Amazing service, ok accommodation
Pros:

The room is in need of some serious TLC, it’s clean, but lots of wear: tear in the carpet, wallpaper lifting/gouged. In need of an overall update. Lots of vending/ice machines out of order etc.

The gym is great and really complete for a hotel. The pool is large and clean with a good deep end. The restaurant (prova) is good, but inconsistent.

The employees in every part/department of the hotel are incredible, especially the valets. They alone made the experience great.

There were some hockey tournaments during our stay with loud kids but staff seemed to keep them in check mostly.

Nous avons réservé deux chambres pour 2 nuits, et nous avons l’eau froide le matin. Après réclamation, sans un mot d’excuse nous avons récupéré l’eau pour se doucher quelques heures plus tard, sans absolument aucune notification, excuse, compensation. Très regrettable pour se genre d’hôtel et le prix payé.

Very nice location for center of the city business and tourist attractions.
Pros:

Excellent location. Staff were very courteous and attentive Hilda even went further helped us to get into the building parking assisted us with our luggage to get to the room. Room was very quiet and comfortable.

Cons:

We would love to have a nice dinner and breakfast restaurant in the hotel.

Pros:

Location is central and staff is very helpful. rooms are clean and towels supply was very good. dinner was good as well. everything was quite comfortable. really enjoyed our stay at the hotel.

Very nice stay and close to a lot of different attractions
Pros:

Rooms were clean and comfortable. Restaurant was a little bit pricey but very delicious

Cons:

Property was very tight fitting. No place to park a truck. Tried underground but was too low.
