Would stay again
Pros:

Modern rooms, a good view, a great location, and plenty of food options nearby.

I loved that there was always an elevator ready to go on the ground level. This is incredibly convenient, why don't all hotels do that?!

Cons:

The city-side room may be somewhat noisy due to the bars on the street.

Great Location with Balcony Views
Pros:

The location is great. You can walk to beach. There are lots of restaurants and bars in area. The rooms were clean, modern and have a balcony view.

Cons:

The elevators can be slow and there aren’t a lot of hotel amenities. But this is a good choice with full kitchens.

If we had known what the hotel was surrounded by, we would never have booked it.
Pros:

Nothing.

Cons:

It was not worth the $1,185.33 we paid for two nights. The sofa bed was horrible, not even the water was free. We asked the front desk for water, they said they only had tap water. There were only two 1 oz 30 ml bottles of shampoo, lotion, and conditioner for 3 people. The balcony was dirty. The outside environment was horrible.

Comfortable stay in the Vancouver Downtown area
Pros:

The location is very centralized and there are a lot of food options in the vicinity. For breakfast as an example, there is Cobs Bread selling freshly baked breads, muffins, cinnamon rolls etc daily. There is also a 24 hour Shoppers where you can get your groceries. Plenty of cafes and restaurants too.

Cons:

The aircon for the room is centralized from the living room so making it a little stuffy or bedroom being a little warmer than the living room if we were to close the bedroom door at night when sleeping .

Loved the accommodations and view!
Pros:

We had a wonderful stay here. The Suite was perfect for us and had everything we needed. It was nice that we didn't have to eat out all of the time. The view of the Harbor was exquisite. The staff was helpful and accommodating. I would definitely stay here again.

Cons:

A very minor issue was that the table in the kitchen rocked as one leg was short.
