Pros:

Sehr nette Gastgeber. Obwohl wir uns sprachlich nicht verstanden, kam die Gastfreundschaft rüber. Kommuniziert haben wir mittels Sprachen-Apps. Tolles Frühstück und Abendessen.
Urchig und zweckmässig. Toilette im Nebengebäude. Lage gut für Ausflüge zu Fuss.

Pros:

Мы останавливались в этом отеле несколько лет назад, остались очарованы. Атмосферно, стильно, идеально. К сожалению сейчас есть ощущение усталости. Фен был сломан, полотенца сильно «уставшие» . Мелочи, но уже нет прежнего уровня. При наличии альтернатив, выберу другой отель в следующий раз

Pros:

Жили в люксе с террасой, это просто отличный номер как и сам отель. Завтрак понравился, бассейн и территория тоже. Бассейн кстати с подогревом. Это один из немногих отелей где хотелось остановится на несколько дней и вообще никуда не выходить и не выезжать.

Fantastic hotel in the heart of the wine region
Pros:

It’s a fantastic hotel. We liked everything about it. I spoashed out on the luxury room with the terrace and its worth every penny: amazing views of the mountains. Breakfast is great too. Unfortunately it was too cold to try the swimming pool but it looks nice. We only stayed for 2 days and I really wish I could stay longer.

Cons:

Parking is too small, though we were assured that it’s ok to park on the road.

Great food and room - some indifferent staff.
Pros:

Lovely location and restaurant. Breakfast and dinner were very good. Top floor family room - 401 - was super.

Cons:

The fridge stopped working on day one - no replacement just some cold water. There is no lift and our room was on fourth floor.
Some of the staff like Elena were good, some were not and looked bored. Classic issue was at the end when we wanted help with bags - quote: “I am not a bell boy - I will help with (only) 1 bag (of 4).” This was odd as on arrival we were helped up with the bags very positively.

It's a lovely hotel in a good location but the staff could be more forthcoming and helpful.
Pros:

The room was lovely, comfortable and spacious. A good selection at breakfast including some local goodies. Also useful that they had parking available.

Cons:

I didn't find the staff very helpful during our stay compared to the good hospitality we'd experienced in other hotels in Georgia. For example we had to go out of our way to ask for coffee at breakfast whereas in most hotels, it was offered once you sat down.
