Emplacement adéquat pour le carnaval.
Pros:

Chambre propre et spacieuse. Possibilité de faire faire la chambre que tous les 3 jours et de ne pas changer les linges. Literie confortable. Sèche-cheveux et coffre fort. Machine à café dans la chambre

Cons:

Les portes de chambre claquent un peu fort si on ne les retient pas.

Schönes Hotel aber komische Kosten die nicht zurück kommen

Ich musste 100 Franken extra zahlen für irgendwelche Sicherheit keine Ahnung dann wurde mir gesagt ich bekomme sie zurück auf mein Konto aber heute sind es schon 4 Wochen seit meinem Aufenthalt und immer noch nichts zurück überwiesen komisch?

Pros:

Modern room, quiet.

Cons:

Room was very cold, I ended up wearing my winter jacket most of the time. Service is minimal and really disappointing for a hotel in that price range.

genügend Platz im Zimmer, vielleicht etwas zu Lasten des Nassbereichs

Cons:

Im Zimmer sind ein Clubtisch und dazu ein Sessel. Warum nur 1 Sessel? Es ist ein Doppelzimmer höheren Standards. Zudem war dieser eine Sessel wohl für einen 2Meter-Menschen konzipiert. Völlig unbequem. Also müssten 2 neue, bequeme Sessel her.
Check-in dauerte 20 Minuten, obwohl keine anderen Kunden da waren. Vermutlich war die Dame an der Rezeption eine Auszubildende, was uns wiederum milde gestimmt hat :-)

Wir würden wieder in dieses Hotel gehen, allerdings mit dem Wunsch nach einem ruhigeren Zimmer.
Pros:

Ein sehr reichhaltiges Frühstück. Die Lage war optimal für unseren Besuch am Morgestraich.

Cons:

Leider hatten wir das Zimmer direkt auf den Messeplatz, daher eher etwas laut..

Wifi needs sign up - it should be included without signup for anything.
Shower is difficult to use and not spill water- water is extremely hot and not easy to adjust - scalding is possible

Never ever stay in this hotel
Pros:

I have horrible experience in this hotel. My company booked 2 nights stay. They payed for this stay. Unfortunately I found out that they charged my personal card for 2 nights stay as well. I only payed my meal with personal card the details of card were never given to hotel.
It is already 1 month they are in a process of returning money and now finally MICHAEL RODRIGUE duty manager after all the process of returning it told me my card was never charged. I have all the proof and statement from my bank that it was charged. I really do recommend avoid this hotel at all costs!!!!! They might steal your money as well....I am still in Shock about all this experience. It is not acceptable from such a hotel chain as Marriott.
