Cold outside but WARM inside
Pros:

Although it was freezing outside it was warm inside! The excellent service provided by Curtis at the check in/check out desk was kind, professional and efficient. Also, the lobby bar was a relaxing stop before heading to the Car Show at the PA Convention Center. This was our 5th year and still get welcomed by Dana like she knew us for years… a true welcome and the Espresso Martinis only enhance the excellent experience. We had a couple cold water issues but that worked out. All in all we had a good time and walked away with making some new friends! Thanks again Curtis and Dana! Keep welcoming guests and making them feel like family!!!

Very nice, as usual, but disappointed that it was too cold to sit in bar area.

Plenty of great, but enough bad to call it an average experience
Pros:

Super convinient location. Good view from the room. Clean living space. Nice gym. Small sandwich place inside.

Cons:

Front desk was severely understaffed. Front desk couldnt find reservation and almost double charged me. Bathroom wasnt cleaned and we had to switch rooms.
