The indoor pool and location
Spread on bed still had stains on it
It was extremely easy to find and the staff did their absolute best to make our stay as comfortable as possible, but this was by far the worst experience of my entire life.
The first room we were place in did not have a working air conditioning unit. The room we were moved to had a smell that wouldn't go away despite the multiple times the room was cleaned by myself and multiple staff members. There was visible vomit in the room that had been missed by the hotel cleaning staff. Even after changing bedding, spraying curtains and airing the room out the smell continued to return for the remainder of our stay and we were told they were completely booked so there was nothing they could do. The fire alarm had been removed from the ceiling and there were so many stains on everything!
The pool was nice and the beds were comfortable
Checking in was easy I did it on line but the lady at the front desk was flirting with the men before us and that was annoying also our bedspread had blood on it we asked for different linen and I felt like the hotel was full of illegal immigrants

Loved the pool and hot tub. The room was close to the entrance.
The breakfast could have been better.
The shower heated up quickly and had good pressure. When I mentioned a couple things to the front desk, they were very courteous and thankful I'd let them know. Good cable TV channels.
The microwave was broken, the desk chair felt like I was going to fall backwards onto the floor, there was no other place to sit (needed a club chair or something). The remote for the TV was horribly sticky. There was a long black hair on the sheets. The pillows were tiny.
The pool was good.
The air conditioning in our room did not work. We told the manager she said that they have been waiting for that to get fixed but they didn’t have another open room to move us. That told us they knew about the problem with the ac but never contacted us and thought it was fine to rent us a miserable room like that. . I had to ask for a fan. They gave us a dirty fan I had to clean before we could use it. The bathroom light had some glitch and flashed on and off all night even though it was shut off. The night was like sleeping in an oven with a strobe light on. It was awful. We didn’t get much sleep because we were so hot. All the manager did was give us $15 off our bill. That was pitiful. We will never stay in a Wyndham hotel again.
Hot water was trash.
