Pros:

Mariani (I am not sure about the spelling) at the front desk was a life saver arranging some reservations and rides for us.
Breakfast was delicious and had many dishes to choose from.
There are board games and card games in the lobby to play.

Cons:

Not all staff members have a good command of English at the reception.
They allow events with loud music in the restaurant running late at night and the noise can be disturbing if you would like to rest in your room.

Incredibly beautiful boutique resort
Pros:

Stunning decor, helpful staff, clean, and delicious breakfast. Family room is exceptional. Nothing negative to say. My family can’t wait to come back!

I didn’t like that there is no fridge. The room was extremely small and the language barrier. There was no one speaking a clear English.

Very pleasant stay
Pros:

It is a very beautiful property away from Tbilisi almost 2 Hrs of travelling and 900 meter away from main market of telavi
- Rooms are well maintained
- Good View from
- Neat and clean
- good breakfasts options
- very nice and supportive staff
- Have restaurants with very good food

Cons:

- Travel from Tbilisi is very expensive to the property approx 100-350 USD as per the group size
- Front desk can’t book taxi to Tbilisi
- No lift or elevators you have to carry your luggage on second or third floor

Pros:

Room was clean and matrass was soft. Stuff was welcoming and outside area well designed. Our stay was short but comfortable.

Cons:

Price for this small room with minimum amenities was really high. Breakfast was decent, now much protein options, but stuff was nice. It was bit cold in the room.

Очень хороший отель, буду останавливаться еще.
Pros:

Интерьер радует глаз, есть настольные игры, пианино в лобби. Завтрак вкусный, есть все необходимое. Чисто, опрятно в номере, есть капсульная кофе машина. Миленький внутренний дворик с фонтаном с рыбками.

Cons:

Расположение в 15 минутах ходьбы от центра в гору. Продовольственных магазинов рядом мало. Парковка маленькая и узкая, возможно в пик сезона не будет места. Было прохладно в номере, несмотря на включенные батареи.
