Staff are rude/un trained. Beds are mediocre. No facilities. Very basic. Other hotels better value for money as a frequent traveler to Basel

Lage und Ausstattung der Zimmer war top. Personal ist sehr freundlich.

Cons:

Frühstück ist enttäuschend und viel zu teuer. Sehr wenig Auswahl bei Brötchen (nur eine Brötchensorte, die nicht gut war); Marmeladen (nur zwei Sorten), keine Gurken/Tomaten/Paprika.

Wir kommen jedes Jahr und wir haben uns immer sehr wohl gefühlt.
Pros:

Ausgezeichnete Lage direkt neben dem Messeplatz und wenige Schritte vom Zentrum und vom Rhein entfernt. Das Frühstücks-Buffet war ausgezeichnet und wir konnten außerdem von der Lounge profitieren, was sehr angenehm war. Der Fitness-Raum ist sehr gut ausgerüstet und verfügt über eine angenehme Atmosphäre. Die Matratzen sind sehr bequem und das Zimmer, sowie das Bad, sind ausserordentlich gepflegt und sauber.
