Kitchen pans are very old
The stunning view of the water/beach/sunset was unforgettable. We loved the location. Short walk to nearby beaches (and can catch ferry over to Granville Island). Or a little further walk into downtown. Beautiful city. Great hotel and fantastic value.
That we were able to find accommodation with 3 beds which wasn’t easy when doing my search.
That the 3rd bed was a pull out couch and was by far the worst pull out I’ve ever slept on and really shouldn’t be advised as a bed because it was so thin and bombed out you sank into the center and could feel every single spring in the mattress. Worst sleep I’ve ever had on a pull out couch.

The location was perfect. We were able to get food take long walks and see so much of the city. The views from the 21st floor were amazing. We watched so many ships come and go and the sunsets were amazing.
The biggest issue was the price do the over charging for the World Cup. We were not attending the events for the world cup but ended up paying way more then we should have paid. Early in the booking we almost cancelled the intro trip due to the cost but then hotel rates dropped but were still over priced.

Check in was polite and friendly. Room is clean and well equipped incl. washing machine (no detergent though which can be purchased at 2.00/load but you can get some from the supermarket very close by). Fully equipped kitchen, complementary tea and coffee begs, backup blankets and pillows are very helpful. Lots and lots of shops, restaurants and supermarkets in walking distance.
Room preparation was a bit slow and one room was ready early at 17.00 (standard check-in is 16.00).
