Very clean. Nice beds, gorgeous bathroom
Cons:

We arrived Sunday morning and the hotel food service was closed the whole day. Turned out well though, we walked to a steak house about 0.6 miles away. Besides the steak house, the only other food option was a pizza place close by that didn't open until 5pm. Sliding glass door in our bathroom by toilet (301) didn't slide. It was very heavy to try and pick up to move.

Pros:

Opóźniony samolot i szybki wybór hotelu na nocleg, warunki bardzo komfortowe ze śniadaniem w cenie, obsługa przemiła, rezerwacja w środku nocy, szybka i sprawna obsługa. Jesteśmy bardzo zadowolone, dobry wybór.

Pratique pour être proche de l'aéroport !
Pros:

La chambre était vraiment très belle ! Gros coup de cœur pour le bois utilisé pour aménager la pièce. Le lit était très confortable aussi :)

Cons:

Nous ne sommes restés que pour dormir. Nous sommes arrivés à 18h et sommes partis à 6h30, donc nous n'avons pas pu profiter plus de cela de tout ce que l'hôtel offrait.

Pros:

Freundliches Personal an der Reception, ruhiges, modernes, geräumiges und gut eingerichtetes Zimmer mit bequemen Betten, Kaffeemaschine (Nespresso) im Zimmer. Unmittelbare Nähe zum Bahnhof Kloten (keine 5 Minuten zu Fuss). Hotel bietet gut eingerichtete Meeting- / Konferenzräume an. Mittagessen im Restaurant war tiptop.

Die Zimmer waren ausreichend gross. Die Betten waren komfortabel. Die Kinder (9 und 12) hatten eigene Betten, keine schlechten, unbequeme oder zu kleine Sofabetten. Das Frühstück war sehr gut und das Personal freundlich.

Very expensive for what we experienced.
Pros:

The convenience to the airport was nice and the front desk reception ladies were kind.

Cons:

We were not aware that the breakfast was extra- it ended up being 30 Swiss franks per person- which was waaayy too expensive for what was offered. The staff made it sound like breakfast was included. One of the beds in our room was really hard and uncomfortable. Neither of the fans worked and the AC didn't work well. The shower didn't drain and the bathroom door was no longer there. The wait staff at the hotel restaurant was really unfriendly and cold to us. This place felt extremely expensive for what we got.
