All in all, a good stay.
Pros:

Comfortable bed. Lovely bathroom. Wonderful receptionist/check-in clerk.

Cons:

I booked here because of the parking - however, the valet parking was full. Something I had not considered in my careful planning. Traveling alone - parking onsite is important to me.

met my basic needs for a short stay in an unfamiliar area.
Pros:

Great location, nice gym, nice having a room fridge.

Cons:

The shower spray holder did not hold the sprayer well.
The location of the clothes hanger was right above the room safe and did not give adequate space above it for the clothes to hang without partly lying on top of the safe. If that was adjustable to move the hanger up would have solved the problem.
I was also surprised there was no bar soap in the bathroom to wash hands. I usually bring my own anyway.

Outstanding staff, top notch linens and bedding, excellent location!
Pros:

Beautiful, spotless, exceptional towels, linens, pillows, mattress, and bathroom.
Great hot water, soaps.

Cons:

No microwave or room service. Coffee pot outdated.

Cons:

No warm or hot water in shower. I was told that this is normal in this building and that I needed to wait for ten minutes after turning the shower on.
Also, very noisy bar in the reception area, vibe like a casino.

We had a very enjoyable stay.
Pros:

We were attending an event at the convention center and this hotel was super convenient for us. The rooms were very clean and comfortable and the staff were all wonderful.

Cons:

The price for parking at the hotel was an expensive addition. It would have been nice to have had a microwave in the room.

Pros:

The hotel building design itself was nice. The location was great.

Cons:

Check in was terrible. There was a line around the corner with only one person checking in guests. They walked away for over 5 minutes as the line got longer. Alternatively there were 2 employees checking in the bonvoy members which had a very short line, showing how much the hotel under values their guests who don't pay additional fees.
