Хорошее место, откуда удобно исследовать Кахетию
Pros:

Современный не очень большой отель с хорошо обустроенной территорией. Городские достопримечательности в пешей доступности. Прекрасные завтраки в формате «шведский стол» с крепким кофе из кофе-машины. Удобная кровать, хорошая сантехника, приятный балкон.

Cons:

Во время нашего проживания отключалось электричество и запускался дизель-генератор. К сожалению, в нашем номере из-за этого было шумно и в окно затягивало дизельную гарь. Понимаю, что это лучше, чем сидеть без света и интернета, и все же.

A delightful stay with attentive staff and delicious breakfast.
Pros:

The property was clean and located a short drive/walk away from the city center. Breakfast was delicious and had lots of options! The game corner of the lobby was a favorite for our kids.

Pros:

Удобный семейный номер, с двумя комнатами.
Красивый вид из окна, неплохой завтрак.

Cons:

Мест под парковку очень мало, и по приезду они были заняты посетителями ресторана. Поэтому пришлось ставить машину на обочине.

Was expecting a better experience
Pros:

The property itself has potential. The building and rooms are nicely designed and the overall setting in Telavi is pleasant. Having a restaurant in the hotel is also convenient, and the location works well for exploring the town and the surrounding wine region.

Cons:

Unfortunately a few basic things made the stay frustrating. The curtains in the room don’t close all the way and there are several bright lights right outside the window, so the room never really gets dark at night. Sleeping was difficult because of that.

Customer service was also lacking. Some staff were neutral, but a couple were noticeably unfriendly and there wasn’t much effort to help guests. There’s no elevator to the upper floors, which is fine since I can carry my own luggage, but it would have been nice if someone at least offered assistance.

They also don’t offer room service even though the restaurant is in the same building, which felt odd.

We also had issues with hot water. The hot water ran out during the first shower, and for the next two days the water was only lukewarm. Overall it felt like the hotel has potential but the basics around guest comfort and service need improvement.
