I would look for a different hotel next time
Pros:

The room was nice.

Cons:

We were told that we should be there between 3 to 5 to check in. And there was a list of things we couldn't do, like dirty dishes we would be charged $30.00 and other things.
The thing that got me was that our bed was not made up and we did not new towels although I did put our used ones in the bath tub and we stayed for 2 nights. We had a friend with a room there and she said the same experience. I have travelled a lot and even the smallest and rustic hotels gave us towels & made our beds. I actually request in the hotels we go to not change our sheets everyday but they do make the beds and supply fresh towels.

If we ever return to Qualicum Beach, we will definitely stay at Casa Grande again!
Pros:

Striking building, luxurious room, stunning view! The hostess was welcoming and efficient. Room, hallway, and elevator clean all spotlessly clean. Proximity to beach walk unparalleled.

Pros:

Well located across the water,, well sized rooms with fridge/freezer, microwave, coffee machine and dedicated sitting are. Great to have the first coffee on the balcony with water views 😍 The staff was super nice and helpful, free onsite parking is a big plus.

Cons:

No smart TV (if that's important to you,)

The location is great

Cons:

We got the only room with no view...it says garden view but really no view and it was super small. We knew this so not complaining but i suspect any other room we would have enjoyed stay more. We alsi didnt like the strong smell of cigs in the room

Would love to visit again!
Pros:

The location was spectacular and Simmi was very kind and helpful.
The balcony is small, but just enough room for us both to have our takeout and a drink and people watch. The beach view was incredible!

Cons:

Beds were a bit soft for our liking. Mostly a personal preference though.

Pros:

We stayed in the garden room. When we arrived there were 2 deer in the garden. We don't smoke but sat in the gazebo in the morning with our coffee. Beautiful garden.

Cons:

Das Zimmer hat schlecht gerochen. Direkt über dem ein großes Dachfenster ohne Jalousie.
