Highly recommended!
Pros:

Excellent rooms and facilities. Staff was helpful, professional and responsive. Location was well located, always Cabs outside, lots of restaurants. A little colorful and late night activity but safe and convenient. Highly recommended.

Great location, close to facilities
Pros:

Great location, lots of food options and a great supermarket and coffee outlet called Blenz Coffee nearby

Cons:

Room was right next to the lifts and was noisy, opted for ear plugs as I am a light sleeper.

Good place to stay in Vancouver!
Pros:

Sandman on Davie is located well as it is easy walk to the beach, harbour and even the steam clock from it. The from desk staff were helpful and gave us good information of where to find locations we needed eg shops, which were within 5 minutes. The view of the water from our balcony was much appreciated and valued.

Cons:

There was nothing memorable that we did not appreciate or like.

overrall I was very pleased with the Sandman Suites on Davie and would stay there again
Pros:

the accomodation was very self contained and included very useful appliances to enhance my stay especialy after several days of travel prior so having a Washing machine/dryer as well as a proper stove and oven made self catereing so easy.
Although the location is in the heart of Vancouver's Gay Village, you would not know it as it was very quiet and traffic noise was minimul. the View from the 21st floor of the ocean was ever changing too.

Cons:

The kitchen area whilst it had the basic utensils, crockery etc the only "Sharp" knife for cutting was so blunt it was dangerous. some operation instructons for the washing machine / dryer would have helped as well.

Very good luck to choose here.
Pros:

The best thing about this hotel is that there are so many good and excellent restaurants around. We dined in Nepalese, Indian, Japanese and Mexican restaurants. We have no chance to taste in the Thai, Quebec, Greek, etc. restaurents yet. There also a convenient store and a grocery nearby. Transport to Stanley Park, Canada Place by bus was east. We also walk and took a seabus to Public market in Granville island. This is a hotel of choice, if we go to Vancouver again.

Cons:

The bedroom was rather dark. The lighting is not enough for us.

Lovely room with unparalleled views in an envious location.
Pros:

Amazing penthouse with views. Newly refurbished. Perfect location.

Cons:

While the room was brand new, quality control was poor as some of the fixtures didn’t work/were poorly fitted or finished.
