Location is very central to downtown and right next door to Reading Market.
We had to wait over a half hour in line at check in as there was only one person at the desk. Then the directions to our room, which was located in another building, were very complicated and it was very loud in the lobby and hard to hear and took us three tries to find our room.
Rooms were clean and comfortable and the location was good.
The reception staff were not very friendly!

Good location. A lot of things to do and eat in the area within walking distance.
Having to pay for parking on top of an already inflated room rate was frustrating. The hotel was far too expensive for what was provided, and it felt like prices were significantly raised because of the events happening that weekend. My rooms were not ready at check-in, and there were long lines due to insufficient staffing for the level of demand. Overall, the property did not feel very safe. I was also disappointed that, despite placing a “Do Not Disturb” sign on my door, someone entered the room to perform evening turndown service. My privacy should have been respected.
The property is in a great location for exploring the city, using the subway, and finding local rates.
