Pros:

Recently renovated i think, modern suite. Huge, separate living and bathroom.. Excellent facilities, even comes with washer dryer. Plenty of food surrounding and short walk to Granville Island ferry or cbd. Shower is best feature.

Cons:

Lifts might be abit slow.

not coming back- its not a sandman frenchise, i have stayed in multiple for this was nothing close.

smell is intolerable, way too much money for what you get, parking also very expensive. Photos are a lie, nothing is even close to what they show on here. i wish we could get a refund for it.

Great location, modern fixtures, comfy bed and very clean.
Pros:

A good location near restaurants and grocery stores and a short walk to English Bay.
The suite was clean with a modern kitchen with dishwasher (dishwasher tablets included) and modern bathroom with a great shower!!
We had a King bed in the bedroom and fold out couch in the living area for our kids. There was a balcony off the living area and underground parking is $25 per night. There is a washer/dryer.
Staff were friendly. Good gym facilities.

Cons:

There is aircon but only in the living area and we found the bedroom got too hot. We left the aircon on but it didn’t really reach the bedroom.
When the couch was folded out to a bed there was very little space left in the living area.
There is a washer/dryer but no detergent - a pack of detergent would be helpful.

Great position but hotel could be improved.
Pros:

We chose this hotel because it had a kitchenette and we were staying for 4 nights. It also had a launderette literally just down the road, a 4 minute walk. It was in walkable distance to Robson St, 20 minutes and walkable distance to where we were hiring our car, 10 minutes. It was a 20 minute walk to English Beach too. It was in a very central position. We found it very safe during the day although we did notice many homeless people around the area. Supermarket's and food shops were outside the hotel door. It was one of the many hotels that tours picked up from. The lifts were very reliable and there were 3 of them. the price was also very reasonable for Vancouver. It was great to have a balcony and be able to open the door to let fresh air into the apartment as we were on the 11th floor and it became very stuffy and hot. there were 2 TVS, 1 in the bedroom and 1 in the lounge, there was nothing to watch on them thought.

Cons:

The reception staff were not very accommodating, it was hit and miss as to whether they were prepared to take an interest in your question. You checked in and that was your service.
The bed and bedding needed to be upgraded especially the pillows and the bath towels.
The bedroom had a small window and let no light into the room and the actual lighting in this room was extremely poor.
the hotel is doing some upgrades on higher floors and at times it was noisy.
