Pros:

Das Frühstück war wunderbar reichhaltig und vielseitig !!!
Geschmackvolle Einrichtung des Hotelzimmers , sehr sauber und komfortabel.

Sehr sehr nettes Personal beim Frühstück und bei der Rezeption, insbesondere Herr Robin, der so gelassen mit Humor und Wertschätzung uns eincheckte .

Super angenehmer Aufenthalt
Pros:

Der Empfang war äusserst freundlich. Auf professioneller Ebene sehr authentisch und aufmerksam. Wir haben uns sofort sehr willkommen gefühlt. Obwohl wir eher nicht dem Standardklientel entsprechen haben wir uns direkt angenommen und wohl gefühlt. Danke an das Team der Rezeption! Die Lage direkt am Messeplatz ist für einen Messebesuch natürlich auch einmalig. Das Zimmer hat der Beschreibung entsprochen, war sehr sauber und geschmackvoll eingerichtet.

Cons:

Lediglich der etwas hohe Preis, ansonsten nichts.

Soggiorno soddisfacente.
Pros:

Posizione centrale, prima colazione varia.

Cons:

Frigo bar presente in camera ma vuoto. Addebito di 100€ a notte all'accettazione come garanzia, anziché richiesta del numero della carta carta di credito come fanno negli altri hotel.

Perfect
Pros:

Convenient location. Receptions so helpful - gave us an adapted when we didn’t have the right ones for the room and was kind enough to let us borrow umbrellas on a very rainy day. It’s directly opposite multiple tram stops which made getting around Basel very quick and easy. Rooms were spacious, clean, comfortable and had everything we needed. The bar was a nice place to relax with a drink. One of the smoke alarms in the rooms were triggered causing an evacuation to the lobby, the staff very kindly gave everyone free drinks which was a nice touch. Would stay again.

Cons:

The view from our room was poor but we didn’t mind and wasn’t expecting anything special.

Ausserordentlich freundlicher Empfang, schöne moderne Einrichtung, Nespresso Maschine im Zimmer

Cons:

Keine Parkplätze, aber das Messeparkhaus ist sehr nah nur SEHR teuer, Fr 50 pro 24 Stunden

Defekte Kaffeemaschine im Zimmer wurde sofort ausgwechselt.
Sehr freundliches Personal.
