Location, ambience, comfortable beds, quiet no street noise
Rooms are quite dark, gym is bad. Needs a little tower of easy to use dumbbells at least.
Staff and location
Parking very expensive but typical of LA.
Decor and cleanliness were well done and maintained throughout the facilities. Almost immaculate both in-room and shared areas (pool, lounge, etc.).
In a two-queen room, we were provided enough towels and wash cloths to accommodate two people; however, we had three staying in our room. Cleaning staff, who did clean the room nicely each day, had to be repeatedly asked for enough towels to accommodate three. They never got it right. Always leaving only enough for two. The fridge is overly stocked with "chargable" items, leaving no room for your own personal items.
Great location, cute rooms and lovely staff
Service and amenities are below mid. The room wasn’t clean after we came back from a whole day out, towels are all old and had holes in them, we had to ask for 3 different irons to get one thats working properly. We found a women’s top in our room that didn’t belong to any of us which the reception said “oh” to. It takes ages to get through reception or get anything delivered to the room, we asked for 4 towels they brought 2, dirty spoons have been sitting in the room for days. The TV never worked, they said “oh it happens” - zero apology or any effort to make things better. All of this add up to the experience not being great.

It was average bedrooms, too expensive
Cool vibe, but music plays no in every public space. After a while you want a break.
There was no storage space or dresser for clothes. And they failed to clean our room on day 1. For the price charged due to the World Cup, it was not worth the money.
Iznimno simpaticno, ljubazno i profesionalno osoblje. Posebno se to odnosi na super simpaticnog i ljubaznog Davida, ali i na recepcionere, osoblje u kaficu. Top hotel koji bi preporucio svakome.

Cute aesthetic hotel, comfy bed, cute pool area
Honestly was a super overpriced hotel and we were very disappointed. Put in the booking notes for a nice room in the tier we paid for and was given probably the most budget of the hotel. No complimentary water and felt like a hassle to ask staff to fill bottles. Staff offered no help or enthusiasm to help whether it was to organise transport or interest in helping us find things to do. I wanted to love this place but there is far better for the price we were charged
Beautifully, Artfully decorated. Details through through for visitors in search of a semi apartment yet boutique setting. The bed was also very comfortable!
Love the convenience of the location and that everything was included in my room microwave, cutlery, small fridge.
The gym was small and dark, but understandable given the location.
The entire place is extremely well curated, the scent, the interior, the mini fridge, and the cafe. Shout out to David who introduced me to all the details about the hotel and kindly helped my family our millions of suitcases
Lovely design, room was spacious and clean. The bed was super comfortable
We reserved a large block of rooms for my daughter’s wedding. The staff went above and beyond to make sure that all our guests were treated well. This is such a lovely hotel with a variety of comfortable spaces to hang out. Meghan at the front desk was incredibly helpful throughout our stay. We loved the location as there were many excellent dining options in close proximity. Highly recommend!
Matthew was amazing!!!! Made all of us feel very welcomed and made sure we were comfortable. 10/10!!!! Room was exceptionally done, and super comfortable. Also the location is so good!
