Staycity Aparthotels, Near Disneyland® Paris

Brilliant rooms with all amenities. Nice touch with nespresso coffee machine. Brilliant shuttle to Disneyland. Helpful and friendly staff.

Fine enough for us becuase we only stayed for Disneyland. Bed was pretty hard and we couldnt get the heat to work. We asked for assistance and never got amy help.

Perfect spot if you are travelling to Disney Paris. This location is only a short 5 min drive, or free shuttle ride, away from Disney.

The room was a little on the compact side, but since we were spending the majority of our time at Disney this was not an issue. The kitchenette was well equipped and had everything we needed to prepare meals. The temperature was a little cooler during our stay, but the pool on site is heated and there were many people in it and seemed to be having a grand time.

The only downfall was the inconsistent water temps of the shower, it would go from boiling to freezing and back to boiling multiple times within the few minutes you were in the shower. It got so hot, I would suggest it would be unsafe for young children. Parking is also 15€ a day, which seemed a little expensive. The nice things about the parking are that it is a controlled access area, secure and well-lit.

There is a grocery store within walking distance as well as other amenities, if you forgot anything for the duration of your stay.

Staff here were really good, I used the onsite laundry services and the dryer I chose was clearly not functioning properly. I advised staff and because it was not owned/maintained by the hotel itself they were unable to offer a refund. Staff did however offer complementary drinks and snacks from the onsite canteen to compensate me for my troubles.

If I were to do another Disney Paris trip, I would look to stay here again.

Hotel precisa melhorar muito, Staff não é simpático, se você quer para apenas dormir e ir na Disney, pode ser para você. Problemas na banheira mas resolvido com sacrifício.

Really nice place to stay! The pool was so warm, my kids spent most of the day in it! Room was immaculate with everything you could need. I did think 10euros for a pint was pricey though. Really nice area for food about a 3 min walk away, we chose an indian restaurant which was really good but there was a thai place too amongst others.

Great c apartment. But be warned.. you'll have to pay extra for tax and car parking.

The Hotel is spacious and surrounded by lovely Nature. It has a good Cafe and shop and nice recreation areas.
The Pool looks incredible but it’s outdoors and closed at 8pm so we didn’t get a chance to use it sadly. It should stay open to 10pm in July I think.
The Duplex we had was nice but the two sofa beds were not comfortable at all to sleep on.
I would stay there again for the convenient location but don’t appreciate €15 charge for Parking and I would only stay in the rooms that have proper beds not sofa beds.

Ci siamo trovati benissimo. Il collegamento con la navetta gratuita per Disneyland è molto comodo. Nell'appartamento c'era tutto l'occorrente per cucinare ed era molto pulito, spazioso e con un televisore per ciascuna camera. La vista della camera era sulla bella piscina a disposizione degli ospiti e i dintorni sono immersi nel verde e con un campo da golf. A 10 minuti a piedi si raggiunge un supermercato fornitissimo e altri negozi. Il personale è stato molto accogliente e gentile; mi è caduto un calice di vetro che si è rotto, ma sono stati molto comprensivi gestendo la cosa tramite chat whatsapp senza nemmeno bisogno di andare alla reception.

Free very generous room upgrade. Good shuttle bus service. Good amenities. Friendly lobby staff. Large and functional rooms.

Our first trip to Disneyland and alstatingnstay city.
Everything was great.

It's around 10 mins away from Disney by coach.
The coach is provided by the hotel and it's not shared with any other hotel, which is great. However the coach does not run between 11 to 4 , which is annoying at times as if you have to make you way back to hotel in between this time then you will have to use public transport...we took a taxi back on 1 day and it costs us around 30 euros.

Breakfast is average.

Our room 165 had beautiful view...we really enjoyed it.

We were there to celebrate our son 3rd bday and had order cake from the hotel.
The cake was really nice and worth the money. They personalised it too which was great, my son was soo happy seeing the Mickey mouse cake. Really appreciate the hotel chef and staff for the attention to detail in relation to the cake.

Overall a great experience.

We had a very good stay. The apartment was clean and well supplied with plates and cutlery. The shuttle service to the theme park was fisrt rate.

We stayed for one night after visiting the Disney park. It’s super close to the park which is great after a long day at Disney.

The surrounding area is stunning and the hotel grounds are beautiful- there’s a pond with ducks, an outdoor pool (towels provided by hotel) and kids gaming facilities.

The room itself was pretty basic but clean. I don’t know if I could stay more than one night. The bathroom was clean but when the shower curtain is closed, you are basically bathing in darkness with is not ideal. Additionally, sound proofing was not great; when people walk down the corridor you can hear them talking as though they are in your room.

The staff were friendly and helpful. We also visited the mall which was a short drive away from the hotel.

Lots of kids around which created a lovely family vibe: overall a great location and a cosy- effective option

The resort was lovely, felt safe & family friendly with lovely natural surroundings. Spacious and comfortable rooms, with lovely kitchenette.
The only down side were the shuttle buses to Disneyland Paris were not as frequent as expected..
The television did not have any internet/phone mirroring options.
Overall a lovely and great stay

Great spot next near Disneyland.

This was a new find for us as a family. Having regularly stayed at the Radisson Blu just around the corner we opted for the Stay city as a last minute booking with the Radisson not available.

We’ll be continuing to use the Staycity going forward. It’s better value for money, the facilities are better, the rooms are more spacious. Only slight downside is due to the popularity the bus(es) are busy and stop over the lunch period. Other than that a perfect stay.
