso.

Our stay was enjoyable and we would stay at the hotel again

room was good very clean and very well equiped and well maintained. The location of the hotel was very central to everything that we needed
