Muy agradable y cómoda
Pros:

El desayuno completo y muy bueno. La ubicación a tres paradas del centro en tranvía e igual de la estación y la zona muy tranquila, el personal todo muy amable y súper atentos

Excellent!
Pros:

Excellent location. The hotel doesn't look much from the outside, but it has been fully refurbished inside and everything is immaculate. The staff were very helpful and everything was great.

Cons:

Could have more staff available at reception, or roaming to make sure guests with quick questions can be attended to and reduce the queues, during busy check-in/check-out times.

Pros:

Breakfast was something special. Staff were capable and helpful. The buffet was excellent and the service was second to none! I've had breakfast at many top rated hotels and the organization and set up of this breakfast was superb.

A great place to stay in Basel!
Pros:

Perfect location across the street from the tram. The staff was very professional, friendly and welcoming! They were extremely helpful with directions and using the tram (thank you for the tram passes!) The room was clean and had everything we needed. Enjoyed a glass of wine in the lobby after a long day sightseeing. Would highly recommend!

Cons:

The bed could have been more comfortable (too hard), but this could be a personal preference
