Convenient location for attending family events.
Pros:

Convenient location in the West End, easy access to Kerrisdale and West Van, spotlessly clean and well serviced,

Cons:

Bed was too soft and provided no back support , furnishings updated but basic quality, lighting unpleasantly bright blue.

Pros:

La ubicación es excelente, muy cerca de todo y buen servicio público. La cocina muy funcional, un poco estrecha la habitación si se abre el sofá.

Cons:

La iluminación en la habitación es mala, solo lámpara pequeña. Los ascensores muy lentos ya a veces los olores de las habitaciones eran muy fuertes. No tienen buen espacio de closet.

Fully equipped accommodation made a comfortable stay.
Pros:

Large and clean self contained apartment that was comfortable and clean. The location was good with most attractions walkable or close to a bus stop. Lots of great restaurants nearby. Kitchen was fully equipped to make most meals.

Cons:

Nitpicky details:
- Had to pay $2 and collect laundry powder to use the washing machine
- Shower pressure was quite weak
- Strange chlorine smell in the lobby (not elsewhere)

Central, safe and clean
Pros:

The suite was newly renovated and was very clean. The bathroom was very nice and the kitchen was very well stocked in terms of dishes, pots and pans and appliances. The bed was very comfy as was, to our surprise, the fold out couch in.the living room. I appreciated that the sheets were clean and crisp and had no floral or chemical fragrance. The hotel is located on.a nice part of Davie Street. Lots of nice restaurants as well as a President's Choice Indipendent Grocery store just down the street a wonderful Kims vegetable and fruit market right next door and a 24 hour Shoppers Drug Mart. On Saturdays in the spring and summer there is a street market just a few blocks over. Oh and I really appreciated the security of needing our room cards to use the elevator-so much better when the lobby opens onto the street. Parking worked out very well and it was relatively easy to get to Bard on the Beach (which we could see from one of the suites windows- a very nice view all around) which was our reason for being in town. All the staff people we met were pleasant and helpful.

Cons:

No real problems. Davie Street is busy and somewhat noisy when the door to the balcony was open. It is a busy neighbourhood. The bedroom was, however, quiet with the door shut.
